The hotel is centrally located within the city and close to Sapporo station; a more than manageable walk even with luggage. Staff was courteous and delightful to interact with. As a solo traveler, I found the room to be perfect. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel had a lounge with vending machines and a bath on the lower floor which was very welcome even though I didn’t have the opportunity to make use of the latter this trip. Would absolutely visit again!

札幌駅から近く、大浴場があり清潔感も問題ありません。一階にやよい軒があり斜向かいにコンビニもあり。コインランドリー、無料のコーヒー•氷、自動販売機あり。高級感は全くありませんがコスパはとても良いです。

The room and bathroom were exactly as described, however the only downside is there is no safe in the hotel room. Right beside the entrance is the smoking area and is kind of unpleasant when you walk in/out of the lobby. The washing machine and dryer are two separate units, so it didn’t take very long to dry our clothes (usually it takes longer with the washer/dryer combo).

The room and bathroom were exactly as described, however the only downside is there is no safe in the hotel room. This was one of our favorite hotels in Japan. The room was very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the metro. No bathtub. No coffee in the lobby. I think all hotels should offer coffee in the lobby. They have a cool “pillow bar” where you can pick your own pillow. After an awful, flat pillow in Tokyo, it was nice to be able to pick out a more supportive pillow for our 3 night stay. Hotel staff was helpful and it was a really nice stay.

駅からも近く、何より部屋、館内、浴場全てが清潔でした。部屋の備品も整っていて、全く不満はありません、、。いろいなホテルに泊まりましたがこれからはＪＲＩＮＮ（南口）を札幌の定宿にします。

The property was a little further from the station than I thought. Initially when we checked into the hotel, there were hair on the desk as well as in the shower. The room was cozy enough for 2 people. The shower in the roomis not good. You have to open the shower every couple minutes to let the steam out or you’ll have a hard time breathing. It wasn’t a problem for me because I used the public hot bath on the basement floor but it was challenging for my son who didn’t want to use the public bath. The laundry room has 3 washer/dryer with automatic detergent so you don’t have to bring your own. At night, the washer/dryer is busy so I used it early morning. Overall, it’s was a 3 star experience but with the price, it’s satisfactory.

The best hotel Ive stayed at during my time in Japan. The bed was comfortable, the service was excellent. Best sleep Ive had in Japan! The bathroom in my room was only a shower, but they have a shared bath in the lower level. Being directly between Odori Park and the Factory shopping center made the location immensely walkable!

A comfortable stay for a few days. Staff friendly and helpful. Room has sufficient amenities and you can get supplies of razors, hairbrushes etc near reception. Also there is a pillow station. Wifi good. Restaurant on site. Many in the surrounding area. Short walk to bus station and train station. Taxi to hotel from station around 600 yen. Save yourself the trouble of trying to find the subterranean exit and just take a taxi.

櫃台服務人員很親切專業，房間很乾淨，空間也很寬敞，最棒的是廁所與浴室分開，使用上比較方便。唯一不方便的是離札幌車站有些距離，冬天在雪地裏拉行李真的有些辛苦，不過整體上是很棒的飯店。

The hotel is centrally located within the city and close to Sapporo station; a more than manageable walk even with luggage. Staff was courteous and delightful to interact with. As a solo traveler, I found the room to be perfect. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel had a lounge with vending machines and a bath on the lower floor which was very welcome even though I didn’t have the opportunity to make use of the latter this trip. Would absolutely visit again!

Hotel rooms are generally small in Japan. However, this was slightly bigger than the room I had in Tokyo. I also like how the voltage and sockets work with American devices. The hotel has a public bath, where you bathe with other men. It was a first for me and I made a few mistakes in japanese bathing etiquette. I got some stares but nobody yelled at me. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Sapporo station. There is also an underground walkway, if the weather is bad. Sapporo is quite small, so most every place was within walking distance for me. It’s a also a very beautiful city with lovely parks.

The hotel was good, the room was clean and big enough. There wasn't a bathtub, but the shower was fine by me. The setup was not a single enclosed bathroom with sink and toilet, those were all separate from the each other and the shower. Location was strange. It's about 10-12 min walk south of the Sapporo JR Station. And there's nothing really around it. The entrance would have been hard to find if I had walked from east to west, it was odd how it was somewhat hidden. The hotel is a short walk from the Sapporo Subway (the blue line). It was the best price for the area at the time, but I might try other spots next time I visit Sapporo if they are closer to the station or to dining and grocery options.

The hotel is in a good location which is near Sapporo subway station exit 23 (which has an elevator). It is within walking distance to multiple tourist attractions, such as the Nijo Market, old Hokkaido government building, and the clock tower. There is a restaurant which opens till late, and there is a Seico convenience store across the road.

The best hotel Ive stayed at during my time in Japan. The bed was comfortable, the service was excellent. Best sleep Ive had in Japan! The bathroom in my room was only a shower, but they have a shared bath in the lower level. Being directly between Odori Park and the Factory shopping center made the location immensely walkable!

Hotel rooms were pretty normal. I like the set up of the bathroom "nook" with separate doors for the toilet and shower.Only thing I found weird was how firm the pillows were. There's an interesting section on the main floor where you can customize your pillows, but for some reason by the time I would go to try to get a softer pillow, all the options were taken. The amenities are super nice though, there's a lounge area with a small library of books, tables with seating or soft casual seating available. Low lights and the smell of the spa on that level give it a relaxing vibe. There's coin laundry and vending machine on that floor as well. Spa area itself is nice and relaxing. To foreigners, tattoos are not permitted in the spa area. The hotel has its own area for parking. There is another JR Inn Sapporo a few blocks away, do not get them confused. This one is Sapporo SOUTH!! The restaurant attached was super yummy and convenient. Order your food on the ticket machines in the evening hours. I recommend the gyudon! In the morning you can buy a breakfast coupon at the front desk, the restaurant has around 4 sets you can choose from, one western style breakfast and three traditional breakfast. The portion sizes are perfect no matter what set you choose. Unlimited hot and iced coffee, water, juice provided. Food itself was alright but cannot complain for 1000¥ and convenience. Great location, few minutes away from the Clock tower and the TV tower, as well as the shopping mall.

The hotel is within walking distance to Sapporo Station and TV Tower. The overall cleanliness is great, air conditioning is working well, bed is comfortable except that the pillow is a-bit too hard and low. The breakfast is fantastic at the restaurant located at ground floor next to main entrance.

出張で泊まりました。清潔でスパもあって、ラウンジではコーヒーなども無料で頂けて、お部屋の机は広めなので仕事も出来るのがとても良かったです。朝食は一階のやよい軒でビュッフェでは無く、4種類から選べるのも良かった。スタッフの方々もタクシーの手配など急なお願いにも迅速に対応してくれて助かりました。また利用させて頂きたいです。

トイレとシャワーがセットのホテルは、初めてでした。シャワーをしている間、部屋着を掛けておくフックがほしかった。無駄を出さないのは理解できますが、もう1セット位タオルがあると嬉しかった。シャワーキャップがなかった。珈琲か紅茶のサービスもほしかった。

Checkin was fast and efficient. Our room was small which we expected, even though it had a window it didn’t get any natural light. There was a massive structure about 2 feet from the window. You couldn’t see the ground, the sky or either side. Horrible room. We asked if we could move to a different room the next morning, the reply was that they were fully booked so no…. I asked if they had people checking out (after just watching a guy check out), they didn’t really want to, but said if we vacated our room by 10:00, on coming back after 3:00 we could have a different room. It would be good if the initial answer wasn’t a straight ‘no’. New room was much better with a view out the front of the hotel. Shower worked well. Toiletries were good. We had pre-paid for breakfast. I really didn’t like the breakfast. The choice was: Fried Egg and Sausage with bread / croissant. Fried Egg and Sausage Smoked salmon with rice Mackerel with rice Chicken nougat with hash brown. All with orange drink, tea / coffee and salad. I really missed simple cereal and fruit. I just had a bread roll and a croissant each day. (With one little tub of butter for both), no jam or marmalade or anything. The staff were always quite pleasant when we entered or left the hotel. In the basement there is a lounge area with tea/coffee and a laundry room with washers / dryers. Location was pretty good. Close to station and tours With the poor first room and strange breakfast I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
