A well keep establishment. The winery and Inn were very nice. However, we were very disappointed that their restaurant was closed. We had reservations for two nights and were told when we got there that it was closed due to staffing issues.

I wanted to give this property an excellent rating. We liked the room and the view from the balcony. Very welcoming front desk staff. Our visit was marred by the dining experience, however. The continental breakfast is minimal and was mostly pre-packaged items and could be greatly improved with a toaster, some bagels or English muffins. The big disappointment for us was dinner at the restaurant. We arrived with a 7 pm reservation for what was supposed to be a special occasion to find that the menu had been pared down with very limited offerings. Still, we were prepared to go ahead with that for the convenience of not having to drive into town. After being seated we waited for 15 minutes with no greeting, no drink order, and no eye contact from any of the staff. It wasn’t a very busy night, either. So we left and went elsewhere. I hope the hotel can get a handle on this subpar service. We wouldn’t be in a hurry to eat there again. On a brighter note, we did enjoy the adjacent winery, especially the Cabernet Franc.

Our stay at Glenora was even better than anticipated! Check-in was quick and easy. We were surprised to learn that we would be receiving a glass of a Glenora sparkling wine for each of us as well as a ticket for free wine tasting at their vineyard store. On top of that, there was a complimentary bottle of Glenora wine in the mini-fridge in our unit! There are 2 other wineries and a brew pub within a decent walking distance. Plus many, many other wineries on Seneca Lake, and easy access to Keuka as well. The restaurant was excellent and they serve a continental breakfast daily. All in all, a wonderful, enjoyable place!

The hotel has an outstanding view of Seneca lake and Glenora vineyard. Every room has a deck or patio. Ours had a fireplace. Convenient walk to the tasting room and free tasting and bottle of wine with a room. Free Continental breakfast and they have a restaurant on site.

This is a good hotel which we recommend, and we’ll very likely return, but this particular stay was marred by the fact we encountered bedbugs. Luckily we were awake when they began to emerge! The response by the front desk was excellent: Laura responded immediately (this was at 1:30am) and opened another room for us. There were parts of the rooms and property that looked a bit worn, but overall, it’s a beautiful facility with beautiful views (including balconies) of a beautiful area. The amenities were excellent and generous in a couple of areas: a welcoming glass of sparkling wine, a bottle of wine in the room, and complimentary wine-tasting for two. The breakfast options were quite basic, and more along the lines of snacks. Better than nothing, but I wouldn’t consider it to be breakfast. Upon checkout, we received an apology about the bedbugs and were told that our room had been treated two weeks prior (information we could have used at check-in; we would have asked for a different room!). I didn’t feel good about paying full-price for the room due to our experience, so I asked if the company offered any kind of compensation. They reduced the bill by 50%. I frankly thought they should have offered something instead of me having to ask. I also thought that they should have comped the entire stay, and some readers of this might argue that I should have insisted, but given the amenities provided at a hotel that was already very reasonably priced, I accepted the offer.

We stayed there for two days. The sheets of both beds were dirty with stains all over them. As soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they took care of them. Breakfast is ok, it could be better.We had dinner at the property, definitely not worth the price with steak over cooked and nothing to use to eat the crab legs. However, every thing else was good. Great customer service, I would say still recommend this hotel.

We loved this property so much! The rooms are huge and comfy, and the view from each room is gorgeous, with views of the vineyard and lake. Each stay includes a free bottle of wine, a free wine tasting, a glass of wine, and free breakfast. The price was right too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location and view is amazing, and the room is great. We had a king with a jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. There is a nice, little patio on the room that overlooks the lake and vineyard and has comfortable chairs and a table. Bring a book and enjoy.

If you go there for the winery, I can’t really say anything, because we did not do any tasting or visit the vineyard. Regarding the hotel/inn, the outdoor looked well-kept and the front desk was polite and effective. The room, unfortunately, was in terrible condition. Stained, rugged carpet, dated furniture, dated bathroom that seemed like the bathroom of an old hospital. The room had a nice balcony, that had a semi-view of the vineyard and the Seneca Lake. There was complimentary water in the fridge and a free bottle of wine for the people who drink. Cleanliness was alright. I would definitely not stay again.

Our recent stay her was nice. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff visited daily and were great. The bathrooms were a bit dated and the continental breakfast was poor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great view of the lake. Visited during the winter and it was quiet. Loved the complimentary bottle Of wine in the room and complimentary glass of sparkling wine from the front desk. We also got a complimentary wine tasting coupon. I didn’t visit the restaurant. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly and hospitable. There was an issue with the heat in our room and they fixed it immediately. Wish the tv could have come out more and be in the center of the beds. Our neighbors were noisy and their kids were running in the hallway and woke us up. Had to let the front desk know

Love Glenora. We come every year. Desk manager was awesome in correcting an error on our bill. Another gentleman was even more awesome when he called to tell us we left something in the room and he would mail it to us!

We stayed there this past weekend. We had a wonderful time. Clean rooms, excellent service, friendly staff, amazing view and wine right by the vineyard and lake. I would HIGHLY recommend staying there!

Check-in was a breeze, with a nice surprize of a few welcoming gifts. Wonderful service, an incredible view from an excellent room. Fast friendly service up at the winery. Excellent guidance to help us pick the correct wines for us. Good guidance on things in the area. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the privacy and the quietness of the Inn. Our room was clean and the staff at the service desk was good, Very friendly. The bar staff was not as efficient. Very slow to get us our drinks. We had to wait almost 25 minutes for two drinks poured on the rocks. Food was good and served fast. Thank you for a wonderful time

The website does not do justice to the view from the very private patio outside rooms. It was a very peaceful and nice option for visiting Watkins Glen. We stayed in 4 hotels while visiting 4 New York State Parks and this was the best price and nicest. There is no mention of a continental breakfast but they did provide one so that was a pleasant surprise. The room and bathroom were large.

Good location to visit Corning museum and Watkins Glen state park. Beautiful view of Seneca Lake from all rooms, complimentary wine tasting and bottle! The dining room was very good but pretty pricy. The inn was comfortable and had good amenities. Needs some light maintenance here and there. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

Beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Porch faces vineyard and the lake. Great food at their restaurant. Winery up the hill. Everything is very convenient. I love the layout of the place. It flows and provides a great view. Very relaxing. Spacious grounds.

The view of the vineyards and lake were beautiful from our room and patio. A bottle of wine and tasting were included with the booking. Although the restaurant was closed being a Monday, they offered a continental breakfast. Its so close to beautiful Watkins Glen as well that it makes for a perfect location to all the area offers.

We always have a great stay at Glenora! The view is beautiful, every room looks out over the lake and vineyards. Prices are very reasonable. They include a bottle of wine, a welcome two glasses of champagne and a free tasting at the winery. It’s a very central location, easy to get to many of the wineries and Watkins Glen. The staff was great and very helpful especially when we had an issue with our TV. Alicia came and fixed it right away. The area is beautiful and I recommend Glenora to anyone coming up to the Finger Lakes.

Lovely property. All rooms have view of vineyard and Seneca Lake and a balcony. Very peaceful and quiet. Good sized room with large bathroom that includes separate mirror and counter for make-up, etc. So lots of shelf space. Bathroom could use a little upgrading, but certainly would not stop me from staying again. Great area - close to wineries and cheese/ice cream tasting. Only about 10 minutes to Watkins Glen.

We had a lovely stay, just wish the restaurant had been open and a better breakfast would have been nice too. Their winery is okay, but we would definitely stay there again. There are other wonderful wineries in the area.

Property is well looked after, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom features a large jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean. All rooms looked out to the winegroves and down to Seneca Lake. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. It features packaged breads and muffins that you usually see at a average hotel. With a restaurant on site and the caliber of the Inn you would expect homemade bakery goods and better fresh fruit. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would be back in the near future.

I wanted to give this property an excellent rating. We liked the room and the view from the balcony. Very welcoming front desk staff. Our visit was marred by the dining experience, however. The continental breakfast is minimal and was mostly pre-packaged items and could be greatly improved with a toaster, some bagels or English muffins. The big disappointment for us was dinner at the restaurant. We arrived with a 7 pm reservation for what was supposed to be a special occasion to find that the menu had been pared down with very limited offerings. Still, we were prepared to go ahead with that for the convenience of not having to drive into town. After being seated we waited for 15 minutes with no greeting, no drink order, and no eye contact from any of the staff. It wasn’t a very busy night, either. So we left and went elsewhere. I hope the hotel can get a handle on this subpar service. We wouldn’t be in a hurry to eat there again. On a brighter note, we did enjoy the adjacent winery, especially the Cabernet Franc.

Had an amazing time. You never need to leave the property if you choose not to! Room was clean although somewhat outdated. Views are spectacular! You receive a glass of sparkling wine, wine tasting, wine bottle in room and water bottles-all complimentary. Continental breakfast in morning as well. We made dinner reservations and it was delicious!

Most of the breakfast options are so unhealthy. Prepackaged processed pastries and instant oatmeal were nicely displayed but certainly not full of nutrition. Some protein source would be a nice addition. The fresh fruit was especially enjoyed. Coffee and tea selections were great.

Rooms spacious with great views. Veraisons restaurant closed for season. Cold lobby breakfast items available. If you can wait till 11 am, Tabora is wonderful for brunch and close by. On site winery and convenient for other wineries. Watkins Glen 15 minutes away. Would stay again.

Friendly and accommodating staff, Veraisons restaurant is very good, balcony dining with same breathtaking view as all the rooms. Glenora Vineyards is excellent; after a brief wine tasting, I bought six bottles! Only drawback to the property is WiFi seems very weak.
