Oceanside Court by KEES Vacations

We used to stay here before Keys Realty took over. It was a much nicer place and better managed back then. The porch had cigarette butts all over. The carpet was coming up on the border of the kitchen. Overall the property was messy. The stairs to the beach were covered over by sand making it very hard to climb. It feels like they are not putting any money into it and are just riding it out until the units are not rentable then tearing it all down and building another big house on the property. Sad because we loved this place and stayed there every year for over 10 years.

The place is older but clean. The only issue we had was parking. The parking lot has inches and feet of sand blown into the spaces. Walkway to the beach, steps and walkway were completely covered in sand. Not easy to park or turn around. Other than the parking problem, would definitely stay again.

The location to the beach was excellent. You can do long stays because of the amenities.

The place was terrible would never recommend it. It was dirty and not swept from the last tenants with sand and dog hair everywhere. There were roaches crawling on the ceiling at night. We had issues getting in the unit and had to have the code changed twice, then a third time after somebody tried to get into our room while we were gone. The toilet was broken. We called for it to be fixed. It ran all night the next day the technician fixed it, but ultimately really did not the next morning. It was running and not flushing like it had the day before and we noticed he did not actually change the plug in the toilet. The TV was broken and when they try to fix it, it just cut off again and again so we gave up the only positive thing I can say is the staff on site were nice. They seem to have their hands tied dealing with Kees vacation rental company. Just overall a very disappointing experience and I would never stay here ever again. Let alone for a week at a time.. the oven inside was also dirty and just smoked if you turned it on. We really could not cook in this place and honestly it was disgusting and I would not drink out of the Keurig or the coffee pot.. I would have left. Had I’ve been able to get my money back.

Cozy vintage beach cottage. Easy access to beach, quiet. Perfect for offseason getaway for a few days. People have been coming back to these cottages for decades for good reason. We loved the kitchen with full size appliances and lots of space. Pack your groceries and cook all your meals here, the cottage was perfect for a family of 4. Comfortable beds in two bedrooms. Nice living room/dining room. We spent four nights and were not disappointed.

Loved it all except there was a service van parked blocking the spots for several hours yesterday. Other than that no complaints.

Smells like mold, flies coming in through broken fan in kitchen, cable tv difficult to use, no hair dryer. This place looks like it was built in 1930 and other than a coat of paint and some cosmetic repairs, it remains in that era. I’ve seen better bathrooms and shower stalls in campgrounds.

Serious issues with cleanliness and numerous attempts to get the range fixed. I finally gave up asking and our stay was iver before the maintenance was ever completed.

Parking is not ideal but room was clean & proximity to beach is excellent

The place is conveniently located in points of interest. The cottage is clean and offers enough space.

The house smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The floors were very sandy in the rooms downstairs . The master bed upstairs has this giant hump in the bed so don’t expect to sleep if there is more than one of you in the bed . The house is not very clean , there wasn’t someone else’s hair on the bed cover upstairs there was hair in the shower, food behind the couches. Nice location to the beach and roomy for 6 people .

Did like easy access to beach and shopping. Didn't like not clean and in very poor condition

It was very clean and close to the beach. Cant beat the price.

This place was disgusting, it was dirty, my sister and her son checked in at 11.30 that night, tried going to sleep, bed was awful, she woke up scracthing and had a bite on back of her leg, she was acared it was bed bugs, she left house at 1 in morning because of the itching. We contacted Kees vacation at 8.55 that morning and informed them that we were checking out due to unsanitary conditons and bugs. Realty never contacted us back that day so at 1.40pm that afternoon I called Kees vacation again and had yo go over everthing again as they didn't check with anyone in office to see if they were aware of this or working on it. I was then told it would about 2 weeks before they decided what to fo about it. Wow, awful awful customer service.

My five year old epileptic son started having a reaction to the smell and we had to leave and find another place. Contacted Orbitz about a refund and they said property owner refused. DO NOT BOOK this property! You're better off pitching a tent on the beach than staying here.

There are no electrical receptacles in the bathroom (which is tiny). I opened the bedroom door and the door jam fell and hit me. The AC is not enough to cool the entire unit. The Bedrooms stayed hot.

The property has potential to become an exceptional place to stay with some improvements. It would benefit from modernization and upgrades to the equipment.

Bed frame was broken and made for an uncomfortable night of sleeping. Wont be back.

Everything was good except the bed next to the window. Our sleep was ruined and had to use the couch 😞

Many flies and roaches inside our unit! Beds are not comfortable.needs sime upgrades to make nicer

This place was a total dump. There was a single mattress on top of a frame... the bed was so uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep. The room was completely outdated. There were no couches to sit on... only the wooden dinner chairs and the beds. We would never recommended this place to anybody. There only plus was its location to the beach

Loved it all except there was a service van parked blocking the spots for several hours yesterday. Other than that no complaints.

Tried to talk to customer service days before the trip and had to call 6 times throughout the day and multiple days to finally get ahold of someone. We cancelled and asked for a refund because they were under hurricane watch, flood watch, severe weather watch, state emergency, high riptides, and lane closures that prevented us from getting there and after being promised a refund we get an email when we are supposed to be checking out saying we are no longer able to get a refund.

it just needs a little updating, the kitchen drawer was broke, it was clean, all of the soap dispensers were empty. it was very spacious, loved the layout, I asked for a late checkout and they gave it to me. when I checked in the door code did not work, I saw an employee and he helped me then they messaged with a new code. staff and cleanliness were great, just really needs updated.
