Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was not that comfortable and the bed linens could use an upgrade.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the front desk attendant - Reagan! The rooms were clean and the stay was exactly as we would have hoped.

Staff was great. We took advantage of their free downtown shuttle. Overall, a good stay. The room was very roomy but a bit gloomy. All the lights were low wattage florescent that did not do much to light up the room. They charge $17 for the same meal as a free continental breakfast at a Holiday Inn. They have bands on the 6th floor Fri/Sat that can be heard on the room 501 side of 5th floor.
