駅近で、上田城へも歩いて行けました。ウェルカムドリンクや朝刊、寝巻き等、設備も充実していました。併設しているレストランのテイクアウト料理を内線から注文して部屋で食べましたが、温かくておいしかったです。

The hotel is located a short walk from Ueda Station's north exit (Shinkansen side). Ueda is not a large city, so everything is fairly walkable. Ueda Castle is a short, albeit uphill walk from the hotel. The rooms color wise were much to be desired (brown), but they were clean and comfortable. I regret not making full use of the public bath that was available on the first floor. However, more important to me was the fact that they had a washer and coin dryer to clean my clothes. Really liked the hotel is general.

Everyone was so polite and I love the eco consciousness. The breakfast buffet has great choices. No need to bring pajamas, facial care, q-tips, brush/comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, plus the usual soap and shampoo/conditioner. There are a few washer/dryers on-site but there is also a laundromat across the street if none are available (they even have a dedicated washer for shoes!). I didn’t try it but there are separate onsens on-site (female and male). Very short walk to Ueda station so great location!

セルフコーヒーと大浴場がよかったです。コインランドリーがあったのも便利で助かりました。前日に中野小布施のルートインに泊まったので、比較すると狭いとは思いましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました

ワンランク上のルートイン。フロントスタッフの対応が手厚いのがまず良い。ツインの部屋もベッドの硬さは少し感じるが、全体として心地よい。大浴場とサウナが男女共にあるので1泊で3回入りました。朝食はバラエティが多く、プチデザートまで。豪華過ぎず値段もリーズナブルで満足度高く会場はゆったりとくつろげるレストランです。　唯一、コーヒーがビジネスホテル同様あまり美味しくないのが残念。ほうじ茶は美味しいです。やはりホテルの良し悪しはスタッフのおもてなしだと思います。寝るだけなら機械チェックインでもいいですが。

２回目の滞在です。今回は２階のシングルルームでしたが、道路に面した部屋であったため騒音が気になりました。それ以外は快適に過ごす事ができました。また、朝食は近隣ホテルに比べて充実していますが、駐車場が有料である事もあり、トータルのコストパフォーマンスは若干悪いと感じます。

２回目の滞在です。今回は２階のシングルルームでしたが、道路に面した部屋であったため騒音が気になりました。それ以外は快適に過ごす事ができました。また、朝食は近隣ホテルに比べて充実していますが、駐車場が有料である事もあり、トータルのコストパフォーマンスは若干悪いと感じます。

立地、部屋、温泉、レストランの料理品数共に他のビジネスホテルより数段上で良かったのだが、如何せん、従業員の接客レベル低が残念でならない…。・チェックイン時の愛想の無さ、・モーニング会場での食べ物を選ぶ客を邪魔にする対応（片付け、料理補充を優先したい気持ちは解るが、選んでいる客を退かしてまでする事？）・たまたま隣部屋の客が怪しい客人で廊下で洋服を着替えていた。各階防犯カメラくらい設置しているだろうに何の注意もしないチェックアウト時に居た眼鏡の掛けた女性だけかな、感じの良かった従業員は。

上田駅から商店街を抜けてすぐの立地。大通りにも面しているので車でのアクセスも便利です。サービス面も他のルートインホテルと相違はなく、非常にシステム化されています。アメニティや備品はミニマム、追加を頼むならセルフですがビジネスホテルと割り切れば不満はなく、スタッフの方の対応もみなさん落ち着いていて丁寧です。コンビニが近いもの評価。上田城跡や旧街道などの観光地も徒歩圏内でとても便利に街を探索することができました。

The hotel is located a short walk from Ueda Station's north exit (Shinkansen side). Ueda is not a large city, so everything is fairly walkable. Ueda Castle is a short, albeit uphill walk from the hotel. The rooms color wise were much to be desired (brown), but they were clean and comfortable. I regret not making full use of the public bath that was available on the first floor. However, more important to me was the fact that they had a washer and coin dryer to clean my clothes. Really liked the hotel is general.
