Staybridge Suites Omaha West by IHG

Unfortunately we had to ask for a room change due to the smell of our first room. Then the next room required us to take the lid off the toilet to flush it. When I let staff know they said it was too late to get a discounted rate, and asked me to just leave a review so that management would be more present on the weekends. Lastly our car got keyed during the night.

Jamie who worked in the breakfast area was kind and welcoming. I looked forward to talking to her in the morning. Kindness matters!

Very clean and all but the beds were really bad on the back they sink in. Breakfast should start earlier than 730am other than those two things it was great.

Beautiful room. It was spotless. They are so animal friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable highly recommend!

Tim helped get my reservations sorted out. Excellent customer service. Room was clean as expected.
