Booked a room for 4 people. They gave us a room for 2 sleeper. Then tried to split our family and put us in a room down the street wich has a different name but same ower. That room didnt look good, looked like a hostel room. We asked them for money back & they weren't refunding us. We left that property & went to another place. That other place was very accommodating. I don't recommend staying here.plus you have to climb stairs to get to your room & they had put us all the way up. 60 steps i would say. One of the worst experiences we have had.

O quarto apresentou problemas no banheiro, mudamos para outro e novamente apareceram vazamentos. Espaço de varanda horrível (visualizar uma parede). Cortinas escuras o que deixava o espaço pesado. Por outro lado os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, gentis, sempre solidários e resolveram as demandas possíveis.
