Hotel from hell… between the blood on the sheets … The feces on the door and toilet… The bugs in the bed and the ceiling…The broken box springs of the bed….And the maid knocking on the door starting at six in the morning… I will give it a -100 if I could …. we didn’t even stay the whole night and they would not return our money… We will.NEVER stop here again

Housekeeping doesn’t do their job dog hair all over bed and under covers where they just pulled sheets back over bed instead of changing them out.

I definitely suggest to book the top floor for quiet nights. Otherwise you will hear people walking above your ceiling all the time.

Just spent the night on the way to the beach. Location was good. Staff was excellent - friendly and personable! Needed some attention to the bathroom - very little water pressure and toilet holder was old and broken.

The water pressure was horrible. When we were trying to take showers the water barely came out. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The day we were leaving they came n exchange it. And the top of the refrigerator was very dirty. Out beds both made very loud noises when we got into them, it was like the spring we’re broken.

Everything in the hotel was very nice except for the noise from other guest. The front desk employees were very attentive and super sweet,

Overpaid for a mid rate hotel. Walls are thin and can hear everything from the next room. The shower had no water press and toilet would rock on the floor. Not what a Hampton should be. Disappointed in what I paid for what I received.

All good except noisy neighbors talking loudly in hall and adjacent room at midnight . No respect for others

The room was clean for the most part. The only issue I had was that the beds were dated and one of them was squeaky and there was and item (which I threw away) at the base of one bed.

The young lady who checked us in (and out) was so friendly and helpful. We were traveling for a rather stressful occasion and it was so nice to have a friendly and truly pleasant interaction not once, but multiple times from the front desk.

I typically stay at this location while visiting Waynesboro, GA. However, my 1 night stay on business 7/26-7/27 was terrible. The Friday manager Keya was professional and accommodating even with replacing my soiled linen. However, the next day, Saturday 7/27 I asked for a 1 pm late check-out and received approval of that request from the front desk and housekeeping. However, a short while later I got a call saying I needed to check out at noon because staff would have left at 1 pm due to them not having a lot of rooms to clean. Then housekeeping arrived at my door around 11:52 am and stood outside, talking loudly, playing music and stating that management should not have allowed late check out. I checked out around 12:25 pm and told the front desk and the housekeeping manager, Ms. Dorothy, how disappointed and disrespected I was. I'm a paying customer, and the management should have honored what they told me: a 1 pm checkout. More importantly, customer service is key and it wasn't my problem nor should I have known that there were miscommunication issues between the front desk and housekeeping. I will be pushing this up to the General Manager (Matthew Gaines) and Corporate.

I absolutely love this property. They are always friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I checked in after 7:00 PM and unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. I called out several times, but no one responded — even though I could hear someone in a nearby room having a conversation on their cell phone. Another guest in the lobby also got up to look for assistance because no one was available. After raising my voice even more, a staff member finally came out, still holding her phone. I understand she may have been on a break, but there was no bell or button to alert someone that guests were waiting, which made the experience frustrating — especially after a long, tiring day. Additionally, I’d like to mention a few other concerns: • The door to my room does not close completely unless pushed firmly, which raises safety concerns. • The pillows were extremely soft, so I would recommend bringing your own for better comfort. • There was tape on the carpet in the breakfast area, which was unpleasant to look at and walk on. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff was very friendly once present, and my room was clean and well-kept. I made my reservation through Experian, but upon arrival that evening, I was charged an additional $50. The front desk staff explained that this was an incidental hold — in case something was damaged in the room or if I wanted to purchase snacks or other items during my stay. I was told the $50 would be returned. That has not happened yet

The staff member checking me in was too busy on the phone. Check me into an already check out room. Then came down and to get a drink was out smoking every time I come and still to busy talking on the phone to have any customer service.

Everything was magnificent, the friendliest environment, Craig the desk clerk, Johnny the maintenance 😀 👌 guy .very helpful. I will be returning 🤗

I was on my business trip and my internet was not working. I ask receptionist to help me and she just literally watching TV and not helping me at all. I went 3 times and she is not helping me at all and just told me she don’t know anything about internet just come in the morning. Really upset.

I am a return customer and I choose to spend a few more dollars because Every time, their staff is efficient, friendly, helpful. When you come in tired from the road, that is a welcome respite. Rooms clean, comfortable, usually quiet location. Will return again when I’m in the area.

This Hampton looked almost brand new and very clean. The complementary breakfast was very good. My meetings were in Louisville, GA which was only abut 30 miles away. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for lodging in this area.

Great property in Burke County’s Waynesboro,GA. I’ve visited several times and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. The property is convenient and accessible to major highways and main roads to nearby cities including Augusta.

The breakfast was great and the people were very friendly. I didn’t like that the price was a hundred more dollars than last year the day before Thanksgiving. We come for Thanksgiving every year and stay at this Hotel. We are both retired.
