Nice hotel catering for students but rather basic. Good location for access to metro but long way out of madrid

I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. On my first night (which falls on a weekend), I spotted a cockroach in my room and killed it. I then requested staff to remove the cockroach, but was told that cleaning staff were not on-site. Subsequently, the ants took care of the cockroach for me. Midway through my 1st week, my door handle fell off. Fortunately, a member of staff fixed it the following day. On my last 3 nights, the air conditioning broke down in the middle of June. The room got very hot at night. The gym has no air conditioning or ventilation. The hotel is also double-used as a student accommodation. Many fellow residents are therefore very loud. Given the affordable price, I would have been happy staying here if these shortcomings were communicated first-hand. The 3-star rating is therefore misleading. I might have to stay here again in the future due to the hotel's proximity to where I work. Therefore, I hope the listed issues can be fixed.

호텔 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋은 향이 납니다. 24시간 상주하는 직원이 있으며 친절합니다. 룸과 욕실이 모두 넓고 쾌적합니다. 근처에 마트와 식당이 있어서 편리했습니다. 마드리드 시내로 가기도 편했습니다. 약간 부족한 점은 실내 슬리퍼와 린스가 없으며, 룸 클리닝이 약간 미비했습니다. 이 부분은 시정ㅍ요청을 하면 될것같습니다. 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

La habitación perfecta, pero el PARKING FATAL. Es la razón de esta opinión. Han externalizado el servicio en una empresa que falla, y en horario nocturno o fin de semana no responden. Llegué tarde a un acto muy importante por tenerme 30 minutos esperando para que me abriesen la puerta del parking.
