I had a couple of issues with the room when I first arrive. However, Nina, who was working the desk at the time took care of the problems immediately which I couldn’t have asked for more. She was great and I ended up having a nice day.

It took 2 nights for them to solve a television issue. They were running around trying to find remotes that match. They did not know how to program their universal remotes. They tried to shrug it off, I had to ask them to go to another room and get a TV that works. Originallyvtheyvasked if I could move. Yeah right lol. But overall staff was friendly, they don't always get a breakfast order right but they will correct when pointing out. It was a nice breakfast. Clean hotel.

The facilities and rooms are run down and require an update. Stay in the room at poolside but the curtain is too thin, so there is light into the room all night. Pillows are uncomfortable.

Big room. Not the best wifi in the room. Liked they had a bar and food at the hotel and they accepted credit card as payment. Would stay here again. No elevator, but they are great to help with the luggage.
