The staff were amazing and very attentive to all needs. The rooms are basic and comfortable. Only downfall is the extractor fans in the restaurant don’t work so well so the rooms on the left hand side of the hotel gets all of the smelly food from the extractor fans in the rooms. That was unpleasant cause you can’t open the windows pool facing for those reasons.

The Lodge was good , room was clean, the staff not so friendly, did not advise that while i was waiting for check In, to sit in the foyer , the coffee machine was not pointed out , the vendor machine did not accept certain notes, had to buy coke from the reception desk. The noise from the other guests was terrible, doors making noises, people talking loud till early hours of the ,morning,It was a Thursday night so i dont understand why this could not be controlled by your staff, we did not have a peaceful night at all...No Laundry bag was issued , had to request..

the rooms are small and the bedding was worse it just crashed my night, the hotel room was nothing compared to pictures i saw on the website so i can safely say i was lied to otherwise i was going to book with another hotel, breakfast was not so tasty

We are very happy with the road lodge except the sheets were not clearly not washed or changed. We were itching the whole night and had dust mites type of bites. You could smell the previous person that stayed there on the pillow case. The rest of of the stay was very good as usual.

It was disappointing more especially with the fact that we intended to have a dinner in the lodge but the circumstances didn't allow us. We were told that the food was prepared for the group that was booked there...for us, this implied that we were less important than the group that was booked-in that same day. Then we opted to order from the Menu by contacting the reception, we were then told that we must come to the reception to order...for me this defeat ed the purpose of being in a Hotel/Lodge environment where you want to rest and relax. We ended up going somewhere else to get something to eat... Please forgive me for my ignorance if this is how your lodge operates...maybe we should have done a bit of a research...but it was a very disappointing night for us. we ended up leaving the Lodge at around 23h00 and went back home because we didn't see the need to remain there.
