The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping around. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Bonus: Pets are welcome. We’ll be back!

Very modern clean hotel. Had 2 problems: hot tub would not turn on and they couldn’t fix it. And the breakfast was horrible and inedible. Otherwise the room and bed was comfortable. Worth a stay.

This has become our favorite staycation get away spot. Perfect venue for small ministry/business and family gatherings. Staff is wonderful and treat us like family. Always clean and accommodating. Cozy atmosphere by the fire in the evening.

We always enjoy our stay here for many reasons. Location is fantastic; right off the highway and close to a multitude of restaurants, fast food, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. It is dog friendly and feels safe for night walks because property is very bright and well-lit as well as grounds being well manicured. The rooms are clean, neat and new looking with everything you might need. Free breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We’ll be back!!

Hotel itself was great. Free breakfast. 24 hour gym. Indoor pool. Just a good place to stop overnight if you're traveling through. No "Views" or anything in walking distance to do (besides Buffalo Wild Wings). Definitely clean and convenient though for a quick stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-appointed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the areas being renovated during our stay. Not being able to use the front door and the breakfast setup were minor inconveniences. However, I would definitely stay again, especially once the renovations are complete.

Rooms were spacious and affordable, lobby and breakfast were very nice, staff were gracious and helpful. It was conveniently located off the highway, near shopping and restaurants. Only thing we didnt like was that the rooms were a bit drafty on a cold winter night and the pool was probably in the mid 70's temperature.

Had to change rooms because tvs weren’t working and neither were the remotes . Once in the second room the TVs worked but the majority of channels for kids did not and the remotes still didn’t work. The rooms also still had trash in them and no bags with dirty dishes . Very disappointed .I’m not sure I will stay here again . Unless the hotel can make up for the stay .

Hotel has been remodeled and everything was new and clean. It was my first time staying at the Residence Inn and I would highly recommend it since it’s just like having your own little home. It was perfect for the family. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

This is our go to hotel when we are in town every few months. I don’t usually have any complaints but I do this trip. They remodeled the stuff in the rooms. We always get a 2 bedroom suite which has a living room and full kitchen. Apparently they decided to not put chairs around the dining room table anymore so you have to stand to eat. I did call the front desk and they found 2 chairs in storage but I really don’t understand why they didn’t replace the chairs or just keep the old ones. I have a 3 year old grandson who likes to color and do playdough. He had nowhere to do it. We have family come visit and like to play cards, we couldn’t do it. To some, this may be minor, but to me, this will have me looking for another place to stay. Everything else about our stay was perfect so it’s really a shame.
