Apartment was clean and spacious, bang in the middle. Conveniently located in Venice not too far from the canal. Only issue we had was that the bathrooms remained constantly wet as the ensuite bathroom had no window or ventilation. We spent most of the time out of the apartment, so didnt bother us until we had to use the bathroom.

Check in and finding the property was difficult but we finally managed it, The narrow lane was covered in Pidgeon excrement and getting in was tough as the front communal door sticks and you need to kick it to get in. The lift rattles like it’s about to stop working. The apartment is spacious, all working kitchenette and utensils. No instructions for the microwave so didn’t use it as I didn’t want to do something wrong. The bath was weird as the shower was in the middle and water went everywhere all over the floor. Tired bathroom, needs updating. There was no aircon just a cold floor system which again the instructions didn’t work and you just couldn’t understand the controls as they made no sense. Overall needs a lot of work to be worth the money. Location was good but also you can hear people above walking on the floor above as no sound proofing

The location was great and staff was very nice. The property did not look anything like the photos provided. Was put in a much smaller unit that looked nothing like the photos. Both showers leaked and it was hard to keep water off the floor, which resulted in having to use towels to keep the floor from being slippery. You have to pay extra to have towel service. Apartment was described as having a city view, but it was really a roof view. There’s a washing machine available but nowhere to dry your items. We enjoyed our stay, however, they need to be more forthcoming with an accurate description of the apartment and the correct photos.
