It was great. Quiet, efficiency of checking in & out. Plenty of parking. Parking lot was nice and lit up, we hung outside and had drinks after a concert and nobody bothered us, we weren’t loud (at least I don’t think we were)

Overall good place. Friendly staff and affordable. Food options in the area are plentiful. My only complaint, and if you can even call it a complaint, I thought the vending machines were a bit expensive, and there were no ice machines available.

Booked two beds and received only one. We were unable to change room. The shower head was broken, the elevator was broken and the hotel smelled heavily of smoke.

Nice to have a cooktop and big fridge. Not a 5-star hotel but we all know that. It’s good to have a comfortable bed, satellite TV, hot showers and laundry facilities on-site. Stayed there 3 weeks and it was a good stay

This place SMELLED SO BAD. Like Dog pee and cigarettes. The smell hits you like a truck as soon as you walk in the door. There’s dogs barking and you can’t leave the window open to air out the smell because there is a LOUD train that runs by throughout the night which kept me up. The paint was all pealing, there was rust and dirt? On the fridge. No lamps, just overhead lighting. TV didn’t work. No ice machine, just ice trays in the freezer which we had to fill with unfiltered tap water. Place was disgusting and I would have moved hotels if I didn’t have to be at a concert right after checking in.

It was comfy stay for one night. Convenient location for my visit in Haymarket. Nice lady at check in. The room was clean. Well maintained. I did not like the air freshener in the kitchenette. They did improvement with fredh paint, new blinds, new bath curtains but I could smell résidu old cig smell…

Very unhappy with our stay check in took forever I booked online so they should have had everything already. Check in and left we had something scheduled to be at when we got back office was closed couldn’t get extra pillow, didn’t look at room when we first got there but when we got back noticed the room so dirty, holes in the wall with tape over them, walls, floor dirty. Left there the next morning as early as we could just to get out both woke up with bites on our body. If you are going to stay here check everything and don’t do what we did. Will not be back. Wish we would have checked everything and went somewhere else right away.

Many things did not work in room. Bad smell. Stains on tub. We didn't even stay . We ended up driving home 2 hours away. Did not feel comfortable there at all

We knew it was going to be a basic stay just for one night. But there were fruit flies in the room, the toilet seat wasn't attached, the room had the srtongest smell of bleach. When walking toward the lobby there was fresh dog poop on the floor in the hall.

I constantly stay here because, in general, it's a very nice day! However, this time when I stayed at this location, the Wi-Fi was out and there was no way to resolve it and there was no compensation for not providing the amenities that they advertised. Very disappointing

Nightmare. First there was always noise. The refrigerator. The cars outside honking their horns. Then i heard a fight next door. Someone came to collect money. “You’re making me do this for my money.” Lots of screaming and slamming. Then at 4 am heard a loud van with its backup up beeps. Never slept. I like that it has space under bed for luggage to be be stored. I also like that it has a full size refrigerator and a small stove top. Price was good. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the covers smelled dirty, this made super uncomfortable. I also didn't lle that I didn't find out about that kitchen no pan or pots for use. I noticed a sign whie checking in that said you could buy a kitch set with pot/pan etc from them for $39.99. No thanks. All I wanted was a pot and a cup for hot water for my instant coffee, oh well. I went to check out at 6am, no staff available. No key return box. I called customer service they said to leave keys in the room. This is how they know I left and how I return the key, hum ok. So, that's what I did. This would have been nice to know prior to trying to check out. Anyway, Would I stay again? If on a budget, yes. However, I would be bringing my own sheets and cover, and of course a pot, cup and spoon.

Extended Stay had everything I needed to be comfortable for an evening! There was quite a bit of noise in my hallway, but the Front Desk successfully addressed the problem, and promptly. My TV was broken and unable to be fixed, however, and the area around the hotel was quite noisy.

Poor lighting TV didn't work upon arrival ( A gentleman after a bit was able to fix the tv…..we missed our planned activity with the tv repair) Bathroom was in need of cosmetic repairs The room rate was 92$ but the total cost was over 130$ Hall smelled severely like smoke Halls very noisy between 9 pm and 11pm

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life and unfortunately it was already paid for. Otherwise I would have left immediately. When I got my room key it wouldn't work so I had to go all the way back down to the office. She checked said it was working on her end but she will come up with me to possibly change the batteries My kids and I stood there in a smoke-filled hallway with her. While she tried to unscrew the cover she said she didn't have any other rooms to give me so she's got to get this off no maintenance person. I even tried to get the screw undone while we are out there an extremely drunk woman that said she works there came by and made me and my kids very uncomfortable I tried my best not to freak out for my children's sake then suddenly she said she's going to go look and see if she has another room. Possibly a two bedroom. We all went down again. She gave me a room key for the 4th floor and the drunk lady that was still there talking said oh fourth floor. Just make sure you lock your doors and I was like now I don't want to stay up there but there's no other choice. She was insinuating that there was a man possibly a pedophile or somebody that tries to get into people's room that lives there that she's aware of by her other comments that she made by saying things without saying things in front of the employee she insisted on walking us up there because she knew I was extremely uncomfortable, it gets worse but I ran out of space here

Worst ever. No one showed up to front desk for an HOUR regardless of several of us waiting to check in dialing 500 over and over again. I called the hotel 800 number and no answer. HOTELS.COM even tried to track someone down… no luck. Finally a nice man who happened to be staying there knew how to get in touch with the woman and found her for us. and when she did finally show up…. She was having some sort of melt down. After waiting another TWENTY MINUTES While she ranted on an on about the hotel being taken over, police officers being on property, the papers in the lobby being sent from corporate, an incident that she had the night prior, how she walks slow to test the patrons and that I passed her test…. I finally just left. Making me an hour late for my party bc I had to go to a fast food place to change. And honestly I was scared of the way the front desk lady was acting and by myself and so I never checked in. I would like my money back.

Dirty, gave me a room with a non working tv and fridge. I am disabled and was all unpacked and settled to then find tv and fridge were not working and had to pack up and move to another room. It was frustrating due to my condition and they offered no help in any of it. The room is small and the reservation service shows rooms with king beds which we reserved and found all their room only have double beds! Ridiculous! We will never stay here again! Only plus was location it was near everything you could need from movie theater to food! Location was awesome!
