Ikos Odisia

Beautiful location and rooms. Garden is impeccable. Because I booked via Expedia I couldn’t extend my stay as IKOS would tell me to do it via Expedia and Expedia would charge me a fee (not to cancel, to add and extra couple of days!), so I ended up heading to another resort for the rest of my stay in Corfu. Spa is nice but unless you’ve booked it ahead of the stay it was fully booked. Same with restaurants, booking needs to be done in advance for dinners or you’ll end up heading with a child for dinner at 21.30. We also had some miscommunication when making a reservation at reception and it not showing up at the restaurant. During meal times we could sense some management was needed, in general. I had better experiences on IKOS Estepona and IKOS Porto Petro. Staff at Sea Pool is very nice, specially the guys handling towels and the Brazilian waiter, James.

Stunning resort, amazing food. Almost 5 star.

Could not fault our recent stay at Ikos. The food quality was excellent with something to suit all tastes at each restaurant. The service was amazing throughout the resort, all staff members going that extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The room was great, clean and well appointed. The pools were clean and there was never a fight for a sun bed and we were staying at peak school holiday time. Absolutely loved it and will look to book a return visit next year.
