Best Western Plus Prien Lake Hotel & Suites - Lake Charles

Booking the property was the best part, although our room was cleaned, it was not cleaned very well, the shower doors was dirty, water spots all over, we made it to the bed and yes it was in fact was nicely made up, however the blanket and cover sheet had what looked like makeup on the edging the pillows & slips appear dingy as if they have not been changed in a few stays. We’ve booked here several years ago and the place was very clean and managed, not now, for the price they’re asking, we don’t recommend. Nasty Nasty Nasty

My stay was horrible. Whenever I asked for towels I was always told they were out. Finally I insisted they said they would have to go take some from an empty room. Like how can you not have towels everyday. It was too loud and running and jumping above me all day and night. The pool was extremely cold with no towels for my child to use getting out. I zero out of ten recommend staying here.
