Beautiful group of buildings in gardens on the water with lots of birds and butterflies! Lovely hosts and breakfast on site in a beautiful spot

Not welcoming. Waited an hour for reception to appear. Dining only available for breakfast. The whole area appears run down. We left the property after 2 days, we booked for 4 nights. The Owner did agree to refund 1 night.

Accommodation was simple and there was no room service. However the view and gardens were stunning with large shady trees and it’s right on the beach. Swimming good- just need to walk out a bit at low tide. Quiet with good privacy and great restaurant a short stroll down the beach.Birds were amazing, monkeys every day, sloths, crocodiles across the road. Jetty for tours within walking distance. Hosts delightful.

The location was great for being beachfront. But not all units that say "Oceanview" really have one. We only stayed one night and was in a Classic Chalet, Multiple Beds, Ocean View. But it was in the back of the property with no view unless you walk out of the unit.

Puerto Jimenez Pier and Golfito Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Corcovado National Park Office and Puerto Jiménez Beach. Precious Turtles of Osa and Casa Orquideas Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. Snorkeling and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
