Honestly for the price the hotel is perfect. Most notably there is an atm in the lobby, Lek massage which is one of the best massage chains in Bangkok, very decent breakfast, a shuttle to the sky train, a convenience store on the property, great restaurants in the area, etc.

The staff was very friendly. Answered any questions i may have had. The room was cleaned daily, which was great. There were plenty of shops nearby i was able to walk to. The pool and gym was also nice and clean.

Bra läge, med flera restauranger på gångavstånd ( men det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet, även om det står så i beskrivningen) Det är en bit till närmaste tågstation, men man kan smidigt åka båt på floden - kostar 16 B och går till CentralWorld. Mysig pool, men hade varit bra med fler solsängar. Finns ingen bubbelpool, men en liten inomhuspool utöver den vanliga poolen.

I had a delightful stay here, not “wow” but comfortable. Good location, lots of restaurants, and minutes to the BTS. A decent gym and an amazing view from the roof. I recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient hotel with a great rooftop lounge style bar. We arrived early and our lovely hotel receptionist Bokie was AMAZING! And was able to accommodate an early check in! 🙏

Was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Pai at front desk was very helpful and helped us get bus tickets to our next location. Breakfast was excellent, could not have been better, with a friendly happy staff greeting you every morning.

Nice and clean hotel 20 minutes walking from Thong Lor BTS. MC taxi available for 20thb. Breakfast ok with also salad and fresh fruits. Remember to order you omelette at the desk.

Really nice hotel, but our card never really worked in the elevator, so we had help from staff to get to our floor every time we went in and out. Notes in the hotel room warned about fines if you steal a soap, but there was no soap available. Cleaning could have been done better.

Avoid room 105. No hot water in the shower, so i had to take a cold shower upon arrival. The hairdryer stopped working while my hair was half dry. Theres no soundproof whatsoever. They provide earplugs but you can still hear through the earplugs. No phone to the front. Oh, the creme de la creme, i woke up from the sound of the toilet bubbling up for god knows what reason.

Our panoramic view of the numerous power cables was obscured by having to have the curtains closed or we would have become a tourist attraction when using the bathroom from our 1st floor room.

The staff is really nice, very helpful, the front desk and bell man too. Especially the manager Nikki, she went out her ways to accommodate my needs. Breakfast is great, they change every day. What i like the most is they have quite good variety of veggies, and 3 kind of fruits. Also Thai and international dishes. Washing machine is very convenient, especially for my long stay of half a month. Unfortunately, when i boooked the room, in the description there was " a mini fridge" but they couldn\'t provide me one for my 8 nights stay, so i have to change hotel, and come back for the other 6 days on my booking, since the manager promised that i would have a mini fridge ( i will have surgery so i need my medications, foods, drinks, etc next to me in the room).

Rooms need a bit of looking after - though there was a letter in the room saying they are working on this. Reception checked me into the wrong room and tried to ask me to change rooms at 22:30, after showing me yet another room I didn’t book (no balcony lower floor, I booked studio panoramic with a balcony)I politely declined moving rooms. I selected the ‘pay at property’ option, but the hotel directly took the money from my card the day before I arrived. Expedia confirmed this, they should not provide the option at checkout if it is not possible to pay at the hotel. Reception did try to rectify this by allowing a payment in cash and a card refund, but the refund would take 10/14 days and they weren’t able to provide me with any receipts of yet more cash being left at reception for payment or a refund receipt for the card transaction. Location is pretty good, rooms are large. Bathrooms are good.

16:00過ぎにホテルに到着し、ロビーでチェックインしようとしたところ、あと45分後ならチェックインできますが今はまだ空いてません。と断られました。友人はチェックインできたので、部屋のある6Fへ行くとメイドらしき人が部屋でサボっていました。このホテルのマネジメントは崩壊していると思います。もう利用したくないです。
