Internet was excellent, rooms and shower was amazing, staff friendly... Small and deep swimming pool.. definitely will be back.. outstanding hotel

This review is for my stay at the LK president hotel which is situated at the top of Soi Pothole for those of you that know the area. I have stayed at a number of the LK hotels in the area previously and this particular venue is similar in many ways. It is a large tower hotel with I believe is 27 floors high and so it is a lot quieter than other hotels in the location if you get a room quite high up, which benefits with some very scenic views around Pattaya.. As with all the other LK hotels, it’s interior including the rooms and the swimming pool are all now a little tired and you can only imagine how opulent and impressive these hotels were back when they first opened. However, despite tackling a supersized cockroach in the bathroom on my first night, the daily cleaning of the rooms was first class and the 16th floor cleaning lady called Miss Lai was so friendly and could not have been more kind and she wanted to go out of her way to be as helpful as possible. The bed was huge and very comfy with four enormously soft comfortable pillows so sleep was no problem at all. Location wise for this particular hotel is pretty handy as it was straight across the road into the bar territories which led down to the busy LK Metro and Soi Buakhao areas. A little bit further out from second road where the regular buses run. Sun loungers around the pool were great but the pool could do with regular cleaning and some easier access options. Also, the balcony had no furniture to sit on.

安い金額で宿泊しましたが、その2倍以上出してもおかしくない眺望と施設でした。設備自体はところどころ古くなっている個所もありますが、全体的にきれいに保たれています。カップルできても十分楽しめるのではないでしょうか。食事はとっていませんのでわかりませんが、機会があったら食べてみようと思います。 客室紹介の写真と実際のイメージは同じなのであまり失望することはないかと思います。 ホテルを入ってすぐのところに、笑顔のいい小柄なお兄さんがいます、好印象です、

Great staff, always helpful. Good value for your money. The pool was marginal, not for children and too many bird droppings on the tables. I would still come back to this hotel. They could offer more tours. Guest friendly and very safe.

Great property, convenient. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Only thing I woulsay is the pool area needs to be kept up during the day. Used towels, containers left behind. But a good property.

The staff are amazing will do anything to help you. Shame there’s no bar at the pool but apart from that it’s perfect. Great cleaners everyday also

サードロードにある高層ホテルです。 ソイブッカオからチャイヤプーンを抜けた先にありますので、十分に歩けます。 ローカルエリアにも近いので、安いレストランやバーがたくさんあります。 部屋は広くて清潔です。設備は少し古くなっているようにも思いましたが、許容範囲でしょう。 朝食はもう少し特徴があってもいいかとも思いましたが、欧米の方が多かったのでいいバランスでしょう。 敷地内、道路側にタイ料理やオムレツ料理が食べられるお店があるので、そこも美味しいと思います。 wifi接続も50mbぐらいは出ているので問題なし。 デスクのチェアが柔らかいので長時間の仕事には向かないかもしれません。

Best hotel in pataya by far value for money rooms are excellent and roomy. Appointments, a good standard.Everything is clean and stuff.Are attentive well done okay president

Hotel extremely clean with great service from concierge and house keeping. Very competitive price compared with other local LK hotels. But downsides. Very poor choice of television channels and no English news channels. Crossing 3rd road to access hotel is very hazardous. Surprised hotel not demanding pedestrian road crossing

Super nice hotel. Super friendly staff all over. Clean. Safe. Location is unbeatable.

Hotel people are very pleasant and service oriented, BUT this old styled hotel need to be fumigated due to the extreme amount of roaches and other pest throughout the hotel!!

Overall excellent they could improve a little in regards to hygiene standards by cleaning the floor in the rooms a little better.

파타야에서 오래된 호텔입니다. 위치는 싸이 쌈 도로에 위치해 있고, 길을 건너서 조금만 가면 바로 소이 부아카오로 접근할 수 있습니다. 위치에 있어서는 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 호텔이 오래된 만큼, 가구나 시설에서 세월에 흔적을 느낄 수 있습니다. 그래도 청소는 매우 깨끗하게 이루어지 지고, 침대도 매우 편안해서 쉬시는데는 나쁘지 않습니다.

Hotel staff is fantastic. Rooms adjacent to elevator shafts do have some noticeable mechanical noise. Hotel is showing its age but overall the condition is well above average. 3rd road is a bit of a challenge to cross but manageable. Wi-Fi boosters in rooms are a great idea, internet speed is very good.

一見キレイだが、壁やドアやゴミ箱はきたない。 壁、ドアが薄く、外の音がすごく聞こえるし、部屋の音もだだもれ。 エアコンの音がうるさい。 アメニティが少ない。

Beautiful hotel and the staff were fantastic! The first night I was kept awake by a nightclub opposite my room - nothing to do with the hotel just unfortunate. I mentioned this at reception the following morning and they couldn’t have been more helpful showing me two alternative rooms one of which I moved in to that morning with help from them. The only thing wrong with the complete stay there was the Wi-Fi in my room didn’t work which made communication with my travelling companion very difficult - I managed to log in to another room’s Wi-Fi but not until the last day - frustrating but not the end of the world. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - lovely.

I liked the price the staff is great but the televisions in my rooms didn't work properly

I had a very good stay at this hotel very friendly staff

Om jag jämför med LK Metropole var detta sämre, ingen uppgradering samt förvånsvärt otrevlig nattpersonal. I övrigt ok hotell men inte wow i mig hade man chansen att charma en VIP gäst detta misslyckades man med. Sov bra i sängen skall sägas och AC:n var perfekt.

건물은 대형 4성 호텔에 모습으로 매우 관리가 잘되어있고 규모가 커서 그만큼 음식도 좋고 방도 넓다. 3rd road라 부아카오가 가까운게 최대 장점. 바로옆에 있는 바들에 소음이 매일 계속되고 장기 숙박자들로 인한 고인물들 틈에서 잘 버틸 수 있다면 추천

They’ve just opened a new disco across the street and the music pumping non stop until 4am. I was staying on the 17th floor and was able to hear it loud. The hotel management need to do something about that spot and close them down.

The hotel, staff, facilities, rooms and service were amazing. The one (and only) reason I won’t be booking again for my next stay in Pattaya in June is the road outside the hotel is an absolute nightmare to cross there are NO traffic lights OR pedestrian crossings and it’s one of the busiest roads in Pattaya to cross. You literally take your life in your hands every time you try to get over it… even late at night. It’s simply too big a risk to take in future, which is a shame because everything else about the hotel would have lent me to going back there in June.

My third time in this hotel and been very happy. Only problem is crossing the road when leaving the hotel.

Closeness to areas I was interested in.

コロナ前は新しくてきれいだったのに、経年劣化がひどい。 すぐ近くに野外音楽ステージが最近できて深夜の11時位から翌早朝３時過ぎまで大音量と振動が半端なくひどい。安眠妨害。部屋も広めで快適だったから大好きだったのにもう宿泊しません。

コンビニも横にあり、施設は良かったですが、前の道路を渡るのが怖かった

Greit opphold men frokostopplegget var dårlig ett lite bygg på utsiden av hotellet merkelig opplegg ikke etter mine forventninger.

골프 장박으로 넓은 방 나쁘지 않음. 조식 바뀌진 않으나 먹을만함. 여자분들은 좀 시내에서 떨어진 곳에서 볼트타고 다니시길.

I’d never considered staying on third road, but I know a lot of of these properties that Mr. Lenore owns. They are always beautiful and traditional with modern touches. The staff in the kitchen and restaurant for breakfast must be applauded. They always kind courteous and happy with special mention to a lady by the name of Nuch
