This place will always be thought of as DISGUSTING in my head. I stayed for multiple days. I tried to get over the fact that the room wasn’t vacuumed and the trash can wansn’t completely emptied on arrival.. I could not due to the fact that the staff refused to change my rooms sheets when I asked for a full service and to properly clean throw up from in front of my room door. They did a quick dry vacuum, leaving chunks, a large smear and the constant lingering smell behind. Me and my husband went to the front desk twice (spoke to a young black woman) to express our needs and a possible room change to no avail. We spent 5 days dealing with hopping over a nasty throw up spot in order to enter our room with three children. It made me wonder if they can’t clean such a simple mess then are they actually thoroughly cleaning the rooms.. disgusting.

The shower in our room wouldn’t turn on. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. They turned the pipe on and then left. We could adjust the temperature, it was very hot, and then I could t turn it back off. I had to call the desk again for someone to come turn it off. I was told there was no one there to fix it at that time of night. It was late. The next day, upon check out, I notified the front desk of the broken shower and was offered a bottle of water. Quite irritating.

Check-in and room cleanliness were excellent. However, I had to have a cold shower in order to be ready for my dinner time. The water took at least 15 minutes to warm up and I was freezing for most of my shower. Also. The doors slammed so hard I could hear the neighbors door slam at night. I advised the front desk of the shower issue and the young man stated it was because too many people were showering at the same time. I’ve never heard of this or had a cold shower at a hotel. I travel often.

Everything was so wonderful. It is such a beautiful hotel with the kindest staff, but we had a 4 AM flight and the air conditioner would not work all night. You can hear the planes taking off all night. The blinds are not blackout and in the middle of the night, the fire alarm to our room went off For no apparent reason.

We stayed the night before our cruise and did not realize we left our car key there. When we were at the airport returning home, we realized we could not find the key and called the hotel to see if we left it and they had it from a week earlier. They sent the shuttle to the airport to pick us up and return to the hotel for the key and brought us back to the airport. Excellant Service

We arrived at 1 am after our flight and the room we reserved for 5 of us wasn’t available- they were going to put us in a room with one queen and a pull out. We had reserved two queens and a pullout. I have two teenagers and a 7 yr old….. we would have not fit in the smaller room. They offered us to go across town to another Hyatt. Which we greatly appreciated and they paid for the uber. However it was a huge disappointment and inconvenience at 1 in the morning. We didn’t get to our room and settle until close to 3 am. It was a huge problem overall since we had reserved the proper size room months earlier!

Short stay but would go back, one of the nicest, cleanest and superb front desk staff of any hotels we’ve stayed at. Treated us very well, arrived 5 hours before check in, let us check our bags and had our room ready within the hour at no additional charge. Airport transfer was timely and convenient, lots of shops and dining options within walking distance.

We stayed over for 1 night to fly out of MCO early the next morning. Our room was upgraded which was very nice and comfortable. However, on the way to the airport, our bags fell out of the shuttle onto the road. If another passenger hadn't have noticed, the driver would have kept gojng and we would have lost our luggage on the road. Accidents happen but my brand new suitcase got all scratched up and it wasnt the best way to start a long travel day.

We just returned from an 10-day family vacation in Florida, and after staying at multiple hotels in multiple cities, our very last stop was Hyatt House Orlando Airport for less than 24 hours before flying home. Yet somehow, that short stay ended up being the best experience of the entire trip—all because of one person: Jorge at the front desk. When I think of true hospitality, I think of Jorge. Traveling with an almost two-year-old isn’t always easy, especially at the end of a long trip when everyone is tired. When we checked in, we asked Jorge if there was anywhere nearby to buy a small cup of milk for our daughter. We didn’t want a whole carton since we were leaving early the next morning. Before I could even finish explaining, Jorge immediately stopped what he was doing, ran to the back, and came out with not one—but two cups of milk, both with lids, ready to go. No hesitation. No inconvenience. Just genuine kindness. It was such a small thing, but after ten days on the road, it felt massive. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. Jorge didn’t just do his job—he made our final night feel effortless, and he turned a quick overnight stay into our favorite part of the entire trip. Every hotel needs a Jorge. Hyatt House is lucky to have him.

This Hyatt House property was amazing! We loved the convenience of the location. It was just 7 minutes from the airport which was perfect for our early flight. I was very nervous booking after reading some of the reviews. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Nice and clean. The staff members are all helpful and friendly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the food from the bar, but the drinks were so good. Thanks Antonio. I will most definitely be staying here when I’m back in town visiting!
