Stayed one night and loved the place. Amazing weight room. Nice indoor pool. On-site bar. Lots of cool little amenities like delicious coffee in the lobby and water dispensers on each floor.

The pool was nasty, murky nasty water. Seems like they haven't cleaned the pool in the las 6 months. My son really wanted to go to the pool but it was a total disappointment.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean. Very large rooms. Comfortable beds. Updated showers. Great breakfast. Poor cook was all by himself cooking and doing everything. So it took a while to get food. Pool was nice. Plenty of towels. Check in was easy and fast. Close to zoo. Other notes: It is in downtown area. You have to pay to park. No ice machine except at drink fountain.

Stayed for two nights, 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Plenty of parking, clean pool, delicious breakfast made to order. Not to mention one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on.

Big pool, 24/7 fitness center. Room was huge! Gentleman at front desk was helpful and made sure I received extra pillows and blankets. Luggage cart was never available so I had to carry everything in from the parking lot. Hallways were kinda dingy, ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Overall, this was a nice stay and provided what I needed.

Very nice recently renovated hotel. Everything was great. A couple of things which wasn't exactly as we expected. The swimming pool wasn't warm and there was some strange noise in the morning around 7am as if some plastic bottle was bumping by something. Breakfast was good. Their gym is a paradise. They also do some workout classes like yoga and Pilates but not every day more like on a weekly basis.

The hotel was so run down and was not clean at all. There were stains all over and not in good condition. The elevator button was supported by a cardboard cut out. So bad. We left upon check in and spent the evening elsewhere.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Uncomfortable Room Our experience at Even Hotel Omaha was far from what we expected. 1. Front Desk Service – We waited 10 minutes at the front desk before I decided to check behind the wall, only to find the receptionist on her phone. She claimed she didn’t hear us, but my wife, son, and I were talking the entire time—there’s no way she didn’t. 2. Room Amenities – The room was poorly stocked, with only two regular towels and no hand or head towels. Basic necessities were missing. 3. Cleanliness Issues – The shower area was moldy, including the faucet. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for any hotel. 4. Noise Levels – The room (#306) was extremely noisy. We could hear every single car passing on the street, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. For the price and supposed quality of this hotel, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

We booked room 302, which was very spacious and were impressed by the fitness area and equipment in the room. There were just a couple of cons: the pull shade on the large window was broken when we arrived and we were told that renovations are still on-going. The heating/cooling unit was noisy in the room. The shower floor was not clean. The upside was the VERY comfortable bed, the spacious room area with extra seating and computer work areas. I recommend getting the breakfast vouchers, as breakfast is made to order and delicious! The staff was very friendly and the location is walking distance to downtown and the Joslyn Art Museum. We would book this hotel again.

Our check-in was simple and the associate at the counter was very nice. However, we had to pay extra to park at the hotel we already paid to stay at. This hotel charges $15 per 24 hours. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that charged extra for parking. Also, our room had a damaged ceiling, that had been recently fixed with a large patch of new sheet rock, but the repair wasn't finished. The paint was peeling and the repaired area was not sealed. Our bathroom door handle was broken and the door would not shut all the way. The door also came off the track every time we opened or closed it. Our bathroom sink had mildew around the drain and both water fountains in the gym were absolutely disgusting. There were no sanitary wipes or spray to wipe down the gym equipment. Breakfast was not included in our stay. They did provide snacks, meals to order and drinks, but the prices were outrageous. I would think that that with the cost of food and parking, they could at least have a clean facility and provide rooms that are not under repair. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and I most certainly will not be staying here the next time I visit.

It was so dirty I felt dirty. I felt afraid to go out. They had excuses for everything. They said they shampooed the carpet once a week. By the looks I would say that’s untrue. The walls were dirty. I was told they were going to paint in three weeks. Of course I was not going to be there. They did offer me a couple of rooms that looked a little cleaner but I didn’t take them because the rest of the hotel was filthy. They gave me a few tickets to eat breakfast and I threw them away. If the place was that dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I would advise pay a few dollars more and stay at a different hotel. The shuttle was also dirty. I will give the staff kudos as they were all very nice.

Overall we had a decent stay. We did have some issues with our room. The blinds were broken, the TV didn’t work and the WIFI had a very poor signal causing it to go out every few minutes. Not sure we would stay here again.

Waited over an hour for advertised free airport shuttle. Was informed that airline crew gets first dibs on a ride so had to wait. They got preferential treatment. Was told I need to schedule my ride to airport between airline crew getting their ride first. I have a flight as well. My flight is just as important. Why advertise free shuttle when it takes an hour to get a ride. Not going to miss my flight if I cant count on the free airport shuttle advertised. I ordered Lyft and now have an extra unexpected expense. I wont be back or ever recommend Even Hotels. They cant deliver what I paid for. Shame on them!

Checking in the front desk lady wasn’t the nicest. The bartender was absolutely amazing. When we checked out on 5/26/25 the PMC parking app changed us for 7 days instead of 4. Will be calling them.The room was amazing.

The staff was exceptional. The service was great. Jared, the van driver was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I missed breakfast one morning and the chef made me breakfast even though they were closed. The food was delicious. The front desk staff was very accommodating and there was always someone there to answer questions and help with directions. My room was clean and fresh every day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I called to schedule a shuttle ride from the airport to hotel the day before. When I arrived at airport I waited for 30 minutes and no shuttle. I called hotel and they said they didnt have me down for shuttle ( well I definetely didnt make up calling and scheduling) also I had to ask multiple times to get shuttle back to airport. All that being said, the staff were so friendly and the drivers were all amazing. Its not a far walk to downtown Omaha. For the price it worked.

I called one day before check-in and was told that my reservation had been canceled. I reserved the hotel almost a year ago and was canceled without any notification. I spent hours trying to find a nearby hotel, but the rooms were all booked. I had to book a hotel near the airport instead of the downtown area while paying a 3X higher price. I will never book through Orbiz and this hotel again.

The Hotel, staff, breakfast & dinner service was awesome! Liked the shuttle service to the Old Market & return service.. The airport shuttle was also great! It was well maintained & clean! Will recommend to family & friends!

This was the worst experience ever! I’ve been traveling for 35 years and never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life. I booked a room 4 months in advance because of Warren Buffett event. I arrived and they said their computer system was hacked so they lost my room. Never told me until I flew into town from Italy! I was stuck with no place to go because the entire city sold out for the event. On top of that I was adamant they find me a place and the lady at front desk said no & im calling police on you if you don’t leave the property. She yelled at me to get out and started to call police for their mistake!! Nightmare experience

We rented four rooms for our family reunion. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially the size of the rooms. The exercise amenities made us laugh a bit. They have a nice gym and a pool (no jacuzzi) Our bathroom barn door was broken and they fixed it immediately upon being told... even reached out to me with a text to offer any help while we were there. Their kitchen was out of order, but they stepped up and offered complimentary breakfast pizza that was DELICIOUS! We really appreciated it with the large group we had. We stayed in four of their five bunk rooms. The beds were comfy and things were clean. Parking was very easy (done on a cell phone $15/day), open air, and right next to the hotel. The area of town seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't see the homeless or anything.

This property is marketed as being an old market area, but it is not. It’s a little off the beaten path upon check-in. We were told that walking the streets at night wasn’t exactly safe. The beds were comfortable, but this hotel ultimately does not live up to the description at least for more experience. With our daughter going to Creighton, we were hoping this would be a good find, but ultimately, we will need a look at other properties when we visit

The hotel has an incredible lobby space with games, food and drink that was ideal for our family reunion. The staff was friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable during our stay. It's definitely a bit far from downtown so you will need to use a car or a ridesharing app to get around.

Room was very nice and clean. Convenient location to Old Market and enjoyed walking to some destinations. Most of the staff were helpful and polite. Food was generally good. One thing that was missed was a small microwave in the room, though not essential. Overall a good stay.

Functional and clean hotel without any flair. Paid parking is available right next to the hotel which is very convenient, but it's a walk of around 6-8 blocks to get to a point in downtown Omaha with restaurants. I was woken up a couple of times by train horns, even though the train line is a fair way away from the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but is something to be aware of. There was also a strange set of exercise equipment in my room - foam rollers, yoga mat, that sort of thing. It's not for me, but perhaps someone else will find it useful.

Overall nice. Having to pay 3rd party, separately for the parking is not great. The breakfast arrangement is ridiculous. Incredibly slow. Quality not good. A simple continental breakfast would be much easier and better for travelers.

Considering the limited Kitchen and bar they turned out good food and made it to order as much as possible. Sliding barn door in room had two sticking points and had to be pulled very hard- jerked past the sticking points- causing me to catch my finger in the door. No way to get the blinds open and turning on lamps was confusing but front desk explained the routine.

Very nice staff. The food was surprisingly good! The room was big and the bed super comfortable. The wifi was a right pain but that’s an IHG issue, not the hotel’s fault. It’s like that in other IHG properties. Only negative comment is the accent wall in the room was absolutely filthy. It’s so obvious I’m not sure how cleaning staff missed it. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again. Kudos to the kitchen staff, bartender, and gentleman who checked me in. This is a good deal for the price even if there is a parking fee and breakfast is not included.

I'll be very honest, this hotel is not worth the price. The stairways are dirty, the pool was ice cold and the price tag on parking and food was outrageous. Parking was $15, but free on the street since they were kinda close to downtown. What was worse was breakfast and other snacks. $8 for a Lean Cuisine or a Hot Pocket!! The breakfast was nearly $20 with coffee and i was told very aggressively, I couldn't refill my coffee. Wow. I've stayed in a lot of places and 3 this past weekend and I would NEVER stay here again. Buyer beware. There are better choices in the Omaha area. And it's Omaha, not Chicago.

I thought breakfast was in my purchase but no voucher provided. I thought I would try a Hilton brand as I usually stay at Hyatt Place(next 4 nights were at HP). People were nice, rooms were roomy & clean but AC noisy & hotel is a great location. By the time I pay for parking(&15) & $40 (oatmeal $12)for breakfast that I thought was included….value wasn’t there for me.

Stayed for two nights, 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Plenty of parking, clean pool, delicious breakfast made to order. Not to mention one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on.

Good place to stay. Staff was great, room was clean workout room was best I’ve seen in a hotel. Hotel shuttle was great, since it’s would be a long walk to old town or downtown. Nice options from the kitchen. Not a very good beer selection in the bar, but it was nice for a quick drink. Only negative was no real need to charge for parking.

You also pay extra for breakfast, but it was a very good cooked to order breakfast for the price ($12 for 2). I had waffles with fresh fruit, my husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and we got juice and muffins as well. They also had lemon / cucumber water in the lobby. My husband enjoyed having a drink at the bar that night, and I was able to attend my online class on their wifi. The staff was great, they just have to give you a lot of info at check-in.

Room temps only got down to 72 and felt about 75 and hallways felt 80. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, personally. There was nothing close around. It was a quick overnight for us and it worked, but I wouldn’t stay again.
