Breakfast - very limited options and very low by quality foods and drinks (cheap carton juices). Missold - Standard Oda, 1 Büyük (Queen) Boy Yatak (Stocked Minibar NO Stocked minibar as advertised Receptionists Berk and Berkay have claimed that a stocked minibar means an empty minibar. Instead of apologising they advised we should buy a drink from the bar. Cenk Dogu , the manager has been informed regarding the missold. Unfortunately he was very defensive instead of rectifying the situation. Broken shower head A 4-star hotel should offer upscale, high-quality amenities, including spacious rooms, premium dining, and, often, a spa or pool. The property has failed to provide expected services, or felt more like a 3-star,

First of all its my 3rd stay, What really effects the rating was the Airconditioner its works good without issue in the daytime but at night it became hot and switched off and I have woken up around 7 times to switched it on. The other thing was the breakfast it was good but not same as my previous visit as it was more diverse I would like to appreciated the staff for their wonderful work The hotel location was good near kent maydany avm
