Everything was wonderful about our stay, the room was exceptional, the pool was open late. Until it was breakfast time. We went down for breakfast at 9am (1 hour before it was over) and there wasn’t much left. We were disappointed and went elsewhere for breakfast after checking out.

Great location and terrific kitchenette in our lovely room. Gym and pool very nice. Included breakfast one of the better ones we’ve experienced, with lots of selection. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Ottawa. Connects well to Watts Creek Pathway for biking on the Capital Pathway system.

The room was a good size and comfortable for two adults and two kids. The pool, they’re not huge, was fun to have and the kids really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool is a little chilly and no hot tub. Hall way was super chilly but the rest from breakfast, rooms, and customer service, we couldn't ask for much more! It was great!

The hotel is a nice clean place but unfortunately, I don't think for the amount of money we paid it was worth it. The parking always seemed to be jammed as we were coming in. Breakfast was included in the reservations we made but it was very skimpy and not much hot. First day, it was eggs and sausage and when we went to get the eggs they were all gone and it was only around 8 something, second day it was little pancakes with sausage and the sausage didn't even taste cooked all the way. We asked for a laundry bag to our room and was told someone would bring it. We waited over an hour and started getting tired and ready for bed and ended up having to go downstairs to get it ourselves because it was late already. Just a side note, they should really have somewhere to hang towels like hooks or something on the back of the door in the bathroom because we had nowhere to put our wet towels. Disappointed by the stay!

L’hôtel était très bruyant car certains visiteurs avaient des chiens qui aboyaient. J’ai mis peux sécuritaire, car nous nous sommes fait attaquer par un chien dans l’hôtel même à la sortie de l’ascenseur. Aucune intervention du personnel. Donc faites attention à vos jeunes enfants. La propreté de la cuisinette et de la salle bain était à désirer. N’attendez vous pas à vous faire servir en français.

Poorly repaired toilet paper holder. Drywall mud wasnt even sanded or painted. Painters tape on the shower wall. Kitchenette cabinets had something splattered all over them, carpet wasnt vacuumed under the table. Hair in the shower and on the floor.

We stayed in an accessible room (we did not need too) and the shower leaked. There was a large chunk of hair under sink. Minimal options for breakfast. Beds were comfy. Great parking and close to shopping areas. Parking lot difficult to find.

Suite was dirty upon our arrival (chips on the floor, pink ring around the toilet, dirty chairs). Alerted front desk to the issue and provided the details, they apologized and said suite would be cleaned. Chips and dirty chairs remained for the 5 day stay. We won’t be staying here again.

We stayed here for one night. The room overall was ok, however the bathroom is in major need of renovation. It was pretty run down, lots of cracks and a weird smell. The bed was comfortable. There was a party in the room across the hall until 4am. And when we checked out the next morning there was vomit at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, considering it’s free. I wouldn’t book here just for the breakfast included. The staff was very nice.

Stayed for a sens game. Rooms were sufficient however you could hear every word people were saying in other rooms. Not very soundproof but would stay again. Was clean. Had kitchenette and close to some shopping, arena.

Terrific hotel! Love the modern feel of the rooms. Having a full kitchen in the suite is great. Everything was there, pots, pans, culinary, plates, bowls, cooking utensil. Even a dishwasher!!! Full size refrigerator.! King suite has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

We stayed one night in early December. Neds are comfortable, the room was clean, but definitely needs a refresh - lots of chipped paint around the door frames and the furnishings are tired looking. Also, while there’s a Keurig coffee maker, there’s no kettle in what was advertised as a full kitchen (plus, no oven)

Had some issues at check-in, but the staff was really friendly and did their best given the circumstances. Overall a great place to stay if you’re in Kanata. Much better than some of the other properties and cheaper too!

Due to Microsoft big down their credit card machine was not working, staff says you have to get cash or find other place to stay !!!! I talk to his manager , it was not good talk Celling lights was not working, can’t work at night. At midnight says move to other room, I was for only one night …I can’t move to other room coz it’s talk lot of time for me and wife was sleeping. They don’t wants to change simple light bulb!!

From the moment I checked in until my check out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. The check and check in were smooth and I really enjoyed my three night stay while transferring from extended hospitalization and convalescence into my new apartment. The bed was very comfortable. As the hotel is only three blocks from my new residence it will be handy for family and friends who come to visit.

From the moment I checked in until my check out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. Front desk staff was friendly helpful and when i asked questions if they didnt know the answer...quickly looked for the answer Not to mention that really cool computer thing in front of the elevator...i didnt know what was in Ottawa area so i learned alot without having to pester the staff.no comment on cleaning staff as they honoured our wishes and left the room during my stay...but room was spotless upon arrival so there is that And long open hours for the pool was nice...helped with my rehab on my bad leg My only complaint...what yahoo designed the shower for disabilty assist??? The helper rod is behind the shower door...useless for someone who requires the rod to get in and out of the shower...thank god my husband was there to help...

Location was great.. close to stores, dining and highway that runs into city. Room was great and having kitchen like full fridge, microwave and dishes was handy. Bathroom was good size. Hotel was clean and enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Would recommend.

Great location and terrific kitchenette in our lovely room. Gym and pool very nice. Included breakfast one of the better ones we’ve experienced, with lots of selection. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Ottawa. Connects well to Watts Creek Pathway for biking on the Capital Pathway system.

No hot water when showering in morning. Bed duvet matted and lumpy.TV reception jittery and picture occasionally freezing with sound out of sync . Surrounding area unattractive, multiple construction projects .

Everything was wonderful about our stay, the room was exceptional, the pool was open late. Until it was breakfast time. We went down for breakfast at 9am (1 hour before it was over) and there wasn’t much left. We were disappointed and went elsewhere for breakfast after checking out.

L'hôtel est bien situé, près d'un centre commercial, de restaurants et de la 417. Grand stationnement. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, La chambre est moderne et bien équipée, avec une petite cuisine et tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. La douche est grande et satisfaisante. Les lits sont confortables. Je n'ai pas profité de la piscine, ni du gymnase, faute de temps. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner continental. Ils commencent à retirer les aliments au moins une vingtaine de minutes avant la fin de l'horaire prévu et la petite cuisine est fermée avant l'heure limite. Assurez-vous donc d'y aller suffisamment tôt et de prendre tout ce que vous voulez consommer pour en profiter pleinement.

Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything outside if you have a room on first floor. Don’t get excited about free breakfast either. Not much selection. Hard boiled eggs were cold.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, staff were super friendly. Breakfast was just not what I experienced at other townplaces that I have stayed at. Typically we get a rather large selection usually being scrambled egg or egg patty, a meat, some form of hashbrown, and breakfast beans, whereas this location swrved pancakes one mornkng with sausage and pre made egg sandwiches the next.

The hotel is a nice clean place but unfortunately, I don't think for the amount of money we paid it was worth it. The parking always seemed to be jammed as we were coming in. Breakfast was included in the reservations we made but it was very skimpy and not much hot. First day, it was eggs and sausage and when we went to get the eggs they were all gone and it was only around 8 something, second day it was little pancakes with sausage and the sausage didn't even taste cooked all the way. We asked for a laundry bag to our room and was told someone would bring it. We waited over an hour and started getting tired and ready for bed and ended up having to go downstairs to get it ourselves because it was late already. Just a side note, they should really have somewhere to hang towels like hooks or something on the back of the door in the bathroom because we had nowhere to put our wet towels. Disappointed by the stay!

Room for Improvement: The breakfast itself was good, but the dining area is quite small and struggled to accommodate all the guests in the morning.
