The bed was hard. The pillows were hard. Morning breakfast is overpriced and served cold. The free Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Maybe they should upgrade!?! You have pay for parking. There is road construction and one-way streets all over. It’s very difficult to find and to get to. All of this information would’ve been good to know before checking in.

You have to pay for parking. The Wi-Fi in the hotel it’s free and it also doesn’t work! If you have to be attached to Wi-Fi to use apps on your cell, forget about it! When you check in make sure you have a credit card or that your debit card works as a credit card otherwise you won’t be checking in. If you have to stay at this hotel make sure and pay through hotels.com before you show up because the staff that helped me, seemed incompetent and did not explain anything. And if you’re going to want breakfast, just go out for breakfast don’t have it at that hotel. It was cold. It’s like she just got done making it and it was cold. It was the weirdest thing so I don’t know if she just took it out of the fridge already made and slapped on the plate. I don’t know… just sayin!!

Next, they charged my card on file when they were supposed to wait till I checked in. I showed up and they said your card declined. I said you weren’t supposed to use that card. No one gave you permission to charge it!! Then, when you do give them a card, they don’t tell you that it only runs as credit so if you have a debit card that does not run as a credit, because they exist, it will not go through and the woman, apparently also the manager” could not explain that, instead she just kept saying punch in your debit card number and I said, “it’s not giving me the option, you need to know that this card will not run his credit,” but she kept doing it. She did it six times and then I had a fraud alert on my account. Earlier in the week, I had tried to call the hotel cause I wanted to pay for the room before I got there because I was paying for it for My Son because I had already paid for my room. And they put me on infinite hold; then I sent a message through this app and they never responded. I would say they could care less about customers! Also, the Wi-Fi is crap! It only works late at night when no one else is using it!!!!

This place was great!! Honestly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. We slept so good. It was a little cheaper than the hotels right down town and the free shuttle downtown made up for the location being a few blocks out of the downtown area. The fitness center was pretty legit. Nice and roomy and full of great equipment. Best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and made us laugh quite a bit. The free coffee in the lobby in the mornings was quite tasty too. Overall I’d say I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else in downtown Omaha.
