Property is neat and clean. The area around the property is very nice with boats docked behind the hotel. Parking was easy but side road to the property is full of potholes and has to be driven slowly to avoid bottoming out your car. The continental breakfast was lean the first day but more items were added the next day. Did not go to the bar. Beautiful swimming pool with places to grill and picnic and a playground for the kids. The rooms were nice with all the typical conveniences and included a small balcony where you could sit to have your morning coffee. The room included a small fridge and a safe. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed the night to attend a wedding at this location, the scenery is spectacular and the staff was extremely accommodating. They have a fire pit and lounge areas to include a pool for a great afternoon with a bar/food within a few steps. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the accommodations.

Our room was clean and tastefully decorated with a great view of the marina from the balcony. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The boathouse grill was right outside the front door and we took advantage of the food truck on Saturday night to sample their burgers and wings- both were excellent. We will stay there again whenbwe are in the area

the Inn is lovely, beds comfortable and upgrade materials in bathroom & sink -HOWEVER RM 206 smelled terrible (moldy) the minute you walked in - they were sold out so we could not change rooms - it was even more upsetting to learn that part of group only paid $160 while 2 other couples pd $290. finding that out made me think they should have offered us a discoubted rate for the horrible smell. This room did not have a balcony and my guess is the filters in the a/C had not been cleaned as I did not see any visible mold (and tbe room WAS clean (so I don’t think it was a housekeeping issue

Nice sized room, comfortable beds, balcony views. Well located to harbor, ideal for us as we were going boating next day. Only one staff member on duty on a weekend and that person was manning the bar and trying to check us in etc. Hotel bar was busy so it took a while to get situated. For evening food there is a food truck but it closed around 8? So we had nothing to eat. Continental breakfast was fine and offered by hotel. The one staff member was very good trying to please everyone.

I had a room facing the parking lot so no view. Was easy to check in . I was close to the elevator and that did make an engine noise when it worked but few people were at the hotel so it was not bothersome. I like the breakfast offerings. That was all good. Nice shower. Light at the vanity was insufficient. Bed was comfortbale.

A hidden gem. Rooms are small and lacking storage. BUT it is clean and updated. Area is not full of amenities so if you like a secluded place this is for you. That being said, it was a great time!

Very modern, clean rooms. Beautiful location on the water. But...weak wifi strength and thin walls (or the neighbors are incredibly loud?). For a single night stay it was fine but if you need Internet for work it would be an issue. We will stay again since it is so close to family. Overall very comfy!

Arrived at 9pm and left at 7:30am so didn't get to enjoy much as it was a quick business trip needing a place to sleep. Very clean, friendly staff, great shower pressure, comfortable bed. Internet did not work for me but wasn't a big deal.

The area is serene, and the property is well maintained. You can see the owner has done his research in providing all of the standard items found in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. I made a mistake and reserved for the wrong date; the person answering the phone was helpful and moved the reservation to the correct night. However, when we checked in, the hotel charged me for that stay even after I paid Expedia in full. I need to follow up to make sure we aren’t charged twice for the stay.

The hotel was a nice, quiet place that we enjoyed. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The only reason I am talking off a star is the hotel had a sign posted that the breakfast was open from 7:30 to 10:30 and one of the mornings the staff closed it at 10 and we arrived at 10:10 and told us it closed at 10. Breakfast should be available for the posted hours or the posted hours should be changed.

Hotel is tucked back gps does take you to the right place. The room was clean. Picture as shown. The air condition is right next to bed so one persons is freezing or the rest of the room is hot. There is a boat house next to hotel lots of people around. Didn’t hear any noise from our room. Front desk didn’t communicate like a service industry.

Hotel provided after hours check in which was great and appreciated however check in paperwork is misleading. It states the facility is not pet friendly however I booked through a third party as a pet friendly establishment. This caused stress and concern throughout the night. When staff was on site the following morning I was informed some rooms were pet friendly….

We drove to DC, Arlington, Annapolis etc with no problems & didn't have to stay in all that traffic crowded area! We were there in December so didn't use the outside facilities but in warmer weather would be a great place to be!

Such a cute boutique hotel. Tucked behind a marina it was very cozy feeling when we pulled up. Check in was super quick and easy. Our room was on the first floor and had a balcony. Everything was clean and all the amenities like the iron and hair dryer worked great and were out to good use since we had a wedding to attend during our stay. The outside bar and grill were fantastic! The smashburger was amazing and the drinks were good as well! I would definitely say try their Orange Crush and Grapefruit Crush. Looking forward to booking again to just have a relaxing weekend!

View from the balcony was beautiful. We love the water and love boats. unusual and most welcome was the number of outlets for chargers. We have hearing aids, toothbrushes, phones, Apple watch, etc. The only shortcoming was the continental breakfast. Prepackaged muffins and pastries are poor quality. We were disappointed with those.
