The staff were great, professional, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a mixed of Asian and western food. This hotel is in the Old Quarter and there are so many restaurants close by. We walked to the lake, train street, and restaurants. One of the staff named Zoey helped us booked tours too. We highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

넓은 방를 비교적 저렴하게 잘 이용했습니다. 그 동네 주의에선 상당히 조용한 편이었고 조식 가짓수도 꽤 다채롭게 준비됩니다. 이번엔 주변으로 이동할 일정으로 하루 머물고 갑니다만 추후에 또 출장이라면 머물 생각입니다. 다만 키 카드는 한장만 제공되어 불편합니다. 개선이 필요한 부분으로 생각되네요.

ホテル設備は、古いのですが、清潔に保たれています。トイレの流れが悪くて、詰まったのかと心配になりましたが、スタッフの方がすぐに見てくれて、大丈夫との事でした。シャワーの出は良いのですが、排水は溜まり気味でした。最終的には流れましたが。スタッフは、非常にフレンドリーで、色々気を遣って頂きました。バスで空港に向かいましたが、バス停まで案内してくれました。

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, wasnt a massive spread but still a good selection of tasty food. Beds were on the firm side for our preferences but definitely not the worst we had in Vietnam. Would return if visiting Hanoi again.

호안끼엠호수 바로 옆이고 맥주거리 구시가지 다 가깝습니다. 오토바이 엄청 많고 시끄러운곳은 살짝 벗어나서 조용한편입니다. 이호텔 조식도 맛있고 특히 직원들이 엄청 친절하고 미소가 아름답습니다. 깨끗한 편이고 시티뷰 창문 닫으면 방음이 엄청 잘됩니다. 뗏 전날 불꽃놀이는 사전 정보를 몰라 못봤지만 폭죽소리에 해피뉴이어 했습니다.매일 5일동안 주변 구경하느라 재밌습니다. 다음에 또 이호텔 예약할거예요.

The staff here at this hotel are so welcoming and friendly! It was my husband’s birthday when we checked in and they surprised him with a special birthday cake. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was very convenient to the night market and other local delicious restaurants. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh fruit, cereal, omelette station, local Vietnamese dishes, pastries, pho, and fresh juice, coffee, and tea. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average. Staff was great, and very helpful.

Staff very kind and smiling. Rooms a bit old. They appear in the pictures in a better shape then they are in real. But OK so far. My room had a blind window with no sunlight entering the room. But for one night was ok.

The room was so comfortable, great A/C, minimal noise, that we had a great nights sleep. The location ia great and the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast is not spectacular but it good enough for a long stay.

Impeccable service by all staff, special thanks to front desk Bonie and Zoey for making this a memorable stay. Good breakfast spread with Real fruit juice (not packaged) and again their wait staff was efficient in all services. Room was spacious and beds were comfy, many international channels on TV, bathroom was clean and provided clean towels. Every attraction / night market / eateries were within walking distance. We spent 4 nights here. Highly recommended to stay!

The staff were great, professional, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a mixed of Asian and western food. This hotel is in the Old Quarter and there are so many restaurants close by. We walked to the lake, train street, and restaurants. One of the staff named Zoey helped us booked tours too. We highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff here at this hotel are so welcoming and friendly! It was my husband’s birthday when we checked in and they surprised him with a special birthday cake. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was very convenient to the night market and other local delicious restaurants. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh fruit, cereal, omelette station, local Vietnamese dishes, pastries, pho, and fresh juice, coffee, and tea. We highly recommend this hotel!

호안끼엠호수 바로 옆이고 맥주거리 구시가지 다 가깝습니다. 오토바이 엄청 많고 시끄러운곳은 살짝 벗어나서 조용한편입니다. 이호텔 조식도 맛있고 특히 직원들이 엄청 친절하고 미소가 아름답습니다. 깨끗한 편이고 시티뷰 창문 닫으면 방음이 엄청 잘됩니다. 뗏 전날 불꽃놀이는 사전 정보를 몰라 못봤지만 폭죽소리에 해피뉴이어 했습니다.매일 5일동안 주변 구경하느라 재밌습니다. 다음에 또 이호텔 예약할거예요.

This is a great, inexpensive option. Great location. Staff was great and very helpful and attentive. Their buffet breakfast was top notch and on par with more expensive properties we stayed at in Hanoi.

Stated 5 nights. The staff were professional, kind, engaging, respectful, spoke excellent English, knowledgeable, helpful and made every effort to ensure a pleasurable experience. Room was clean and safe. Buffet Breakfast was adequate. I would stay here again

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, wasnt a massive spread but still a good selection of tasty food. Beds were on the firm side for our preferences but definitely not the worst we had in Vietnam. Would return if visiting Hanoi again.

Très bon séjour. Personnel au petit soin, proche du centre de Hanoï, possibilité de tout faire à pied. S’il devait y avoir un point à améliorer, il faudrait améliorer le petit déjeuner.

The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average. Staff was great, and very helpful.

The room was so comfortable, great A/C, minimal noise, that we had a great nights sleep. The location ia great and the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast is not spectacular but it good enough for a long stay.
