Amazing place, great value for money, beautiful rooms (terrace was refurbished), and glorious pools. I also wasn’t expecting much in terms of food quality, but it’s actually top notch all over the property. Thai food is legit (I travel with a Thai person), but the pizza and burger for example are also amazing. If I had to pick any gripe, alcoholic drinks are very expensive, a basic cocktail or mix drink is 320 baht at most places inside the property. Also if you’re looking to easily get into town - that takes a minute and you’ll need a taxi. It’s not SUPER far but it’s a hill plus there’s lots of traffic and it’s definitely not walkable. In return you get a beautiful oasis of calm though.

Multi hotel complex on the edge of the sea with direct sea views- beach is a staircase away- 6 pools- 7 restaurants- gigantic buffet breakfast- very nice personnel- large honeymoon junior suites with balconies. Only minus is taxi needed to go out in the city.

The staff was amazing!!The food was ok, I had the breakfast buffet the first day only. I didn’t go to any other eateries in the hotel. I opted to have room service breakfast only. The hotel is beautiful and well-kept, but it was a ghost town. Seemed like no more than 50 people onsite. The employees looked so bored trying to service the minimal guest available. The pool area does not play music which would be nice to have while enjoying at least one of the pool. There was no pool or night entertainment like most resorts. It was as quiet as a library. The beach was really really clean and tranquil. And the water was warm but a bit murky for me. I wouldn’t rule it out, it’s worth another shot!!

Hotel excellent. Couple of pools to pick from every day and amazing beach access. Nice quiet and very well managed. Front desk team was outstanding to our every question and request. Property is super secure and multiple restaurants from pick from within the property. Great family and private atmosphere in the middle of wild Pattaya and only about 10 minutes drive to the old Pattaya walking streets and beach front.

There are different types of swimming pools. Especially, infinity pool with ocean view was amazing. There were quite generous amenities and hotel was in the safe/quiet area and had easy access to private beach.

Almost all good, but : Missing noise insulation.. you can hear the neighbors and people passing by, as if they were in your room (!) not good for a “honeymoon room”. Gym closes at 9pm. That’s way too early, why is that ? Safety : nobody watches the beach, a lady fell off and no one was there to rescue. Luckily she was fine.

This property deserves zero star. I am only giving them 2 star because of excellent dining options. I had booked a beach terrace two bedroom suite as a last stop in my recent travel to Thailand. Our less then desirable experience began on our way to the suite. The elevator smelled horribly. Then, we went to our room , which didn’t look too well. Corners were dirty and dust could he seen. My family wanted to check out immediately - but I convinced them to stay. Next morning, my wife discovered a large bug (looked like millipede) on the pillow that I slept on the night before. I showed the picture to the hotel reception and they moved us to two connected rooms of Royal Cliff Beach hotel (a downgrade if we go by their luxury definition). This ruined our entire Sunday and plans. The new rooms looked recently renovated, were brighter and better than suite. However, we discovered cigarette buds in the Patio of each room (I and my son are Asthmatic and non-smoker). The bathroom curtains, towels and beach slippers were dirty. Even next day, house keeping didn't clean the cigarette buds from Patio. This tells a lot about the hotel. The lobby of our floor smelled like a smoker’s paradise. It seems the air ventilation needed maintenance. Only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of amazing food choices. Restaurants and room services are very good snd food tasted great.the staff went out of their way in ensuring great food quality.

Il soggiorno in questo albergo poteva essere “stupendo”,invece è stato deludente.Tutto l’hotel è sporco e disorganizzato.Sembra che non esista Direzione ed il personale non preparato.La camera all’arrivo era sporca nella doccia c’erano i capelli degli ospiti precedenti.Il pavimento sporco ed il terrazzo sempre sporco. Il lampadario del salottino è pieno di moscerini e zanzare morte!Le scale per andare alle camere non sono mai state pulite in 7 giorni del nostro soggiorno.Non ho mai visto pulire un vetro.Non ho mai visto pulire uno specchio, le scale e parti comuni!Il bagno della hall era impraticabile da quanto sporco e maltenuto. Abbiamo avuto la malaugurata idea di cenare in hotel al Panorama, tempi lunghissimi e qualità pessima.Al breezo ristorante tempi lunghissimi,qualità scarsa e non esiste la possibilità di bere un caffè perché la macchietta del caffè è sempre rotta.Piscina, lettini vecchi e sporchi e nessun servizio.In spiaggia tutto vecchio maltenuto e sporco.Fanno difficoltà a rifare i letti delle camere ed i materassi sono scomodissimi.Altra nota che chiedono solo soldi in contanti non preferendo o non accettando le carte di credito.Ho chiesto un trasferimento dall’hotel all’aeroporto se lo pago in contanti il trasferimento lo fanno se lo pago con la carta di credito il trasferimento non lo fanno.L’Albergo si dovrebbe scusare di questo metodo e rimborsare il soggiorno comunque non verrò più qui e non lo consiglierò più.Vengo qui da anni e voglio il rimborso!Povolo

Pros: Very well organized breakfast buffet, very satisfied with the room cleaning service, great variety of dining options inside and around the resort, fantastic sea view. Cons: mould in the bathroom, cleanliness around the children’s pool can be vastly improved, a table showed the same ketchup stain for several days (= no cleaning for days), mats with fabric cover on the deckchairs were really grubby. Overall still satisfied with the stay, but the pool area needs improvement.

I stayed at 4 accommodations while traveling to Thailand and Royal Cliff Beach Hotel was the best. The room was clean and large, the bathtub and shower facilities were good, especially the swimming pool. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. All the staff were kind, too. the best hotel

We had an amazing stay! The property itself is a bit dated, but everything is kept very clean. The room itself was updated and had a beautiful view. Definitely a good, quiet, classy place to stay in busy Pattaya. The only downside was that the bed was quite uncomfortable. But overall a great stay!

Was the second time a guest in this lovely hotel. A room with a terrace and sunbeds is luxurious, but the fact that the elevator takes you directly to the hotel's own beach, where there is also a good restaurant, adds to the feeling even more.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. The pool was amazing. The only reason I'm not given 5 stars is the quality of the beds in the room. I stayed in the family room which has two bedrooms. The main bedroom had one king size bed, however the bed was very hard. The other room had two single beds roll together. They were very uncomfortable and the beds moved when you sat on them. I didn't like the beds at all. But the beach was nice and hotel itself was very nice. I probably would try another hotel before rebooking this one.

Okay hotel, surely not a 5-star, may be 3.5 at best. Big compound, has several buildings, good swimming pools, nice private beach, breakfast restaurant always busy, one morning of our stay was closed and they had to push us to a restaurant in another building which was double busy. Rooms are okay, but obviously old. Our room tv probably 15 years old. Not going there again.

The location was great and the room was decent but the balcony looked outdated. The linen quality is poor for the price we paid. Breakfast is very expensive regardless of the options, we did not want to spend that much for breakfast. The only thing we like was the view and the pool. We think there is a better hotel with the same price range.

The hotel is beautiful and well-kept, but it was a ghost town. Seemed like no more than 50 people onsite. The employees looked so bored trying to service the minimal guest available. The pool area does not play music which would be nice to have while enjoying at least one of the pool. There was no pool or night entertainment like most resorts. It was as quiet as a library. The beach was really really clean and tranquil. And the water was warm but a bit murky for me. I wouldn’t rule it out, it’s worth another shot!!

The stay was wonderful. It was for my birthday trip. Despite the room wasn’t ready when we check in and the amenities wasn’t fully equipped when we arrived to the room. But the staffs offer us complimentary welcome drink and birthday surprise these are heartwarming☺️

Beautiful Luxury Rooms, all private beachfront balconies. Beds still kind of hard but thats any bed in Thailand. Reception Staff needs to learn not to assume a single guy checking in is only looking for sex and keep repeating the fee for a guest. Wasnt in Thailand for Sex was.there.for Weed. Breezeo was nice for a bite to eat, and i was surprised they let me smoke, t I didnt even ask as i knew it was non smoking. Overall great property but i likely will not return as Pattaya isnt my jam.

Great family and private atmosphere in the middle of wild Pattaya and only about 10 minutes drive to the old Pattaya walking streets and beach front.

I also wasn’t expecting much in terms of food quality, but it’s actually top notch all over the property. Thai food is legit (I travel with a Thai person), but the pizza and burger for example are also amazing. If I had to pick any gripe, alcoholic drinks are very expensive, a basic cocktail or mix drink is 320 baht at most places inside the property. Also if you’re looking to easily get into town - that takes a minute and you’ll need a taxi. It’s not SUPER far but it’s a hill plus there’s lots of traffic and it’s definitely not walkable. In return you get a beautiful oasis of calm though.

숙박시설의 천장이 낮아서 답답하고 거실 바닥에 턱도 있으며, 여기저기 부딪히는 작은 사고들이 많이 남. 냉난방기 소리도 커서 잠을 자기 어려울 정도였음. 거실 바로 앞이 해변으로 이어져 좋으나 주변 지역 로컬을 경험하고 싶다면 해변의 높은 계단을 이용해야만 나갈 수 있음. 여기 호텔의 유일한 장점은 수영장이며, 조용히 해변에서 즐기기에는 최고임.

The atmosphere is great! Great location if you want the hussle and bussle from walking street and all those things, it is a great difference to be at Royall Cliff where it is quite and peacefull . The people who work there are all very polite and helpfull

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. The pool was amazing. The only reason I'm not given 5 stars is the quality of the beds in the room. I stayed in the family room which has two bedrooms. The main bedroom had one king size bed, however the bed was very hard. The other room had two single beds roll together. They were very uncomfortable and the beds moved when you sat on them. I didn't like the beds at all. But the beach was nice and hotel itself was very nice. I probably would try another hotel before rebooking this one.

The location was great and the room was decent but the balcony looked outdated. The linen quality is poor for the price we paid. Breakfast is very expensive regardless of the options, we did not want to spend that much for breakfast. The only thing we like was the view and the pool. We think there is a better hotel with the same price range.

I stayed at 4 accommodations while traveling to Thailand and Royal Cliff Beach Hotel was the best. The room was clean and large, the bathtub and shower facilities were good, especially the swimming pool. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. All the staff were kind, too. the best hotel
