Very friendly staff, great location, nice pool, secure parking. Room in ok condition though there was mould on the ceiling. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable, very hard mattress and no topper. Not the type of bed that should be expected in a high end hotel. I had a further booking that I cancelled purely due to how uncomfortable the bed was and booked into another hotel

Knappast en 4-stjärnig hotell. Jag hade bokat rum med sea view men fick ett rum med halv havsutsikt. De kunde inte heller ge mig ett rum med Kingsize säng utan bara dubbelsäng. Fick sova i en väldigt small säng under min vistelse. Frukosten var uselt och ibland inte fanns korv eller skinka på bordet. Kalla stekta ägg. Poolen är väldigt liten utan. Ligger på andra våningen utan havsutsikt. Poolen är bara 1m djupt. Men jag ska ge beröm restaurang kocken som lagade ett par middagar jag åt på hotellet Det var helt okej. Bli inte lurade av bilderna.

traveler how use wheelchair to mowe notice that swimming pool area is not accessible. the hotel's brochure said that the access routes were accessible. of course I should have verified it myself, but the pictures looked good and the hotel was definitely not the cheapest.

De kamer was mooi en gerieflijk. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk maar sprak zeer weinig Engels. Er waren de eerste week werken aan het zwembad en de fitness. Je mocht wel gaan zwemmen in het naastgelegen Hard Rock Hotel. Voor mij geen optie. Geen andere compensatie.Ontbijt veel te duur, gelukkig kan je op andere plaatsen lekker en goedkoper ontbijten. Voor een hotel dat nog niet zo oud is merkte ik toch verscheidene zaken waar werk aan was. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

This is a amazing Hotel. So comfortable. Has a incredible staff of workers. The Kitchen for Breakfast is like sitting a home. Again the workers amazing. Good Breakfast. Wide variety of choices. My room was not the top room choice but a huge room. Massive Bathroom and Bed area. Nice little Balcony to sit on. Nice gym room. Small but nice. Great lobby to relax in. Outside seating also very comfortable. Really good Dessert and Coffee Bar. I really have found my go to place in Pattaya. Oh and the beach is a simple walk across the street. One minute your on the beach. Parking on site. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The location was great and breakfast was very good. We booked a corner Seaview room, and was given room 315, it overlooks the pool at eye level, pointless having a sea view room because you have to have the curtains pulled on to prevent anyone using the pool area looking directly in. The windows need tinting to prevent this. Disappointing room for the extra money.

Good location, staff were all very helpful and nice. There was a Lack of storage in the room, only had 1 small drawer for all my clothes, asked for an additional chest of draws, but housekeeping only had a wooden clothes rack. Room was tired looking and definitely needed a makeover. Patio door frame was bowed so you could see daylight gap, light switch to bathroom was faulty, had to request maintenance to fix it, night watch security guard was very helpful and pleasant, so special thank you to him. He kept us all safe at night.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. If the shower water pressure was a little stronger, this hotel would be perfect. The surrounding facilities are also very good and enjoyable. I would like to go to Pattaya again, and I will choose this hotel again.

It was a decent hotel. The one weird thing was that they charged me for an ashtray that broke on the balcony. The wind blew the table over and the ashtray broke when i wasn't even in the room. Next day I got a bill slipped under my door for 250 thai baht for the ashtray. Pretty lame. Felt like a really petty thing to do. I don't even smoke or use ashtrays! I requested a non-smoking room and here I am paying for a stupid ashtray. Hotels should realized a little good will goes a long way in building customer relationships. I come to Pattaya a few times a year. There are lot's of hotels to choose from. Is an ashtray worth losing a guest forever? I guess so for this hotel. I would not recommend staying here. You may be overharged for someing random.

I am in a wheelchair. Although not perfect it did meet my needs and the hotel worked hard to make my stay easier. Large rooms, wide doors, tile floors and a big counter with knee room made it great. Downside. Beds too close together so I couldn't access closet or safe or telephone and light switches. Staff was exceptional. Kind courteous quick to respond. I never opened a door or pushed myself up the ramp to the hotel. Plus the security would check where I was going and kept a close eye on me so I felt very safe. Even though the whole area and attitude of the people made me feel comfortable everywhere I went.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food and service at Pastry Addiction/October Sky is first rate. I had some language issues, but that’s a “me problem” because I’m the one not speaking the right language. :) Should I manage a future visit to this wonderful country, the Meramare Pattya will be my first choice. Very highly recommended. I found one very minor maintenance issue and let the front desk know.

This was a great hotel experience! The staff is very professional and courteous, the loctation is perfect because its rightnacross the street from Pattaya Beach. Because the hotel itself sits a little away from the street, there was no real street noise heard in the room even though Beach Rd is a main thoroughfare (especially at night). The food options were great! Although the price for cocktails was a little pricey for the area, the environment made it acceptable. The only less than satisfying issue was how hard the bed mattress is. I understand that this may be the typical preference l, but I prefer a much more softer and plush mattress. I only took 1 star because this is only my preference and not a flaw of the hotel. If there was an option to add a mattress pillow top or to offer rooms with softer mattresses, this would be 5 stars! I definitely intend to visit this hotel again in the future!

My only criticism was being charged 550baht. For 2eggs, 1 sausage & 1 slice of toast. Thats why i never had food there. Way to expensive.
