Between the noisy machines and the glass partition in the check in area, it was hard to hear what anyone was saying.

Staff was accommodating. We had a small issue with the doors not opening to our rooms… One was user error, The other was a battery in the door which they replaced in a reasonable time. It isn’t always about the issues that you have but how the staff handles the issues when you do, and the staff did great. Motel is reasonably priced for what it is. Thank you Staff at Gene’s!
