Beautiful location on the water. Awesome view from my room. Very quiet. Wish the area down by the water and dock had seating to sit and enjoy the water. Location close to town, shops, and restaurants. Overall, a decent place for a quick getaway.

What a beautiful suite! There were 6 of us staying - 3 adults & 3 kids & there was lots of space for us - 2 queen beds in the bedroom & a single bed plus pull out couch in the livingroom. Our 3 night stay turned into 4 nights due to car trouble & luckily our suite was available so we were able to stay the additional night. There is a full kitchen with a nice dining table & chairs, we brought groceries & snacks, which saved us money on takeout food & we could also eat healthier. All dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, etc were provided. They also have propane bbq’s for guests to use, which we did one night. The view from our balcony was of the lake & was absolutely gorgeous. The weather was perfect while we were there, lots of sunshine but low humidity. There’s a room a/c unit installed in the kitchen area which made it very comfortable. The only real downside was having only 1 bathroom when there were so many of us but we made do! Internet was a little unreliable but was not really a big deal, there was a tv but that didn’t work when the Internet was down. Since we weren’t there to watch tv it wasn’t a big inconvenience. Also, the pool closes at 8pm but we stayed about 15 minutes past 8:00 one evening, as we had gotten back from our adventures a little later that day, and nobody bothered us. Joel checked us in & helped throughout our stay with anything we needed & he was awesome! I recommend this property & we will probably look at staying again next family trip to Muskoka.

This place has a ton of potential. The owners need to invest some money into the dock and quality of the outdoor furniture. The room size was great. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t get much sleep because the AC was LOUD. It’s definitely 2 star standards. The lake is shallow but very nice. The pool is nice but they need some nicer chairs.

Pool and waterfront, pretty setting.

Simple, affordable accommodation in prime cottage country. Beautiful lake frontage and views (see photo from deck). Nice pool and pool deck. Small playground, Quiet location at end of cul de sac—safe for kids. On edge of town for shopping and restaurants. Really great staff. Would definitely go back, and met others who do.

Clean and Convenient but beware the WIFI I kinda liked the small town checkin, ring the doorbell and wait. Didn’t take long. I was given a second floor room and I struggled but managed to haul all the luggage and food up the stairs (don’t expect help) and the view was nice. Lovely to have a patio to relax in and enjoy the lake view. The room was clean and the bathroom was fine and sheets and towels were great. The kitchen was below my expectation. I wasn’t prepared for a coffee maker but no coffee. Please just charge $5 more and provide it. And no teaspoons? Do I really have to pack cutlery? No ice cube tray for the freezer. Still, the kitchen was functional though sparse and I made some great meals. There is a nearby grocery store 10 minutes away. The bathroom sink had a dysfunctional drain plug and the stove’s only large burner was unusable. I did a DIY job on the sink. Don’t stay here if you have a disability. Stairs, lighting, banister rails are not at the expected level. There is no wheelchair access. BEWARE of the unsecured WIFI, I was only there a few hours before both my Facebook and LinkedIn accounts were hacked and the login was a Muskoka Android phone, so definitely some criminal activity happening on-site. Enable two-factor authentication on all your accounts and use a VPN. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the WIFI is an unnecessary hazard and should be secured. The supervisor Neil was sympathetic and said he would look into it. Let’s see next time.

Joel is the kindest person. Great little place. Beds aren’t comfy is my only complaint. But the rest is great and the pool was very clean and refreshing.

The floors in our unit were filthy. My baby had BLACK hands feet and knees from crawling on the floor for only a few minutes until we realized:

The first room I was in was extremely dirty. Food left in microwave; baseboards filthy; serious dust bunnies. Manager apologized and I was moved to another room. While a bit cleaner, there were many cobwebs and the mold on the shower tiles was disgusting. Would never recommend anyone stay off-season at this property.

Very clean property, well maintained, quiet, and lakefront. New bathrooms and laminate floors. Beds were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Comparatively nicer than more expensive accommodations near by. Would stay again!

The floor was so dirty, the bottom of our feet were black. The air conditioner hardly worked , and was very noisy. Kitchen appliances were very old.

OVERALL - UNHYGIENIC PLACE. Extremely dirty. Hair in the washroom sink and tub. Closet filled with broken things with tons of dusts. Sheets unwashed.

Clean, Comfortable to stay.

The room was very clean, except for the coffee pot. It needs to be replaced because the heat plate was at one time burned. There was no daily service for cleaning the room. There was not enough towels left for the 4 days that I was there. The utensil tray was very dirty.

Nice clean room with lovely lake view. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and easy. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place nice people and very clean

Staff was friendly, room was clean with a beautiful view. The only thing that would have made it better for me was a mattress that was a little softer, maybe a mattress topper but my friend who slept in the other bed was fine with the way it was. Good location to amenities.

The door was old and hard to open. Windows didn't open and no AC at first, really hot.

The little private deck with the lake view was nice. The kitchenette with apartment-size fridge was very handy and we brought takeout from a local restaurant. Very quiet during our overnight stay in mid September. Better access to the office would be the only issue.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious for our family if four. We enjoyed the large lakeside outdoor area and the lake view from our patio.

There is no air conditioning. I didn't think I'd need it in early October but I was wrong. The property is a little run-down but you could tell that they were trying to keep up with the maintenance. The best part is the stellar view of the lake from your room and balcony. The full-size fridge, drip coffee maker and toaster came in handy, although our toaster only toasted on one side. The cigarette burns in the comforters were a bit off putting but the sheets were very good quality and the beds were comfortable. The night light in the bathroom blowdryer was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property off of main streets. Very quiet we got a room with lakeview balcony and it had stunning views. Room needs a new mattress. Overall very pleasant stay

Lovely old school property. Rooms have an amazing balcony view of the lake. Wonderful white pines all over the grounds. Rooms, cozy, clean, comfortable. Sheets and towels sparkling white and soft. Only issue was the balcony door did not lock. The deadbolt would not engage.

I enjoyed the beautiful view of Gull lake from my balcony! Bed was comfortable, washroom was a little small but very clean. Quiet for the most part, until people above me started walking around and then you could here them. That's the only downfall. No restaurant on site. But many within a couple minutes drive. I would highly recommend this great hidden gem to anyone going to the Muskoka area.

Unique…the unit size was the first seen…huge. We had 2 queen beds in bedroom with an extra twin in the living room and a full kitchenette. Clean, quiet and quite serene but so close to shopping and downtown centre. Large balcony for morning coffee to take in lake view from every unit. Grounds are nice for a little walk.. Units are adequately furnished with room to spare. Very comfortable and would come again.

We absolutely love this hotel! We’ve been coming regularly since last year, and it never disappoints. The staff are exceptional—Joel, Neil, and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail makes every visit a great experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Joel is super friendly and attentive. I came late by bus from Toronto with my bike at 3am and they left the room open for me, let me heck out late so i could sleep in. They're storing my bike box for my return trip! This is my second time! Thank you!

Secluded property, yet handily located (5-minute drive to Town of Gravenhurst). Helpful, welcoming reception. Spacious, clean 2-bedroom efficiency suite, with scenic lakeview from private balcony. Access to lake and well-maintained, tranquil pool. BBQ stations available. Minor issues (replacement TV remote, dining chair) addressed promptly by friendly, accommodating staff. Will definitely return!

We arrived late but were not aware that the inn did not have an overnight staff for late check ins. The staff on the phone asked me to not call back and that they would not be able to help us. We had a confirmed reservation and it was 1AM when they turned us away. Worst service ever.

I wish they told me the check kn is to 9pm only there was no reminder. We arrived 11pm and it was closed. I didnt expect it compared to hotels i tried. Thanks

Very nice 2 night stay. Client service was exceptional! They arranged for our 11PM arrival and were so accommodating. The grounds and location are gorgeous!

Check-in was very easy. The room we booked was on the 2nd floor & as my wife has difficulty doing stairs, they upgraded us to a room on the main level. The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The suite was very clean & very quiet (could not hear anyone else). Extremely pleased & will be back!

Great stay, staff was nice but never accessible. After checking in we never saw them again, they never took calls or were in the office.

Our first stay here and we really like it. Close to Gravenhurst and easy access to all amenities. Sits beautifully on the lake with great views from our room. The motel is extra clean, it’s very obvious the owners take great care in maintaining the property. Friendly staff. Too bad the weather isn’t better (poor air quality due to wild fires in the north) but it’s still a much nicer day here today compared to the gta. We will return to Pindale inn resort for sure.

The river view is quite beautiful. There are fast food places, a pharmacy, and a grocery store nearby, which I consider a plus for staying here. However, the kitchen is inconvenient for cooking, and the utensils provided were not sufficient. The lack of an exhaust fan in the kitchen was also inconvenient. Additionally, it was quite uncomfortable to shower in the bathroom; the showerhead feels like a temporary one you’d find at the beach. For some reason, there was also a urine smell in the bathroom, and there’s no exhaust fan in there either.

What a beautiful spot, right on the lake, and our unit had a lakefront balcony. Having a kitchen was very helpful, we were able to cook supper and breakfast in-room and the cupboards were well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, kettle, coffee maker (bring coffee) and toaster. Its a full sized fridge, with small microwave and 4 burner stove & oven. There's a lovely picnic table patio area, as well as 3 bbq's in a spacious covered grilling station. Being a cool day, we didn't have the opportunity to use the in-ground pool, but it was available. The grounds are lovely, with the huge white pines & a play area for small children. The internet is good, and the rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens fresh & new. I only stayed 1 night, but this would be a great place to stay on vacation.

This is a quaint little suite with kitchenette, very quiet location on the lake. Very picturesque. Reasonably priced and great service. Not the Hilton, but feels like home. Has all the appliances but no coffee or tea supplied. I will bring a little coffeemaker & coffee& fixings next time. VERY CLEAN! Thank you🙂

Very quiet place. Beautiful view and huge property. We had a two bedroom suite. Beds were very comfortable. It had everything, but was lacking a few kitchen essentials. Only 2 butter knives and two wine glasses and 3 dining chairs. Also could use newer frying pans. We also noticed that the smoke alarm in room 25 needed to be replaced as it expired in 2019.

I liked the fact there is a full fridge, stove, utensils & dishware, as well as bbq's outside where i was able to cook a full meal. The grounds where the motel is located on are large & quite beautiful with the lake right there. Staff at check in were friendly & welcoming. I would stay here again.

Il n’y avait pas d’ustensiles quand on fesait cuire dans une poêle. Les BBQ n’étaient pas nettoyés donc on a pas pu s’en servir Les lits étaient confortables. Nous aurions aimé s’asseoir sur des chaises au bord de l’eau, c’était inexistant. Pour le reste tout était ok

The property is clean and well located. Travelling for work it is essential in managing costs to have a kitchenette. And this place does have one, however, it is not easy to prepare food in and the knives are all dull. I wish they simplified it and just had a small under counter fridge a cooktop with a newer microwave. The oven blocks access to the counter making meal prep difficult and the microwave is hard to use and access.

We stayed for two nights during the early part of the week. It was so nice and quiet and we loved the view from our balcony (and from our bed). The pool wasn't open yet as it was too early in June and the health inspector hadn't been out yet - that was ok since it was cool weather anyway. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bbqs were dirty so things flaired up while cooking and other guests didn't clean the utensils when done with them. This area could definitely use some work. The screen doors to the room and the balcony could use some work so they opened and closed quieter. We had a little issue during check in where they couldn't find our reservation but they handled it well and it was all sorted out. They also had to deal with a "Karen" that was checking in. She couldn't deal with the fact that the pool wasn't open (it was so cool we were wearing coats so do you really need an outdoor pool?). They were dealing with her with a calm and professional manner. Overall it was a good stay and we would go back.
