Greenwoods Inn & Suites

Check in was quick but i wasn't welcomed upon entering. Room was hot when we got into it, but it cooled off quickly once we turned the ac on. The ac had a musty smell and was very noisy. You can hear traffic noise which of course isn't the hotel's fault. The room next to ours had their tv on most of the night with what seemed like it was on max volume. Had 2 remotes for the tv, one didnt have a cover on the battery compartment and the other had bandaids covering the batteries. None of the lights in the room were controlled by any of the switches or plugged in. The sheets on the bed weren't tucked at all, but the bed was comfortable. There is a nice led mirror in the bathroom but the cord was long and running across the sink behind the faucet. There was only one lock in the door, only the one by the handle not the one higher up. There were holes where it should have been. There's no clock, phone, coffee maker or blow dryer in the room. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. I assume they worked, we didn't use either. The toilet paper holder was broken. Was a decent stay and would consider staying at again if back in the area. Parking lot is well lit and there's plenty of parking. Check out was quick and friendly. There's a wawa located right next to the hotel with easy access for walking to.

There was also no continental breakfast and no coffee. I support small businesses, but there comes a point where they need to hire a proper maintenance man to step up their game. There are better alternatives in the area.

Now, I’m not a motel snob — I often stay at budget motels that are pretty bare bones amenities- wise. However, this place is so gross, that you really fear you’ll catch something. There are a couple of good points — it only charges 10 bucks a night for dogs, the people that work at the desk were pleasant and friendly and it’s conveniently located next to a Wawa.

The saving grace for visit was queen size pillow top mattress. Our room had hot tub that wouldn't hold water, tile around the tub was loose and a safety hazard. The entire ground floor smelled of smoke in a supposed non-smoking area. Overall it was below average especially at the price point.

The ONLY good thing about this place is it's literally right next to a Wawa, considering there's no coffee maker in my "suite" room. Oh and the hot tub is actually big, so 2 people can fit in it comfortably. The room is dirty, floor boards are coming up, edging around the tub is comin up. My towels were stained a brownish color. The bathroom floor has puddles of water however we never showered here nor went in there after I got out of the hot tub ???? I spent $120 for this room when I could have gone to a nicer named hotel for the same price, definitely not worth your money. Im in the last room down the long hallway and each room you pass by stinks. The hallway itself smells really bad then add each room on top of it. Again....Wawa.....the ONLY good thing.

Good price wish it had a pool or jacuzzi other than that everything else was pretty good

Cockroach in bathroom. Halls reek of smoke and decay. Huge hole in hallway ceiling. No noise isolation from next-door room, due to shared door. Unchanged toilet paper. Hair in corners of bathroom. Dirty floor in the room (turned my sock bottoms brown).

First room I was offer was dirty. The tub had mold. The mattress cover was torn. The pillows had black spots of mold. The second room a little better, but there was still mold on the pillow and hair in the tub. I have pics showing everything

The room was dirty and it was a non smoking room. It smelled like someone had smoked 2 packs in there. Stayed one night. I have stayed in better rooms out of country.

This is the worse inn I have ever been, not clean, they didn’t provide anything for personal hygiene except toilet paper, the shower in my room was broken and they actually used a plastic bag to hold it together. I won’t recommend this place to anyone

As I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately questioning my choice. The photos and reality did not meet. The smell was a bit toxic, and the room was not clean. Sheets and bedding smelled clean and looked fresh, so I stayed. The shower in the morning did not drain. quite unsanitary. Asked for a receipt upon my departure in the morning and was told I couldn't get one because the manager was not available. Major language barrier. Unimpressed to say the least. I would not recommend a stay.

The stay was okay overall. Check-in was easy and straightforward. However, despite the no smoking signs, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke. The walls were quite thin—although the couple next door wasn’t loud, I could still hear enough to know they were up until around 4 a.m., causing me to wake up a few times throughout the night.

The walls were super thin on this property. We could hear our neighbors all night long above us and next to us. They were yelling and had a dog running back and forth all night and morning.

Satisfied but not pleased.. missing hand towels, desk lamp didnt work and toilet paper holder broke. Also only one trash can in room. Things looked basically patched up instead of replaced. Furniture old but mini fridge and bthrm mirror was new. I think room was definitely over priced considering accommodations. Hot tub with mirrors made up for conditions. No Hilton but atleast it wasn't trash.

A 12 year old was in charge of the front desk. He told me the name of another guest next door to my room and proceeded to give me a key to that person's room instead of my own. So I had to go back down, get new keys, at which point the other guest's keys were deactivated. Place has No Smoking signs everywhere but smells like every guest ever has a cigarette lit their entire stay. Walls are thin so its noisy. Unless you're a heavy sleeper that loves the smell of cigarettes and doesn't mind the front desk giving out your room key to strangers you should avoid.

We had a very good experience at the Greenwoods Inn. The staff placed us in a temporary room while our room was getting a final repair to the hvac. We came back for dinner and our room was ready as promised. The staff was very professional and courteous.

My first room was not cleaned and still had dirty towels left in bathroom and bed dirty and unmade, moved to a second room, it was a little cleaner but nothing worked, air conditioner didn’t work lights in bathroom didn’t work. Terrible odor in both rooms, next time I’ll sleep in my car

Was greeted by an old man who couldnt speak as someone with a lit cigarette squeezed past me to get outside. Place reeked of smoke, lobby is barren to the point that I wasnt sure I was in the correct location. Dirty and cheaply put together.

I should’ve listened to the reviews. Bathroom floor was dirty. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud. And there were grungy looking people outside the front doors smoking all the time. Glad I only booked one night.

Lots of people smoking outside the front door (only way to walk in). Many things not working and tears in carpet etc. Staff person was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Street noise is a challenge. The bathroom has lots of cracked areas, repaired holes in the door, just generally dirty. The TV is large and updated, plus nice to have a fridge. I'd be very skeptical about staying in this place again.

The staff was good. It was dirty and had shady looking people blasting music in the parking lot. Extremely rude guests next room blasting music up until 3am. Just really loud people who woke you up when trying to sleep . Bathroom wasn't clean and give you very limited ammenities. Just really disappointed loiked nothing like the pictures. Will not reserve a room there ever again..felt very unsafe didn't trust my car in the parking lot .

Stayed here overnight after visiting the Valenzano winery. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I was not impressed with the location. And the lock on our door was missing. There were people right outside the hotel door smoking everytime we came and left.
