No WiFi for the duration of my stay.I asked when it started,and they said the week prior.It would have been good customer service if they would have informed me ahead of time,since it was a business trip.I was stuck since I got the non refundable rate.Not a happy traveler.Plus,didn't clear the snow from the lot enough.

Pool should be heated. The water was cold when we went couldn’t stay in long. The breakfast was nice. Nothing special about this hotel. Self parking which I like - in the parking lot. A pizza place and some other stores close by. Nice and quiet. Beds were ok, nothing special.

The check in process was smooth and the attendant at the front desk was very cordial and offered assistance at the ready. The pool was a little chilly but perfect size for kids to hang out in. Everything was clean. No issues. Breakfast was beyond anything I expected. Would definitely recommend

I missed the driveway into the hotel property, as it’s very close to a busy intersection. The hotel front desk lady was very nice, and check in was seamless. Room very nice!

Had our 8 year old granddaughter on the trip. The pool was freezing cold apparently the heater was not working they said it would be fixed the following day yet 4 days later was still wasn't fixed. Pretty disappointing for her

I booked the room after calling the front desk to ask if they had a pool and that it was working. Front desk staff said the pool was working, so I booked even though the room was a good $50 higher then the other hotels we were thinking to book. After checking in to the room, which had dust bunnies and a dirty bathroom floor, we head down to the pool, and the water is ice cold - completely frigid. I stop by front desk to ask if they can turn up the heat in the pool, to which the attendant says they know about the temperature and have ordered a part and are still waiting. I let the staff know I called them and specifically booked this place, which is way overpriced given the neighboring hotels, specifically because they confirmed they had a working pool just an hour ago. Apparently an ice cold pool in late December with a non-workable heating part qualifies as still working for Hampton inn??? Completely unethical - this is false advertisement. What’s worse is they went as far as to tell me over the phone when I called to check to see if they have a pool they willingly failed chose ti say it works rather than mention it is an unheated pool. All so they can overcharge for an amenity that is inoperable. Also, the shower faucet was loose and leaky.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good. The grandkids said, “We could live here forever.” One thing I will note - the pool area has multiple signs posted stating that the floor is slippery when wet. And it is! Any flooring around a pool will be wet. Maybe choose a flooring that IS NOT slippery when wet.

What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Our room was great. Very nice design, I especially liked the shower design. Breakfast was fine, protein choices were egg white frittata and sausage patties. They also did have a waffle maker.

The facilities are clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are well laid out and clean. Very spacious bathrooms with big showers and a lot of counter space. Everything feels new. This is my favorite Hampton Inn.

I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a good experience except for the last time. I hate to be that person to leave a bad review but the hot water was brown and cloudy…I’m assuming from nearby construction or something but the person at the front desk said he would have known about that if it was. He switched our rooms and was very accommodating but both rooms had the same water. Upon passing another guest, they said the water was shut off a few days prior nearby but it was odd the front desk didn’t mention that. The WiFi also wasn’t working. Maybe I will give them another chance. The hotel is very clean.

Easily the cleanest, best run hotel I’ve stayed in in years. I was even allowed to check in early because of a broken water main on my road. On top of that, the front desk employee was the sweetest, most kind individual. She made me feel better about my situation and actually asked me how I was doing because of it. 10/10.

We have stayed here several times with our dog. Staff is wonderful! Bfast has enough to get the day going, coffee available throughout the day. LOVE the gym, but have yet to try the pool.

Not the best location. GPS and Waze could not find address.Drove around for 20 minutes and finally found location. The interior is a bit worn, could use some upgrade work. The people who worked there were pleasant and attended to our needs.
