Pool was closed all weekend and is small as it is. Unfortunate it was allegedly due to chemicals but that shouldn’t have shut it down all weekend. Decent breakfast selection, nice guy worked it. Front desk staff were ehh. Not the quietest of hotels as we heard tvs blaring all night.

Great location, close to Northern State Fair but parking across the street is odd and limited if you arrive later in the evening or at night. The staff were friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance and we we’re told that prior to arriving or even at check in. Starbucks coffee available all day and in the rooms which was nice.

Nice smaller hotel conveniently located to other sites. Good breakfast and Starbucks coffee as well as fine dining restaurantf for dinner. Very large room. Pool was down for maintenance but did not see this noted when booking. Not an issue for us but could see other with small children being disappointed.

This property was less than ideal. No one at the desk- have to pick up a phone and wait for someone. When they finally came out- they were not the friendliest. My room was dusty - bathroom was not very clean - found a piece of broken pretzel on the counter. Shower handle barely moved. Pillows were old and flat. I would have changed rooms but it didn’t look like another room would be any better. The upside to this hotel was the restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was good.

Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, linens were crisp and smelled fresh. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Highly recommend and would stay here again. You do have to park across the street. That being said, the street has a large crack. I tripped on it and laid flat out. My jeans tore and knees were bruised and scraped up. So be careful!

We had a lovely stay at the Cobblestone. It's located downtown, so it's wakable. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and quiet, with choices of firm and soft pillows. The breakfast well supplied and with hot breakfast options too.

Stayed in 302. A clean, spacious double queen room. The hotel was very quiet. It was a much better stay than we had the weekend before in Chicago area. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of room. Ate dinner just down the street at Max's Bistro. Such a charming downtown area to browse.

We were put into a handicapped room but were not asked if this we alright with us. The room was reserved with more than enough time to be sure we were in a regular room. We needed a place to hang garmets for a wedding we were attending. The one available was far too low to accommidate this. There was moldy food in the microwave, no fan in the bathroom. However the beds were nice.

The frint desk staff was amazing. Both day and night front desk people. The room was very clean the beds were comfortable. The amount of pillows i like. The breakfast was plentiful. I just didnt care much for the options, but thats because I'm picky. The coffee was great. I use starbucks at home so it was nice to have the same brand. Overall it was amazing! Very quiet, no disturbances. It was relaxing which is what I needed.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful. However, the shower/bathtub faucet stuck and was very difficult to turn causing the water to either be scalding hot or cold. I had to crank on it extremely hard to get it to turn all the way off once I had finished showering. Additionally, there was an old, used towel or wash cloth that had been shoved in the corner of the bathroom under the vanity. I did not crawl under to get it out as looked to have been used to wipe bowel off of soemthing or someone. I was planning to mention these things when I checked out, but there was no front desk staff when we left. After waiting some 5-10mins, we simply left our room keys on the counter.

We had to call for front desk and wait a few minutes to check in. The room's air conditioner made a hissing noise all night and we didn't sleep. The bath tub chair wouldn't fold up so showering was hard. I also think we were above the breakfast area and got woken up at 5am with noise from downstairs.

There were several negatives: bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing, no easy chair, for a handicap accessible room the tub was very high and hard to get into and out of, parking lot was a distance away, walls were very thin, and breakfast just ok. Location was good.

It is downtown Chippewa Falls, so there are shops around it. There is a coffee shop right next to it for coffee lovers!! The negative was the traffic noise but we still had a great sleep!!

We stayed in the suite which was comfortable, quiet and very clean. However the seating area with the couch is extremely close to the tv and you are looking straight up to see the tv, which is not the most comfortable for watching a show.

Took 20 minutes to check in because they gave my room to someone else by accident. I told them I wouldn't be using the safe and to remove the optional fee. they told me at check in it had been removed. I was still charged. I had to call and be put on hold to get my $2.00 back. They also had a $6.00 technology fee. Why not just add it to the room rate? Technology is a part of every companies cost of doing business.

Everything was great except for check in. The Sunday evening employee did not say hello or welcome, just asked for my ID then checked us in. After our long drive, we were asking about restaurants as it seemed many were closed. We felt that we were an inconvenience to his otherwise quiet evening. What happened to hospitality? Sad.

We go to Country Fest every year but this year decided not to camp. It was the first time we stayed in the Cobblestone Hotel. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were nice and cool, bed was amazing. I tell you, I slept like a rock. No sore back...Also, the room and bathrooms were nice, neat and clean with plenty of towels. Bridge Street Brew Coffee shop is 20 steps from the back door which was great. I happened to leave a couple of clothing items in the dresser drawer, and they shipped it to me within a couple of days. Very Impressed with the Hotel.

The only negative (in my opinion), the front desk is not manned. You have to pick up the phone and call, and they didn't always answer. Why isn't there a human being stationed at the front desk?

The Cobblestone is right down town. Beautiful room over looking what appeared to be main street. Clean room and lobby It was tricky to find the hotel entrance. Parking was in a lot across the street. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. Nice Breakfast space.

I really appreciated the location of this property. Not only is it truly the center of Chippewa Falls proper, but access to Riverfront Park was perfect for me, as well as that it was within reasonable walking distance to the Leinenkugel Brewery, surrounding coffee shops and dining locations downtown. I really wanted to stay in Chippewa Falls during my short stay while I was passing through, and I'm thankful I stumbled upon this hotel. My room was wonderful, the pool was quiet and clean, even the exterior of the property was beautiful.

The rooms were great. Location is perfect for walking to Leinenkugel and other downtown bars and restaurants. The BIG miss was the breakfast. We arrived 30 minutes before it ended and there was no coffee and no hot food. Only the coffee was replenished. And there were 12 people waiting in the breakfast area for food. Very disappointing. Had we known there was no food coming we would not have waited around for it. In a positive note, we ate dinner at the Wissota Chophouse which is attached to the hotel and the food and staff were outstanding. Highly recommend- wonderful appetizers, great beer selection, and a burger you won’t soon forget. If they fix the breakfast problem this would be an outstanding place to stay.

My wife and I traveled to the area to visit our son. The desk staff was not friendly and seldom available. The decor was drab and out dated. The bed was not comfortable. The coffee all 3 mornings was cold so we never even tried the breakfast. Dinner was disappointing. Our service was not good and the waitress blamed it on the kitchen. The food was ok but way overpriced for was we received. It took 3 hours to complete our dinner for 4 due to poor service.

Check in was not very personable. No mention of wifi info, or breakfast. Breakfast itself was late on Saturday morning and served cold! We needed to wait close to an hour for food to warm enough to eat. Coffee was also cold. Everything else was fine.
