L’hôtel est joli le staff est sympa . La chambre est moderne et épurée avec une belle vue en hauteur dégagée. Juste un problème de tuyauterie en continu dans la chambre un peu gênant pour dormir , je l’ai signalé en partant le réceptionniste semblait déjà au courant . Spa joli , belle piscine . Il faudrait refaire le hammam qui s’écaille et peut être augmenter la température du jacuzzi . Cela reste malgré tout un bel établissement juste quelques corrections pour justifier le prix .

We liked the design and layout of the room, and having some quiet time in the spa with the pool and hot tub, along with the spa services we got. The breakfast spread was great too. It's close to many things to see in Rennes, too!

The refrigerator was broken and even though the morning staff said they could have been traded for another one the night shift staff said not possible. The air conditioner didn’t work and was too cold to sleep even though we put the temperature to 30 degrees. Wifi didn’t work so we had to purchase wifi from another computer. The reason we chose the hotel was because of their pool but we found out only after we called from our side 10 minutes after the reservation time that the pool was under maintenance - the reason being it was the ‘usual’ problem with the jacuzzi. If it was ‘usual’, they should have told us so before it became too late to cancel. The morning staff said whatever the night shift staff said was nothing to do with her, nor her responsibility.

Beautiful, modern hotel, stylishly decorated. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and multi-lingual. I was only there for one night so did not have time to use the spa facilities. The room was spotless and well equipped. The comfortable bed and bedding made me not want to get up! I would not hesitate to stay there again. There was a super little cafe just a few doors away.

We were given a room with a known problem with the noise of running water at almost 9 at night with no other rooms available and no hotels nearby with rooms. It is a travesty that they have not addressed the issue with the noise and continue to give out the room. We will see if I can sleep

Excellent location, very close to transport especially TGV station. Walkable to city centre. Staff are excellent. Very accomodating and courteous. Parking is excellent, feels like James Bond HQ😊 I will definitely be back.

J’avais pris soin de prévenir l’hôtel que j’arriverai très tard à près de minuit, il m’avait été répondu qu’il n’y aurait aucun problème car l’accueil était ouvert 24/24, Or à mon arrivée j’ai du patienter plusieurs minutes dehors et une fois l’agent d’accueil sur place ce dernier me confiait n’avoir jamais créé de carte et a donc mis un peu de temps, Il m’a également été demandé il une caution par carte de 50€ alors même que cette précision ne m’avait jamais été apportée lors de ma réservation, Pour terminer, la prise électrique avec laquelle j’avais chargé mon portable pendant la nuit ne fonctionnait pas et mon portable n’avait donc pas été chargé comme je m’y attendais le lendemain matin,

Staying at the St. Antoine was a great experience. Since the day we landed until we left. First, easy Uber or Taxi from the airport, aprox 20 mins depending on traffic. Then, the distance to the main SNCF train station, which obviously is connected to various metro and buses lines in the city and is like 5 mins walking from the hotel! The same station also works for the Keolis bus service that goes to Mt. St. Michel daily. So, this location is really valuable. The surroundings seemed actually very quite and peaceful, you can take walks to every important place in the city if you prefer. The room was very comfortable, good space and modern. The personnel were really kind and helpful all the time. It was really a great choice and I hope it remains the same or better in the future because I plan to come back :)

This was a lovely hotel. It is only a 5 minute walk to the train station and also is close to the city center. It was very quiet, and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. The room was excellent. It had a large modern shower and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again.

First, the hotel contacted me to tell me the spa would be closed for the whole week. But only the day before my arrival, even though that's clearly something that was planned way earlier, leaving me with no real possibility to cancel and book somewhere else (and my booking was non-refundable). The room looked nice, with a great rain shower, but I quickly found that the mini-bar and the whole desk area had no power. So no way to work or charge my devices. After failing to find the time to fix it the next day, they "upgraded" me to the room opposite. I'm not sure quite what upgrade means to them - the view outside the window is on a courtyard instead of the street, but that's not something that registers much, particularly when on the 8th floor... On the other hand, I now had one of those dreadful showers-over-bath, with a very small partition that meant that the bathroom floor would invariably get soaked and slippery. The shower mechanism was broken too, with the knob falling into the bath each time. And instead of a double bed (single mattress) I now had 2 single beds put next to each other, with a gap in the middle. Not possible to sleep diagonally without causing back pain. The room is fundamentally style over function. A place to hang a dripping wet coat? Forget it! USB chargers by the bed? Nope. I ventured once in the breakfast room. Small, no style, bad smell, food looking bland. All that for €22. I went 5 doors down to a cafe where I ate nicely for €9.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et l'accueil du personnel qui est au petit soin. J'ai également apprécié le confort et la propreté de la suite, l'accueil personnalisé pour mes chiens, la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner (qui est de qualité avec beaucoup de choix) en chambre, et celle de se faire livrer sur plateau et dans de vraies assiettes des plats des restaurants à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le spa. L'hôtel est à proximité de la gare, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans la region en transports en communs Mon sejour était parfait, je reviendrai, et cette fois-ci je resterai plus longtemps!

I was here for only one night, but it was the best night stay I had in France this trip. The facilities all seemed excellent, though I’m sad to say I didn’t experience the spa. It was included in the room but I wasn’t able to make the time. The breakfast for a smaller hotel was excellent, and the staff was all very lovely. If I’m in Rennes again I’ll automatically stay here!

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially because it advertised itself as a "spa" hotel. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that the spa had to be booked in advance, and no slots were available for us. This information should have been shared proactively before our arrival. After some discussions with the staff, we were eventually allowed to use the spa for only 40 minutes, which felt rushed and unsatisfactory. The room itself was quite noisy; we could hear toilets flushing and showers from other rooms, which woke us up multiple times during the night. The TV in our room was also malfunctioning, shutting off after just a few minutes of use. To top it off, the door to our room wasn’t locking properly, and we had to call maintenance to fix it. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, but overall, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Would not recommend considering the Price we payed unless improvements are made.
