Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an einer Einkaufsstrasse. Mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell an allen grossen Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne direkt im Kuchen zu sein. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet und der Yoga Raum und die Bibliothek sehr einladend. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet, hier könnte es noch ein zwei Regale mehr geben, aber sonst wirklich spitze.

Wonderful place to stay! Good mix of everything. Lots of events like movie night, early yoga, live music, etc.

Parkmöglich sind vorhanden aber kostenpflichtig. Super liebes junges Team und schönes Zimmer. Zu Fuß ist vieles erreichbar vor allem wenn man shoppen gehen möchte aber auch viele verschiedene Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Hotel centrale comido a tutto, con un sacco di negozi e ristoranti intorno, e ingresso alla metro a 100 metri. Prezzo ottimo per la comodità che abbiamo trovato, personale molto gentile, reception e bar aperti 24/7, camere pulite e moderne, veramente una gran bel soggiorno!

Fab stay - we had a floor 8 room with wonderful views over the city. Bar was lovely too. Excellent location. Great stay

Cool, relaxed and efficient vibe. The Wifi coverage/capacity is brilliant :) & I loved the lounges on floors that allowed you to get out of your room. I was impressed.

The view was fantastic. We were on the 8th floor with a balcony. There was no service whatsoever unlike every other hotel. No phone or coffee maker in the room. Every morning I had to go to the 3rd floor to make instant coffee and bring it back to my room. Good location but don’t count on anything being done for you. They don’t even have a front desk. I did not like that part of it.

Other than reception never saw any staff. However most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very quiet and though not in the centre was close to shops and restaurants. Transport was a 2 minute walk from the hotel and linked you with the rest of vienna. We had a wow room but not really sure how much better it could have been compared to the standard. Didn't like the fact no kettle in the room was in.a separate room on 5th floor and didn't have it but felt breakfast was expensive at €23 pp but seemed standard for vienna hotels.

Galley is excellent idea. But whole hotel too hot and no working Aircon. So Galley was also unusable because too hot.

Upon our first arrival the waiter was very rude when we sat down and tried to order food - he knew right away he was rude. Our toilet ran water all the time and shower did not drain very well. The curtains had stains all over. On our last morning prior to check out at 9AM someone came into our room unannounced with a key, he continued to do the same for 3 rooms following. It felt extremely alarming for someone to enter the room without consent and had a key immediately upon waking. I would not recommend this hotel again due to safety being a major concern if people are able to access our room without consent - was this person a guest at the hotel? A random off the street? We were never told and no way to know - thankful nothing serious happened but this has never happened at any other hotel

Het ontbijt was goed en zeer uitgebreid. Zelf inchecken en uitchecken ging ook heel makkelijk. Maar schoonmaken kennen ze niet. De haren van de vorige lager er nog het was zeer goor. Je krijg bin het inchecken de keus om 1 dag schoonmaken te laten vervallen voor een gratis drankje. Neem het gratis drankje want schoonmaken doen ze toch niet. Ook hadden ze geen nieuwe handdoeken terug gehangen stonden we daar zonder handdoeken te douche. Ook zijn de kamers zeer gehorig , ik hoorde de buren naar de wc gaan en hoorde ze praten en douchen. Wij kregen een invalide kamer maar was zeer onhandig vanwege een koof in de kamer om in je bed te stappen dus mocht je kamer 431 kan je het beste een nieuwe kamer vragen . Ook voor de invalide mensen is deze kamer ook heel erg vervelend.

The cleaners ignore the Do Not Disturb sign and knock on the door in the early hours. One of the cleaners came in without warning. Even when I complained, it continued.

Både værelse, faciliteter, fungerede ikke, der blev ikke gjort rent nogen af de dage jeg var der. Vi måtte en gang bede om rene håndklæder Ellers var de ikke blevet udskiftet. Det var fake foto af værelser. Der var mega lidt plads

Overall outstanding experience, get the breakfast buffet, it’s great, they have movie lounge every night and very close to the Ubahn easy to go around. However we found hair on the comforter from the previous guests.

Das Hotel, die Umgebung sowie die Lage sind ausgezeichnet und einfach genial. Man ist sehr zentral und kommt mit U-Bahn sowie Tram und Bus zügig von A nach B. Zu Fuß kann man auch etliche Sehenwürdigkeiten schnell und zügig erreichen. Es gibt kein besseres Hotel, wenn man zentral gelegen sein möchte. Der Service und das Personal sind super, sehr zuvorkommende Leute und klasse Stimmung. Viel junges Personal, was die Atmosphäre des Hotels nochmal entspannter macht. Die Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung im Generellen ist modern und unverbraucht, sehr gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein größeres Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Ankleideraum. Da merkt man, dass nur die gängingen Flächen, die man täglich nutzt, wie Gang, Bad und Bettbereich geputzt werden und auch das leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Es gab Stellen hinter gewissem Mobiliar (Garderobenständer, Sitzecke etc.), wo viel Staub und Dreck lag und seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt worden ist, was schade ist, weil es den Gesamteindruck des Hotels mindert. Das Bad war an sich sauber, allerdings war die Armatur rund um das Waschbecken verstaubt und klebrig. Der Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft mit Haaren und Spülungresten und führte zu Wasserstau. Das wäre der einzige Punkt, der zu verbessern wäre, Thema Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Schließlich möchte man ein sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer, welches man auch vollständig nutzen kann. Ansonsten alles top!

Reinigungsintervalle sind aus „ökologischen Gründen“ gestreckt, Service beim Frühstück dem Ansturm teilweise nicht gewachsen. Personal aber nett.

We had a great stay at the Ruby Marie hotel. It has a great location, close to both shopping and multiple public transport options! We stayed for 4 nights, and the room was only cleaned once, on the 3rd night. Another note; the cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the morning, talking very loud outside the in the hallways, and it didn’t seem like they tried to be quiet at all. Other than that, great! The bed was ok, but very flat pillows.

Saubere Zimmer

I always stay here when visiting Vienna. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located. The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop is wonderful to enjoy breakfast, or just a coffee or a drink. It truly feels like home away from home for me.

Nice hotel, great location. We stayed in the room with the balcony which was cool. THe only WIERD thing about this room was that there is NO door to the shower... yes yes - NO DOOR I liked the staff and service but I didn't like that they don't have mini bar and a coffee machine in the room

Great location and friendly staff, BUT…no hot water to take a shower in my last day…in a 5o celsius degree weather! Not acceptable. Specially for the price you pay. Also, in my view, not having a minibar and a phone to communicate with reception are negative points. The minibar could be empty, but at least so you can put bottle of water you buy outside. Not sure i would stay again even with great location and staff.

Could not pick a better location! Balcony overlooking the Vienna skyline was beautiful.

Only thing I missed, was no fridge in the room. Bring water but got warm.

Great location and awesome views from the balcony. Room was empty and there was no where to put anything. I mean no where except the bed and a small shelf. So all our clothes were on the floor. There’s a little cupboard by the door but it was awkward to use and too small and impractical. A table and 2 chairs would have made a big difference. No fridge or kettle. Room was big but empty. Self check in was confusing too. Place was nice overall. Just missing a few amenities that would have made a big difference to our stay.

Great location, easy access to the underground, but close enough to walk to all of the attractions. The room was average for the price paid, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, no telephone and the room was a bit clinical and needed to be furnished with more items such as pictures, feature walls. However the room had a amazing views across the city, spacious and had good blackout curtains

Pros: hot water for showers; A/C works really well to make rooms cold; comforters and beds are very nice; easy no-host check in; bright well lit rooms and bathroom area. Cons: where’s the shower door/curtain? Not enough towels/hand towels; no concierge; no coffee/fridge in room; bar is lovely but overpriced

Two night stay in Vienna. Chose the location on the recommendation of a friend. Chose this hotel from feedback on the website. Our room was a ‘lovely’ room number 601. Check was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. Air con was excellent. Safe in the wardrobe. Be aware the shower was a glass box with a curtain covering part of it, however it was an excellent shower and so long as you don’t mind the idea it’s great. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside of the hotel there was nowhere to get ice or cold water, except out of the tap. It was 36 degrees while we were there so an ice machine would have been useful. Coffee and tea not left in the room but you can get it free from the kitchen area on the 3rd floor. Bar open 24 hours. Roof terrace is a great place for a drink, unfortunately it has to be shut at 2200hrs. Location is excellent with easy access to the metro system. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and not that long a walk towards the museum quarter

The room was small, the bed is too big fir the room, literally had 6 inches to walk through between bed and wall.

Great hotel, friendly staff, awesome location

We stayed at the Ruby Marie for 3 nights and were very pleased and impressed. Staff were fantastic - very polite and service oriented. Our room was clean and comfortable. Although we were on the 5th floor not too far from the lobby and restaurant/bar it was very quiet. Breakfast was typical with cereals, yogurt, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, etc. Everything was excellent. The staff will make you a latte, cappuccino, etc. If you’re a guitarist one of the coolest features of this hotel is that they have guitars on site you can play. They even have amps in the rooms that you can use. Plug in and jam out! The hotel is a bit away from central Vienna but on a main pedestrian street with lots of dining and shopping options. It’s a short walk from from the Westbahnhof and public transport. There is a tram stop right by the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Vienna.

Staff support was lacking for the late check out with the reason for no rooms available while it was possible to order many rooms including many of my room type.

Thank you for a brilliant stay. This was a lovely hotel, with great service. Loved the option to skip a daily turndown for a free drink in the bar. Loved it and will stay again.

Bestilte et stille og allergivennlig rom på forhånd. Jeg til og med ringte dit på forhånd for å høre etter om de kunne oppfylle mine ønsker, det kunne de. Da jeg ankom hotellet var det ikke skilting til noen resepsjon, det viste seg at den lå i 5 etasje og dit kom du bare med heis, den måtte du bruke romnøkkel på, som du ikke hadde på forhånd. Ventet 10 minutter før noen skulle opp i 5. etasje. Var sliten etter en lang reise. Spurte i resepsjonen om rommet var stille og allergivennlig, ja var svaret fra en noe arrogant resepsjonist. La meg til å sove da jeg kom på rommet. rommet lå helt ut mot gaten og der var det selvsagt veiarbeid, ble lite søvn på meg den natta og morgenen etter. Kontaktet på nytt resepsjonen som hjalp meg med å bytte rom, de hadde bare et rom ledig, som lå litt høyere opp, men fortsatt ut mot gaten. Rombyttet hjalp noe, men uka ble ødelagt av lite søvn. Jeg reagerte også på sengetøyet som ikke kan ha vært allergivennlig, spurte om å bytte dette i resepsjonen men de hadde ikke noe annet, enda de sa det på telefonen da jeg bestilte rommet. Frokost ok. Kunnskap om byen var stort sett lav da ingen så ut til å komme fra Wien av de som jobbet der og hadde liten interesse for å hjelpe deg med dine eventuelle spørsmål.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel serviable et courtois. Petit déjeuner onéreux mais de grande qualité. Air climatisé fonctionnel présent. Seul désavantage: loin des centres d’attraction de l’opera et des autres attraction majeures de Vienne. Transport en commun efficace toutefois

Overall this was a great stay. The location is well suited for transportation and restaurant/shopping options. The only negative was the buffet breakfast lacked hot meat and egg options. The price is expensive for what there is. It’s a small issue.

Super Frühstücksauswahl. Selten so klasse Schinken, Kochschinken, Salami, Käse usw. Im Hotel gegessen. Immer frisch und schöne dünne zarte Scheiben. Nicht der Standard Frischwurst Aufschnitt wie in manch anderen Hotels. Sehr lecker.

Alles soweit ok.Speisenauswahl dürftig.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Wurst und Käse ist nicht wie oft üblich Frischwurstaufschnitt. Ausgezeichnete Qualität bei allen angeboten Speisen. Schinken, Salami, Käse schön dünn geschnitten. Frische Brötchen in verschiedenen Variationen. Es ist immer ausreichend Obstsalat vorhanden. Café wird immer frisch mit Siebträger Maschine zubereitet. Sonstige Bezahlung an der Bar erfolgt ausnahmslos dem Trend entsprechend bargeldlos. Ich war das 2. Mal in dem Hotel, also Wiederholungstäter. Wer ein gutes, mit etwas mehr Niveau, gut an den ÖPNV angebundenes, ziemlich gut ab der Einkaufsstraße gelegenes Hotel sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Einkaufsstraße liegt zwar gleich ums Eck, aber man hört sie so gut wie gar nicht. Ist natürlich alles subjektives Empfinden. Beim nächsten Wien Besuch werde ich dieses Hotel wieder auswählen. Ich hatte ein Loft Room.

Nice air conditioned room near public transportation and beautiful tree lined boulevard with shops. It’s not clear whether you can fully control the air conditioning, but it seemed good for sleeping. The breakfast at this hotel seemed a bit pricey as I recall.

Lage ein Traum. Hotel ist cool gestaltet und selbsterklärend um sich zurecht zu finden. Selbst Check In hat nicht funktioniert. Karte wurde gedruckt jedoch ohne Zimmernummer so wusste man wieder nicht wohin und benötigten Personal. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Über 20 Minuten auf den Verlängerten gewartet. Das sehr bemühte Personal war überfordert da unterbesetzt, So war auch vieles Leer am Buffet. Bei diesem Preis von €24,- nicht ok.
