房間有點小，其餘的都不錯。購買泊車券時前台並無說明如何使用，晚上去到停車場入口時遇到問題無法進入停車場，按鐘完全無人回應，要折返酒店前台找人協助聯絡停車場工作人員，再返回停車場按鐘才有人出來解決問題，這樣來來回回，停車場有辦公室但按鐘無人應，這做成了很大的不便，有絕對需要改善的空間。

予約しているのに、チェックインで時間がかかったことだけが不満だったのと、提携駐車場が離れているので、荷物が多い方は大変だと思います。あとは良かったと思います。バスソルトが多種あるので、好きな方は楽しめると思います。

リーズナブルなのにフロントスタッフの方々の感じがとても良いです。真夏の旅行だったのでチェックイン時にカウンターに扇風機が置かれていたり、冷たいおしぼりをもらえたりといった気遣いがありがたかったです。部屋はベッドスペース以外は確かにかなりコンパクトですが、値段を考えると綺麗で臭いもなし、冷房の効きもよく、寝に帰るだけなら全く問題ありませんでした。駅からは5分程度歩きますが、これも値段を考えれば全然許容範囲です。アメニティは部屋になく全てフロント前でバイキング形式なので、手荷物の多い方は一度荷物を置いてもう一度フロントまで降りてくる必要があるかもしれません。ただし各種バスソルトや好みの香りのシャンプー・リンスを小分けにして持ち帰ることができるサービスがあり、選ぶ楽しさもあり良かったです。また福岡に来ることがあればぜひ泊まりたいです。

從博多站出來，走路大約7-8分鐘左右，沿路有藥妝店、便利商店。飯店2樓提供冰塊，樓層電梯旁有微波爐。大廳提供DHC清潔洗髮護膚乳液，棉花棒拖鞋梳子鏡子（女生化妝不要忘記拿，房間裡沒有鏡子）。也有提供供咖啡和各式各樣的茶包！一個人住的話，房間大小在日本算是合適，一晚1500（含稅）也就沒有什麼可以計較了，至少比APA大一些，床很舒適乾淨，總之推薦～

酒店大堂提供DHC的備品，茶包選擇很多，好像有9至10款，酒店分南北2棟，大堂在中間，電梯分為左右2邊，距離不遠。洗衣機位於南棟地下，經酒店大堂回南棟要經過一個小門，如果下大雨就不太方便，介意的朋友可在另一酒店大門進出，但如果要經大堂就沒辦法避免了。今次行程其中2晚到別府住宿，酒店可以代為保存行李。床品很舒服，位置離博多站不算太近，晚間走回酒店的路有點安靜，晚間11pm後進入酒店要嘟卡，安保沒問題～

コンパクトなお部屋でしたが、トイレとお風呂が別など、申し分なかったです。駅からも徒歩圏内、コンビニも近くにあり利用しやすいので、次回も宿泊させて頂きたいと思います。一つ難点なのが、ランドリーが本館と別館の通路にある事ですね。人通りがあるので、利用しづらいかなと感じました。専用の場所があるといいですね。

荷物を預けに行った時のスタッフは挨拶もせず、だるそうでした。チェックイン時のスタッフはとても丁寧でした。お部屋はお風呂の黒カビが普通に見えてたので掃除すればいいのになと思いました。

This was the worst room I’ve endured in a long while. The carpet was filthy. There was an odour about the room. The decor dark and depressing. I booked a room as advertised. New building superior double. Ideal for the solo traveler. Totally mis sold. Plus an additional charge which came as a surprise as I had prepaid. Never has a room wanted me to go home as this one did. Extremely disappointed with this booking. Hotel passing the responsibility on to Expedia.

1. I stayed two nights. On the second night, I discovered a foreign object protruding from the exterior wall into my room (presumably from exterior wall construction for screws or equipment), causing dust on the bed and affecting my sleep. It's perplexing that such a public safety concern exists in a corner room on the seventh floor. 2. Although I called to change rooms after returning late at night, I was still uneasy. 3. Although there are two entrances, the side entrance is closed at night, making it easy for guests checking in from the station to get confused. There's a door that can't be entered. 4. I would not recommend staying here again, and I disagree with hotels.com's feedback.

フロントの方に美味しいラーメン屋さん教えていただいたりと、スタッフの方の対応は良かったのですが、お部屋のベッドの頭側のヘッドボードの上がほこりだらけでした。アレルギーがあるので、枕や布団にほこりが落ちないように掃除をしました。あと、タオルの匂いも気になりました。お部屋はおしゃれなのですが、お掃除が残念でした。

とてもかわいい雰囲気のお部屋でした。が、備え付けのジュエリートレイに前の人の使用したヘアゴムが残っていて、その横には髪の毛が…。洗面台には髪の毛の束…。朝食なしプランで1万円を払ってこのサービスかとゲンナリしました。残念です。

算是不錯的住宿環境，周邊有便利商店，且離部分景點及博多駅很近，對要以博多為中心，前往其他景點是個很好的住宿選擇，唯一不便的是，洗手台為何不是在浴室內，壓縮室內置物空間。

Room is spacious enough for 2. I didnt like the aesthetics much or the design but it should do if tou are only sleeping at night from your trips. Not a good stay for those working remotely.

Staff is very helpful. They helped us to make reservation with restaurants. It’s a great help to those not speaking Japanese. Room is clean but a bit small and layout is strange. Bathroom, toilet and washing basin are separated in 3 different areas. Location is good. Only 10 min walks to Hakata Station. There are some small shops for dinner in the neighborhood.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet with city view. There was no chair or stool in the room. All I could sit was at the end of the mattress, which was not comfortable. Also, the mattress was soft.

텐진이 아니라 하카타역에서 가까운 숙소라서 공항이랑 가깝습니다.아침에 공항까지 14분 걸렸어요! 택시타면 금방입니다. 하카타역에서 좀 걸으면 호텔 나와서 좋구요. 다만, 호텔 방안에 옷장이 없다는 것이 흠입니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 괜찮은데 화장실이 완전히 분리되어 있어요. 양변기가 있고 맞은편에 샤워실과 욕조구요. 그리고 손씻는 세면대는 거실에 있습니다.

잠만 잘수있으면 되는 마인드로 진드기 없고 냄새 곰팡이 없으면 왠만하면 오케이 근데 바닥에 캐리어를 못펼칠정도로 좁은건 좀… 저녁에 옆인지 위인지 말소리는 안나지만 잠시나마 쿵쿵소리 때문에 신경쓰였습니다 직원둘도 친절하고 비교적 깔끔합니다

Hotel was clean but the rooms are small. The staff was mostly polite and spoke some English but we got a nasty call about us returning a pillow. There is only one pillow per bed and there was spare pillows in the shelf in the hallway so we took one for each of us. We got a call from the front desk saying we had to return one of the pillows because they were short one pillow for a room. What kind of hotel is this that doesn’t have spare pillows? Other than that the location is 5 minutes from the train station and there’s a great yakitori place kitty corner from the hotel. Make sure to make reservations there since they fill up fast

Staff is very helpful. They helped us to make reservation with restaurants. It’s a great help to those not speaking Japanese. Room is clean but a bit small and layout is strange. Bathroom, toilet and washing basin are separated in 3 different areas. Location is good. Only 10 min walks to Hakata Station. There are some small shops for dinner in the neighborhood.

Great stat here in Fukuoka. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of Hakata station with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. It was very easy to get around. The hotel itself was comfortable- room was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was my favorite part. There is a deep tub and the hotel provides different kids of bath salts in the lobby to choose from. I definitely took advantage of it, especially after a long day of walking. Was able to do laundry as well! Overall, would stay here again.

思ったより駅からも近く、飲食店もコンビニも近所にあり便利。お風呂とトイレが別だったので、お風呂が広くて湯船で癒されました。また、お風呂用のタオルや、ハンガーも多めにあったのも良かった。朝食のフレンチトーストも美味しかった。

i got there in the evening and the booking information stated that I HAD to call the phone number first so that someone could show up and let me in! My phone was not working because even though xfinity representatives with my carrier said it was unlocked I found out when I got to Japan it was actually stll locked. I had a nice stranger call and the hotel in English confirmed that the information was not true and that I could simply show up because there was staff there for late into the evening. This relieved all the stress this was causing me because I didnt want to hunt for another hotel around 9 pm at night.
