This is by far one of the best hotels my family stayed at. From the staff to how cleanliness. The breakfast was good. Room very spacious. Will be my go too more often while traveling.

Room was clean. Newly updated. Everything was good except the tv wouldn't turn to face either the bed or couch. Tony, the receptionist, was very helpful. FIX THE TV SETUP!

Halfway remodeled? I guess. Missing baseboards, doors that didn’t open or shut correctly, paint everywhere, lobby constructed just open to public with the fumes from chemicals everywhere. Very noisy. The pull out couch was completely unusable for my husband and I. Went down to front desk and was met with a manager that didn’t seem to care that the whole reason I booked the 1 bed suite was to sleep seperate from my children and could no longer do so as I wouldn’t force my worst enemy to use that sleeper sofa. Manager tried to use the “it’s brand new” and “that’s how sleeper sofas are” excuse. Well I have slept on many because that’s how my family travels and trust me, that’s not how they all are. Just because it’s “new” doesn’t mean it’s acceptable. Breakfast was subpar. The only “fresh fruit” were some green bananas. Thank goodness we were only there one night.
