We would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we fly out to visit family. Nice and quiet, easy to use, and very good overall. The bed was very comfy, HVAC easy to use, and many other perks. The pool was very nice and clean. Especially good for close access to good eats and nature on the river walk. Good parking, too.

This was a great stay. Highly recommended we flew from virginia and i will say we will be staying here everytime. Friendly staff. Great house keeping. Breakfast pool hot tub court yard for entertainment and relaxing very highly satisfied!! Oh and not to forget free laundry how can you get any better than that

Property and rooms were nice. Smoke alarm on floor went off on our 2nd night there, didn't know if we should get out or not. Did get turned off somewhat quick. Staff does not enforce quiet hours or regulate pool activity.

The pool area was filled with men just watching everyone else in the pool while they were fully clothed and vaping, and the hot tub burst a delightfully huge clump of gray hair at me. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty on the sides and the dust on everything was pretty wild for how new the place is. The directv box also wouldn’t work so ended up having to have maintenance come replace that… just all some strange stuff

Check in is ready and the desk attendants are always pleasant and helpful. We arrived on a Tuesday and enjoyed the Happy Hour time. It's s pleasure to be able to enjoy a snack and a beverage without being nickle & dimed for every service available. We had a restroom kit which was burned out. Once we notified the fruit desk staff, it was corrected immediately! Revelation attention to guest comfort.

There was a nice courtyard, we did not get to enjoy this due to the rain, however there was a nice fireplace and seating area for breakfast. the rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub were nice. There was a fitness room but we did not use it.

We stayed in a room where all 6 of us could fit. It was very reasonably priced and the kids had a great time. The only issue was, not that the hotel staff could do anything but us adults couldn't relax in the hot tub as there was small children thinking it was a jungle jim and was doing flips in there.

We enjoyed our stay while in town for Eau Claire Marathon weekend. Very close to downtown Eau Claire - only complaint was the cleanliness of the pull out sofa. Lots of hairs on it but there were clean linens to put on it - must have just been overlooked.

Always a great stay! Love this hotel and stay here often. It's easy on and off Hwy 53 with well lit entry and parking. It's always been clean and in good repair. The souple things which I'd change are: a slightly bit more room in the toilet/shower area - it's pretty tight and having the bed top not as high off the floor (when you are 5 ft tall, it's a stretch and I sometimes worry about falling as I get in and out.)

The room was amazing, we felt like we had our own apartment for the weekend. Would recommend for sure! Everything g was clean and neat, the hotel was great. The breakfast had so many options, even for my Mediterranean diet. It was a great stay. We are local to the area, so we will definitely be recommending our friends and family stay there.

I had work conference to attend and when asked if could stay another night but use a non work payment type to pay, the staff at the front desk was accommodating and made sure to fix the key. That way my guest and I were not having to do all this ourselves!!! So we got to stay in the same room. I do wish they faced the TV towards the bed or couches instead of towards the kitchen. I also wish the bathroom had working air vents, I don't think it works even when we turned the light on in the bathroom. I also think the studio suite in room 230 was not quite a big enough bed, looks small for a queen size, but it did good for 2 nights!

I really like the room set up. Its spacious with separate living room bedroom and kitchen is complete with regular size fridge, big microwave and even dishwasher. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good with hot or cold items to choose from.

There was a lady who worked the evening and wasn’t exactly friendly. But the rest of the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. They charged a pet fee for my service animal and told me it’d be reversed but it still hasn’t been updated.

The guy at the front desk was not helpful or driendly at all. We were early and he said our room wasn’t ready, that is understandable check in is a t 3. Then we came back at 230 to se if we would be able to check in he told me if I wasn’t a hotel member we would have to wait until 3 to check even though or room was ready . Very unfriendly and the next morning we saw that they had a drink and appetizer hour he didn’t tell us about that. Everyone else was very friendly with the exception of him.

I found the staff to be a bit off. Not the friendliest. Asked for a bit of a late check-out on Sunday. Was allowed only 45 minutes later. Found this stingy and also the attitude was as if to brush offf.... Hotel is sprawling and no parking adjacent room so had to walk three sides of hotel to get to room and then on the 3rd floor...

Two day stay - did not put “no room service needed” sign out, hoping to at least get fresh bath towels. Came back to hotel room to find no room service received. Called front desk and was told that only room service for multiple day stays on week days. Can come down and get new towels at front desk. REALLY. For one, would think the offer would be to run us up towels and second, what are we paying for? Disgusting. We have a three day weekend in Eau Claire and it will not involve Staybridge. Never ask for something for nothing, but this situation is really hard for me to drop or get over. Almost want to ask for a refund. Just do not get it? Just cannot stay there again

I use this hotel for family and friends from out of town. It has always been excellent in every way. The front desk lady last night was so friendly and kind! They are my go to because I know they are clean and have an excellent breakfast! Staybridge is also convenient because it's right across the freeway from our place!

Generally very good. Nice place, nice “happy hour”, good breakfast. Pretty clean. Negative would be old bath towels and the front desk not telling me my room was all the way around the back, thus me lugging two bags around the inside when I could have parked near a very close entrance door. Friendly staff, though.
