Corridors were constantly stinking of sewage water. Electricity kept going off especially in the middle of the night for 20 min or more. No mopping on the floor only dry vacuuming which led to sticky stained floors.

Stayed 2 nights at the property. The staff were super helpful and called up auto rickshaws when needed. Loved their attention to detail with regards to customer service. If I had to nit pick it would be the lack of lounge chairs by the pool. Great experience overall.

We had a great stay at Radisson Manipal. Property is in a really nice neighbourhood with all sorts of facilities. Icing on the cake is staff of the hotel which was very helpful and professional. Mr Dhanush at front desk was a great help to us.

It was a family trip to Visit Udupi and Mookambika. Very friendly people. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel was close to the Udupi temple and many great restaurants. Great Amenities.

lots of things missing for a supposedly 3* hotel, no table to eat , no forks provided as part of meals, a/c doesn’t work well took hours to cool . the door lock when taken out of the electrical slot makes it impossible to leave someone in the room and head down as the elevator on the way up doesn’t work without the fob. no extra pillows, so for 4 people with 2 beds one person doesnt get a pillow,. this is a regular city hotel with few rooms, they should not advertise themselves as a fancy hotel etc.

Initially offered smoking room by default without checking. I only book non-smoking rooms. What switched to a room on 1st floor and that had issues with A/c which wouldn’t work. Felt like a sauna - which isn’t good if you have to sleep a night in it

Our first night stay was very noisy, an extremely loud party was going on on the top floor and we could not sleep for a long time. The AC in the room was not working properly, it would cool and blow cold air, however after the temperature was reached it would not stop blowing air. it would actually blow warm air and make the room uncomfortable and humid. Repeated complains did not address this problem The breakfast buffet quality of food was not good It would be good if you provided bottled mineral water in the rooms The valet parking and baggage handling services were very good. It was good that you had mangoes and tender coconut water for sale

Exceptional service. Everything was attended to immediately and cheerfully. The included breakfast spread offered a huge and varied choice, and the service was exemplary. Our thermos was happily filled with great filter coffee for our onward journey. Big metropolitan cities could learn a lot from this great Manipal Radisson.
