Its was ok pool was dirty

There were laundry facilities for $4 wash/$4 dryer, nice weight room, breakfast, and walkable to restaurants. Grocery stores in town for stopping prior to gking tk Yosemite.

Pool was out of order as it was being refurbished, but we were able to use the pool at the Fairfield Inn next door.

All ice machines were under maintenance. Had to walk to hotel next door for ice...

NO Free Parking. It is a trick now by some hotels... to show the lower price (on Expedia) but charging extra in other ways. Expedia MUST show that filter, of FREE Parking to select the right hotel.

Lovely Hotel but the pool was not available as it was in repair. Two ice makers were not working. Bed was very hard, but we are used to a very soft mattress. It was a super clean facility and friendly staff. The breakfast was great.

TV didn’t work and all the ice machines are broken and there wasn’t even a ink pen and paper in the room to take notes

Need to let people know about the $12.00 parking fee

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast. Hotel room was decent but could use a deep cleaning; shower and shower floor was dirty. We did not need room cleaning during our two day stay but asked for towels to be replaced. The cleaning lady refused to give us clean towels, we had to go to the reception to beg for clean ones!

Water liking in bathroom and dirty

The rooms were really dirty, they switched me to a different room the second night which I appreciate, but it also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. I try not to ever leave negative reviews but it was a bit worrisome.

We were very pleased with our stay! A couple of areas of the bathroom weren’t as clean as they could have been, but otherwise, a great hotel.

The rooms were very dirty and I had to get some supplies and clean my room and especially bathroom. I got the sense that they are not adequately staffed for the number of visitors they have in peak season. The staff themselves were all great, but overworked

All of the staff we encountered were great—friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms left a lot to be desired. It seems like the space could really benefit from a deep cleaning, possibly due to high turnover or staffing shortages. There was visible dust on the light fixtures and behind the bathroom countertop. The walls and floor in the bathroom weren’t very clean, and the sink and shower base also needed more attention. The shower floor looked dirty, which was disappointing. When we pulled out the couch bed, the sheets appeared to have been used, so we replaced them with the spare set from the closet. We did our best to enjoy the trip and look past these issues, but unfortunately, they affected our overall experience. We’ll likely choose a different place to stay next time.

Good location choice if you’re planning on going to Yosemite and Sequoia. There’s a lot of wilderness locations aswell on the side of the road. The hotel was clean, however a few spots need deep cleaning, for instance shower corners and on top of the bathroom doorways. Also I could hear the neighboring room talk extremely loudly at night and in the morning roughly at 9/10 am while having a conversation amongst my family; they “were concerned” with the noise from my room and complained to the front desk that we were being loud. Also no daily cleaning. It’s a pain to have to ask for extra supplies like towel paper and new towels. But overall easy check in and out and friendly staff.

Nice hotel close to the south end of Yosemite park. Newer hotel that was clean and staff was helpful/friendly. Breakfast was good.

Hotel seem new, but I did not like the bed at all, too high & mattress is so uncomfy.

Room 208 is handicap accessible! Down to the shower! But the water gets hot and cold then hot and cold. All the front doors to get into the room slam shut. It was not fun to hear doors slamming at 7am.

Overall I really like this hotel. However, the room doors are so heavy that they slam shut. We were awoken in the middle of the night by some neighbors who are having a domestic disturbance opening and closing these incredibly loud doors 2000 times. The doors are also not very soundproof. We heard the ongoing disturbance for around an hour. I called down to the front desk, and the receptionist was very nice, but I don’t think they were able to do anything about it.

Easy parking. Short drv to Yosemite. Provides breakfast. Fyi though room 410 shares a wall with the elevator. 🙂 still wasnt that bad.

This place is GREAT! stayed here to visit Yosemite. Very nice helpful front desk staff, very helpful and nice cleaning staff. check in line was long, I waited about 15-20 minutes to check in, came about 8pm on a Tuesday. They had a little place downstairs to buy snacks, I ended up buying postcards there, very reasonable .40 cents each. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast, could have had a few more options though. The biscuits and gravy were really good. I love biscuits and gravy. It was super HOT, went end of July, so got back from Yosemite by 2pm-3pm everyday. The room was very nicely laid out, and the sofa and the beds were very comfortable. TV was big, and worked good. We were there for four days, so I did laundry there, the washer/dryer area was nice and clean. The lobby Had chairs and sofas to sit in, to talk on the phone, or you could sit in the breakfast area. You just turn left out of the parking lot, and it's about 15 miles, but its up and down on a mountain, so it takes about 45 minutes to get to the South Gate of Yosemite. Internet worked, and was fast and free. Had a mini fridge, and microwave in the room. Bathroom, and room were very clean. Everything seemed new an updated, I heard it was under new management too. The only thing I would wish was different, but it's not the hotels fault. IS I wish there was more options for dining in the area, tried Oakhurst grill and a Korean place, both were pretty bad. the BBQ place across the street is very good though.

no baggage room, only one guy at reception so if you want to check in while he is in lunch you will have to wait 30mins

Staff were so friendly and caring. When we first arrive we where booked a room on the first floor next to the kitchen. The stall that checked us in came up to us and asked if we wanted a different room due to the noise the kitchen will make the next morning. I appreciate the consideration, staff are so friendly and suggested nearby restaurants. I will definitely book soon again.

Attitude of some staff was poor. Not helpful. Hotels normally service rooms daily. Not this hotel. Three days and two nights no room was serviced.

Most importantly, the entire hotel staff was outstanding! I unfortunately left two shirts in the closet and didn't know until I arrived to our hotel in LA. Called the hotel to see if they had it, and they did. They told me to create a shipping label with a carrier of my choice, and they would gladly package and mail my forgotten items. Particularly Chase, who truly went above and beyond helping me out! Thank you!

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly and the room comfortable and well-appointed.

Perfect location for easy access to the park, and has good amount of food options nearby unlike some of the other towns! Cell service here as well, clean facilities, good place to stay!

Greatest places to be close to Yosemite park and Bass Lake.

15-20 minutes away from Yosemite National Park South entrance. This place is beautiful and clean with amazing breakfast line up.

Great location, very clean room and bathrooms. All new. Yosemite is about an hour away. Lots of restaurants in town.

Property was exceptionally clean and staff were respectful and friendly. Location is very convenient for returning or going to/from Yosemite. Would definitely stay here again next trip.

Break fast is horrible. I never had a break fast like this. I stayed in multiple brand hotels. It is worst I can think of.

Breakfast was ok but we had to wait because they were running behind and didn’t open at 7 am.

Quick check in and out. Breakfast daily, the guy working it, was on it. He worked above and beyond.

In general the property is well maintained, clean and the breakfast is very basic but clean and tasty.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but a few things were below standard. No tissues, no body wash or soap for shower. Beds we’re good. Only coffee in room available was decaf. Pool was unavailable. Breakfast was very basic. No half and half for coffee. Frozen omelettes from a package. Edible but not enjoyable. Shower dripped. Way overpriced.

The only thing about this hotel is the pork meat they serve is WAY under cooked. My self and other guess wouldn't eat it please cook your meat and more breakfast choices please

The room was super clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of things to choose from the breakfast menu.

Busy breakfast was ok but a lot of times they would run out.
