I loved the interior design of the lobby. Very modern. I loved the gym. I loved the food options around the hotel. The staff was very nice. The one thing i would say I did not like was the size of the shower. It was very small I usually shower with my husband and we both couldn’t fit together. other than that everything else was great

Lovely hotel! Location is within walking distance of everything. There is lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment around. The staff were very patient and friendly. The room was extremely clean with beautiful flooring. I had a nice view of Nordstroms. The 3 ft pool is indoor and extremely small. This was not an issue for me as I was with my 8 year old nephew and it was very hot outside. So, it ended up being perfect for us. Parking was confusing. It was $35 per day and initially I didn't know where to park because everything said permit parking. I had to call the hotel to inquire. Housekeeping did not come. When I got home I read a slip of paper that was given to me inside my keycard pack. It said that you have to request housekeeping. I don't remember that being communicated to me. Overall, fabulous stay!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great. My only complaint is the stains in the shower that really disgusted me and the toilet was also loose when I used the restroom. Around the toilet look like it needs some work. The stains in the shower def need to be addressed…looked like mold and water stains orange in color.

I enjoyed my stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead. I stayed in room 225 and it was immaculate and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would have given an excellent rating but the room stayed a bit warm my first 5 hours there. It took me a while to realize that the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I called for maintenance and the front desk sent an engineer within 30 minutes. The engineer was able to get the air conditioning unit going in about 20 minutes thankfully. Despite the AC issue that I experienced I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead again. The staff responded to the issue right away and resolved it.

I found the room to be damp and warm. No exhaust in the bathroom, a dehumidifier was not available and I could not lower the room temperature below 69. It felt warmer than 69. I prefer sleeping in a cold, dry room. The staff is excellent! Friendly and very professional! The limited menu was good and my salmon was delicious! The hotel is in a great location.

Only downside was the lack of storage for a family of four—just one drawer and a small hanging area. Plus, the bath towels were so tiny, even a small person couldn’t wrap them around. Fix that, and it’d be perfect!”

My experience at the hotel was Overall Good. First room we got, the AC didnt work and we moved before unpacking. Its a policy that room cleaning has to be requested. Thats what dropped it to a 4 star for me. The employees arent entirely happy there. While I understand work drama exist everywhere. I don’t want to hear about it on my vacation. And much less be affected by it. When I requested service, a woman was servicing another room on my floor. However since it wasn’t her side, I only received towels not service.

If you’re driving and with family, Buckhead is safer, cleaner and more sophisticated than Midtown or downtown. As for the hotel, the staff is very well trained, particularly Arielle and Leo, who were very professional and courteous. The mattress was mid and the water pressure on the shower could’ve been better. Breakfast is overpriced and doesn’t offer as many options as would be expected.

I had trouble finding the hotel. The property was nice, didn’t like that there was no valet being that you had to park in a parking deck & bring your luggage up to the main floor to access the elevators for the rooms. It’s very modern & upgraded but the shower could’ve used a much better cleaning. It was clear mold & dirt in several areas. I wanted to check out the bar and lounge but it was closed due to the bartender being sick. Thought that was interesting that they didn’t have another employee to fill in so guests could enjoy the amenities of the hotel properly. I’m not sure I would book again.
