It was great to have EV charging that worked. Made the next morning a great start.

Adequate for price. Breakfast basic. Pool cold. Dryers broken. No towels in room Black mold on ceiling of shower and along shower door. Very small room. Advertised view-see pictures Bed was fine, elevators worked, convenient location. Would not return

Good location. Unfortunately we had a loud group outside smoking at 12:30am. They were talking very loudly and animated for over 25 min. As I was about to call the front desk they left. Made for a terrible nights sleep. They need to move the smoking area further away from the property. Also there is a huge pothole in the parking lot.

The main floor lobby and breakfast area were under renovation.

Only frustrating thing was the pool’s heat pump wasn’t working so my kids couldn’t swim. A part was being ordered so maybe it’ll work next time.

Property was clean and looks updated. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water flow. Staff was friendly and helpful. One elevator was broken. Gym only had one treadmill, elyptical and peloton bike.

Love the staff. Cleanliness was good. We stay there twice a year when we visit our family. However the pool has only been in working order once so that is disappointing.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Fitness room and pool are a nice feature at this hotel. Pool floor gets very slippery when wet. The floor could use some slip mats or different flooring but other than that 5 stars!

Pool water green, one elevator broke, garbage sat in hallway for 3 days, workers fighting.

Pool heater was broken during our stay.

Shower was full of mold still had boot foot prints in shower.

I would like to preface this review with we’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and loved it. This time, however, our room and pillows smelled like mildew. Our shower had pink and black mildew in the bottom corners and after showering and walking around the room barefoot…. My feet were completely black and needed to be rinsed in the shower. The gym area had a horrible smell as well. I did provide staff with pictures of our shower and gave them the same room conditions as described here upon check out. In the past I’ve always given this hotel a 5 star rating but this time sadly it was horrible and not worth the money we spent to stay here.

The room itself was extremely dirty. The bathroom smelled horrible of mildew and there was mold in the shower. There was also only 2 towels and the pillows for the beds were very small. There was also lots of random dust and dirt on the floors. Lastly, the side door didn’t work and you had to use a rock in order to get back in to not have to walk back around to the front. After seeing how high this hotel was rated, I definitely expected a lot better.

Mold around bathroom vent fan in shower and around sink. As well as dead insects on window sill for game weekend and price paid it’s ridiculous

Room had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Toiletries that were to be provided were empty (shampoo and conditioner). Asked for clean towels and washcloths and when provided all were covered in thick black hair, even one towel had a clump of hair in it.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Outside door by pool didn’t lock and made me feel less secure. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. Did not have breakfast. Bed was clean, shower had pink mold in corners, toiletries were empty, they only gave us two towels.

Stayed in two other hotels with in the area by same owner group and they exceeded my expectations. This one didn't it was gross has black and Pink mold in bathroom shoes stuck to tile floor like they had sap or urine on them. Not really the kind of place you would want to brush your teeth or shower.

We've stayed before and had decent rooms that were nice and clean. This was not our experience this time. The lobby and hallways were covered in dirt. Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly or stocked for awhile. Surfaces were dusty, there were toothpaste stains in the sink, mildew in the tub, and hair on the floor and in the tub and sink. There was 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no towels, and no hand soap. I didn't check the shampoo etc in the shower. One of our pillows had multiple clumps of human hair on it. I went to the desk to ask for a pillow or pillowcase and was told there were none in the whole hotel. I asked for soap and tp, got back up to my room and the clerk had given me lotion. There was one cup for coffee but 3 lids, so it had been used by a previous guest and just not checked or stocked. It was overall a pretty disgusting experience that I won't be repeating.

Very clean room

Staff was great, our first room had dirty pillowcases and dirty sheets. The shower also wasn't very clean. The front desk was notified and was very helpful

This is clearly an aging property, and staff do their utmost to keep it in very good condition. The drain on our bathroom sink would not open when we arrived, and Evan, the check-out person, was extremely helpful in removing the stopper. We discovered the next morning the water would not drain from the tub. Outside our window, we had a view of greenery, which was nice. We enjoyed the good-size pool. Free breakfast was satisfactory. We lost about 4 hours of needed sleep because of very thin walls - the people next door were partying hard, singing loudly, then yelling at each other - from about 10 pm to 2 a.m.

Lots of slamming doors & stomping in room above us until at least midnight

Room wasn’t too bad but it was one of the noisiest rooms that we have ever stayed in. You can hear everything that is going on in the hallway, plus they have some of the worst windows ever. You can hear every bit of the highway traffic that goes by. We were on the second floor and could hear people having a normal conversation in the parking lot.

WiFi not great, Tv small, no ability to add aps, no premium channels

Friendly staff.Clean modern facilities,Affordable,Only negative to keep this being 5 stars is Wifi speeds.They are Horrible.DL speeds of 3-5 MB are 20 yrs behind.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice place to stay the only drawback , the beds are ridiculously high. In 6’2” and had to just dive into bed.

Hotel is average.. front desk staff were very friendly.. room had funky smell had to use febreeze. Bed was comfortable, shower was not so good.. bad water pressure. Non smart tv. Typical mid range hotel breakfast. Convenient to wvu but wouldn’t stay otherwise.

Did not participate in breakfast. Which they would extend it to 10am. Also i wish more towels were provided. Also no shampoo provided but 2 conditioners. And wifi was down all three days we were there. Also TV remotes missing backs and on/off button did not work. May chooses another hotel next year.

When I first checked in the young man at the desk was new and he requested some help to check me in and the front desk attendant just walked off mumbling how stupid the kid was. So, the young man went ahead and checked me in so I thought. I requested maid serve each day of my say, but I found out that no one knew I was in room 429 because he did not complete the check in correctly. I went to the front desk and reported that the refrigerator did not work, as soon as I got in my room, and they told me that it would be changed out in the morning, it wasn't, and I had to get towels each day at desk because for one week I never received maid service. Trash was overflowing for a week, and I had to take care of it myself. Thank goodness it was a business trip, and my wife was not with me, she is not as patient as I am.

Loved the hotel. Hated paying for it twice. I booked through a travel app. Being exhausted, my spouse went in and instead of checking in, booked another room. Funny and easily corrected? I thought so, and so did the THREE employees who assured me I would not be double charged or would be reimbursed if I was. They did double charge and just make promises they don't intend to keep. Its been almost three months.

Clean room, courteous and friendly staff.

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We were first given a room that had not been cleaned. Staff made inappropriate comments about disabilities, using the word "r" word. The hotel allows dogs and they were barking loudly multiple times throughout our less than 24 stay- including very early in the morning. The tables at breakfast were not clean.

Beniah was a great host while checking in, and anything I needed he was willing to help.

I had to wait 25 min in the main lobby because no one could be found, then after check on tried to get some work done on my laptop internet access was promised but access was less then 1 mb of download and 0 for upload. Discussed this with front end they reset the router and no changes happened. So i couldn't get any work done for the following morning. Asked for a late check out was granted 2 hours then house keeping coming in and trying to rush us out.

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve had this summer and at a very competitive rate. It was very clean, the breakfast was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The fitness and pool areas are certainly my not new but they had nice features. The layout of both the hotel lobby and the room was great. But the highlight for me was the service. The staff member at the desk politely greeted me by name both times that I saw him after checking in. I don’t think I’ve ever had that happen in any hotel. Terrific service. I will absolutely look to stay here on future trips through the area.

Thomas ensured that our check in process was smooth. We checked in a little early so we could make it to our daughter’s event on time. Much appreciated!!! The room was comfortable and quiet.

We had car trouble. while we waited for the tow, the desk staff tried to help jump the battery, and gave us drinks while we waited. When we had to spend an extra night and the nearby restaurant was closed they ensured we knew who would deliver food. The next morning, one of the staff gave us a ride to the repair shop to pick up the car, Thank you!

Affordable and Clean. Locationis a bit odd, but safe.

This was a quiet, clean hotel just off the interstate close to a gas station. Good place to stay when traveling. Not far from downtown or campus, but not walkable at all.

Friendly employees, good breakfast, nice room

Breakfast could have been a little bit more or expected a little bit more there wasn't really any fresh fruit at all other than scrambled eggs and sausage that was the hot food you had to take your oatmeal packets out where the tables was to get hot water where you made your tea in order to make it yourself and other than that they're juice was good but the breakfast variety wasn't out the other hotels have ever been there wasn't any fresh fruit other than a whole apple and a whole whole Orange there was no yogurts or anything like that cuz she was from pretty much if you want to make your own lawful there might have been some toast and bagels and like I said scrambled eggs and sausage links other than breakfast everything else was excellent especially the customer service when checking actually I called prior also and the guy who I talk to and checked us in I can't remember his name but was exceptionally nice and exceptionally good very friendly and very welcoming place was extremely clean was very welcoming and nice walking in actually probably one of the nicest coitus walking in Wise was exceptionally nice and big not saying that all laquitas aren't nice this one just was different walking in it's like walking into a high-end in a very high end Hotel how the front desk was and how big the lobby was Etc room was wonderful like I said no complaints at all I really wouldn't I'm really not complaining my breakfast I just like my fresh fruit in my yogurt but I would recommend

Breakfast was out of a lot of things

Breakfast was really good and everything was very clean.

Easy access from highway. Good breakfast options. Clean facility. Disappointing to see desk workers lounging around and on theur phones.

Extremely clean, close to several restaurants/fast food, wonderful breakfast, Friendly staff

All was good except for the breakfast. It was rated highly but was just average. The bigger issue was the attendant's responsiveness. The "hot" water for tea and instant oatmeal was tepid and when we asked for hot water, it was 20 minutes before that came out and it had clearly been heated in a container that was last used for coffee and not cleaned. While I appreciate the busy morning rush, making excuses and blaming other people is not good customer service.

Breakfast was the bare minimum. No Ketchup??? No Yogurt?? Horrible bread overall limited options and the egg substitute was awful.

I’d rate it 5 stars, but no breakfast to go option for those that had to be out before 7am.
