Absolutely amazing stay! Booked for our wedding anniversary for 1-night and was blown away. The room itself is impressive alone with a steam room, freestanding bath and large outside jacuzzi bath in a private courtyard. We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant, which was again amazing. The highlight was breakfast, which is bought to you (depending on the day you stay) to your room, where you can eat in bed or have outside in your private courtyard or in the shared residents garden. Dog friendly and cater to dietary requirements. We will 100% be back!

Great place to stay, rooms are outside in a courtyard-garden which makes it quiet with some great spaces to sit outside. Attention to detail is amazing and well thought out. Restaurant and breakfast was superb. Will return.

The hotel is outstanding. We stayed in the Ursula Andress room, wow it was fantastic, a steam room in the room, hot tub and patio with fireplace. They thought of everything. Attention to detail was perfection. Very clean and comfortable. The only small downside was the restaurant staff were very slow. However everyone was lovely, just you don’t want to be in a rush.

We only had one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was lovely overlooking the beautiful garden. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in our room. We all said that the breakfast was amazing! One of the best we’ve ever had! We would definitely recommend staying at No29 and would love to visit again.

Outstanding stay! The bar, restaurant, breakfast, staff, room, outside area, entertainment, everything. I don’t usually like reviewing but this place absolutely deserves it’s 5 stars. We liked everything about this place. The music playing in the background (mostly Reggae) just added to the experience. On the Friday night there was also a Reggae band playing outside, it was very busy and everyone looked like they were having a great time. If I had to highlight one thing in particular I’ll go with the staff who were all so friendly and helpful and it seemed genuine which you can very rarely say these days. Fairly safe to say we’ll stay there again at some point.

Beautiful rooms, all dog friendly and all have doors out to a lovely courtyard with your own table and chairs. Stayed in the Monroe room and enjoyed the roll top bath! The restaurant and food was awesome, had a great steak one night and a pork tomahawk the other. Bar area very comfortable and drinks menu and cocktails really good. Breakfast was excellent except on monday morning when the restaurant is closed and a continental breakfast arrived at our front door, really missed the cooked options! Lastly the staff, lots of them and all really professional and excellent at their jobs well done guys! Lastly location is excellent, lots of little shops and cafes and a pub all within 50 meters in the beautiful village of Burnham Market, we fully recommend a stay here!!

The room was lovely, but bedding was bobbly and irritated my skin. Pillows were lumpy and the was a massive dip in the mattress. But overall the room was great. Breakfast was slow but staff was pleasant.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very well furnished, with everything we needed plus extra luxuries. The dog hampers were a lovely touch & breakfast was excellent quality. No29 is highly recommended and we will definitely be back soon.

Had a fabulous stay in the Andress room (which felt more like a private holiday cottage). Room was fantastic, especially the hot tub and steam room, which was a very welcome surprise. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was also excellent.

Just went that extra bit to make the stay really lovely. Gin and cocktails in the room was a nice touch, as was personal service from the owner. You could tell he was very proud of it. Excellent breakfast too. Just be aware, Hotels.com don’t tell you the restaurant and bar are closed Mon and Tue, and places to eat in BM are few. Loved the attention to detail in No29 and would definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏

Could be a lovely spot for a weekend exploring the area but as it’s an add on to their pub - watch out for extremely noisy party nights and not being able to get in or out due to crowds. No room service (we were told there was) also meant we had no dinner - except for a small cheese plate shared between 3 of us. Breakfast was superb on one day and straight out of the fridge the next with brusque service. Lots of good things too but overall a confusing stressful experience for us on that weekend.

Fantastic stay at No29, From start to finish everyone was friendly and welcoming, we ate in the restaurant and this was a real treat. The breakfast finished off our stay and this was amazing. Thank you all at No 29 we will be back again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very well furnished, with everything we needed plus extra luxuries. The dog hampers were a lovely touch & breakfast was excellent quality. No29 is highly recommended and we will definitely be back soon.

The hotel is centrally located with access to all the amenities within walking distance. What sets it apart is the unexpected gardens at the back of the property where the accommodation is. A really pretty oasis that is carefully maintained. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished and a lot of thought and detail has gone in to the added extras that make your stay extra special. Also need to mention the staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Excellent service! We will definitely come back.

Great place to stay, rooms are outside in a courtyard-garden which makes it quiet with some great spaces to sit outside. Attention to detail is amazing and well thought out. Restaurant and breakfast was superb. Will return.

Could be a lovely spot for a weekend exploring the area but as it’s an add on to their pub - watch out for extremely noisy party nights and not being able to get in or out due to crowds. No room service (we were told there was) also meant we had no dinner - except for a small cheese plate shared between 3 of us. Breakfast was superb on one day and straight out of the fridge the next with brusque service. Lots of good things too but overall a confusing stressful experience for us on that weekend.

We liked everything about this place. The music playing in the background (mostly Reggae) just added to the experience. On the Friday night there was also a Reggae band playing outside, it was very busy and everyone looked like they were having a great time. If I had to highlight one thing in particular I’ll go with the staff who were all so friendly and helpful and it seemed genuine which you can very rarely say these days. Fairly safe to say we’ll stay there again at some point.

The restaurant and food was awesome, had a great steak one night and a pork tomahawk the other. Bar area very comfortable and drinks menu and cocktails really good. Breakfast was excellent except on monday morning when the restaurant is closed and a continental breakfast arrived at our front door, really missed the cooked options! Lastly the staff, lots of them and all really professional and excellent at their jobs well done guys! Lastly location is excellent, lots of little shops and cafes and a pub all within 50 meters in the beautiful village of Burnham Market, we fully recommend a stay here!!

Reception mediocre. The accommodation looked amazing. Very uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Poor nights sleep. Squeaky bathroom door. Great extras in the room like tea, water coffee, chocolate. Slow service for breakfast. But good quality breakfast. Easy fixes to sort. Would return. Garden and bar areas fabulous.

We only had one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was lovely overlooking the beautiful garden. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in our room. We all said that the breakfast was amazing! One of the best we’ve ever had! We would definitely recommend staying at No29 and would love to visit again.

Fantastic stay at No29, From start to finish everyone was friendly and welcoming, we ate in the restaurant and this was a real treat. The breakfast finished off our stay and this was amazing. Thank you all at No 29 we will be back again.

Lovely hotel in the center of Burnham Market. Our room was a good size with freestanding bath and fluffy white towels. Breakfast is wonderful. The only room for improvement is the pillows- all those on our bed were too high and firm, we wished they had other softer options.

We have stayed a few time and try to book different rooms (stayed in Andress this time) All the room are different and unique, always at a high standard - our room this time had an outside huge steel bath which was an experience. Great location, both for the village and getting around the coast. Staff are friendly and helpful
