The family room is comfortably sized for our family of 3. We still could use the table with one futon rolled out. The beds are comfortable as well. It was pouring when we arrived. It’ll be good to have an extended shelter at the entrance to avoid getting wet while getting the luggage out of the car. Overall a good stay

Atmosphere is amazing!! Your shoes will be stored at the locker at the lobby, going around the tatami floor of the entire building makes me feels like at home. Room and areas through out the hotel is clean and nice. Onsen is top notch. Also a free late night Ramen per night of stays was delicious. However, laundry (drying machine) instruction in english is not correct, plus most front desk personnel does not understand english, which created a bit of a run around to get things right.

Hotel is very clean and the staff were very nice. Limited parking at the hotel but there is a large parking lot across the street. The room, while very clean, was very small. The smallest we have stayed in. Otherwise, great hotel.
