The property was absolutely beautiful! Felt very tropical and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Even though it’s not all inclusive it had that vibe with certain free drinks during happy hour times. The turn down service was so nice with dove ice cream bars and muffins for the morning. It’s on the quieter end of Duval St but you can still access many great places easily with a Lyft, golf cart, bicycle, walk or whatever floats your boat. Highly recommend the premier suite with the plunge pool. Great place to stay!

The only things we didn't like were the hidden resort fees and parking fees. When I booked this through Expedia there was no mention of these extra fees.. The place was pricey enough without adding hidden fees that we didn't expect... Full disclosure please.

The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, & all 1st floor suites have their own plunge pool. Housekeeping did a great job, including turn down service with chocolates & fresh baked muffins every day. There are three separate happy hours at the pool each day. These include complimentary Mimosas & Bloody Mary's in the morning, complimentary wine in the afternoon, & complimentary snacks in the early evening. We will definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Key West and H2O suites was the perfect place. A modern facility with exceptional service, decor, and staff. We are greeted with a glass of champagne, easy check-in, and escorted to our beautifully appointed modern room with a private pool on the patio. There’s a gym on the second floor and a community pool on the third floor with an all day happy hour and staff that are even happier to serve us. It’s very walkable to the busy part of town, restaurants, and anything you might need in Key West. To top things off, they gave us a parting gift upon check out. I can honestly say when we come back to Key West this will be where we stay

The room was very nice, immaculately clean, well appointed and very expensive. There is no typical hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, room service or other features one would expect at $1000 per night. I would have expected more of a 1st class hotel.

This was a great hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly too at check in and out. They serviced the room each day with lots of fresh towels and made the bed. They cleaned the private plunge pool daily. They turned down the sheets at night and brought muffins and waters and ice cream bars daily. They did all of these things without once interrupting our vacation. We never saw them! If you are wondering if you should opt for the private pool, yes absolutely! It was so nice to just walk into our own little courtyard and cool off. There is a rooftop pool and a full bar up there. They serve complimentary Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas until 1:00 and then they switch to red and white wine. It’s a great spot, one block off of the east end of Duval St. You can walk to the complete other end of Duval in less than 20 minutes. The hotel also has bike and scooter rentals available. Complimentary coffee was in the room, but the hotel is adjacent to Frenchie’s Cafe, with excellent coffee and French pastries from 7-2. We loved this particular hotel!

Amazing hotel. The little things mean so much. Super clean room. Never had to ask for new towels. They were brought to the room 2x per day! Too many amenities to describe. You will not regret your stay here. Highly recommend!

This is a real gem for singles or couples seeking a quiet, relaxing stay in Key West. The property is contemporary, beautifully designed, immaculate and truly lovely. There is fantastic landscaping in the courtyard and common areas, such that even on the second floor you feel like you're in a tropical jungle.The staff is extremely polite, friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop pool is a great way to spend some kick-back time. There is no breakfast service, nor a microwave in the rooms, so guests need to plan for room food, although they deliver muffins each evening that make a light breakfast. The only thing we wished was different is that the bathroom and shower floors are quite slippery when wet, as is the pool area. You have to walk carefully when swimming or showering; some kind of floor coating that provides more traction would be better. Otherwise, H20 Suites is a great bet for a Key West getaway when you want a little pampering!

Overall the hotel was good. The poolgave out free drinks but the waiter was no where to be found. I also had an ant fall down from the ceiling. Yuck. And the ice maker did not work.

Rooms are as they appear online. If you can’t do stairs please let them know in advance as our room could only be accessed with stairs. When it rained (and it did!) those stairs were very slippery. Definitely a safety hazzard in my opinion.

We have stayed here twice and most recently in March 2024. This place is one of the best and always on our list for preferred stays. This recent stay however was not as premium as our previous experiences. A blurbing water and grinding noise kept us awake most of the night (the next morning it was evidently the outside private pool level was low and the pump was running dry every few minutes). However at midnight this was not on my troubleshooting list of todos. Two calls to the receptionist were simply rebuffed as unable to do or call any maintenance personnel until the morning. We approached the desk personnel the next morning and asked that a manager contact us. We were assured this would happen by both reception folks. We did not receive any call nor visit from any manager in the following 36 or so hours and left the island after that. No calls at all. For $1000 a night I expect H2O to address any faculty problem almost immediately. It was very disappointing that the H2O team couldn’t care less to address our concern, which, after all is what their business should be.

H2O goes above and beyond to set themselves apart from other hotels! Justin greeted us at check in. Although he was the only person at the desk, he provided undivided attention to the guest that was in front of him. He provided us with refreshing beverages, assisted with luggage, escorted us to our room, and took the time to explain various features. Turn down service, dove ice cream bars, fresh muffins, and Happy Hour at the roof top pool bar are some of the special touches that they provide. Every employee we encountered greeted us and genuinely smiled☺️ We ended up upgrading to a room with a private pool, which was also an AMAZING experience! Upon checking out, we received a candle that smells amazing! Great token to remind us of our wonderful stay! Thank you!

This hotel was amazing. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and immaculate. Close to a lot of restaurant options. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here twice and most recently in March 2024. This place is one of the best and always on our list for preferred stays. This recent stay however was not as premium as our previous experiences. A blurbing water and grinding noise kept us awake most of the night (the next morning it was evidently the outside private pool level was low and the pump was running dry every few minutes). However at midnight this was not on my troubleshooting list of todos. Two calls to the receptionist were simply rebuffed as unable to do or call any maintenance personnel until the morning. We approached the desk personnel the next morning and asked that a manager contact us. We were assured this would happen by both reception folks. We did not receive any call nor visit from any manager in the following 36 or so hours and left the island after that. No calls at all. For $1000 a night I expect H2O to address any faculty problem almost immediately. It was very disappointing that the H2O team couldn’t care less to address our concern, which, after all is what their business should be.

The hotel has very nice rooms. The issue is the service from the people from the front desk to the pool attendants was a zero. This is a high end stay hotel yet the front desk treated people like it was a one star hotel. It definitely was lacking from the moment we arrived to every interaction. The bartender at the pool would talk about beating people up as a bouncer to encouraging people to smoke pot or more at the pool. We have stayed at many places around the world - expensive and cheaper - and these were by far the worst we have encountered. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

The hotel is nice but very pricey for what you get (virtually no amenities). We arrived on the only non-stop from our airport- so we got to the hotel at 10:30AM - we knew we were much too early to check in. The front desk was cordial - took our suitcases and told us they would call us as soon as a room became ready. We walked Duval St and returned at 2PM - they asked us our names again (never called us and didn’t remember we were waiting for a room) - said nothing was ready. We then walked Duval St.until 4PM - returned to the Hotel - new staff was on duty and said that they had a room for us. While 4PM is standard check in time - most hotels will call us (we got there at 10:30AM) prior to update us on the status of the room After that - they did make a comeback by apologizing to us and we appreciated their ability to realize they had given us poor service By the end - we forgave them (it’s tough not to have access to your suitcase for 5 1/2 hours) - the room was actually a very nice suite but as I said - very pricey for what you get I would suggest this hotel only if you can get it at a reasonable price

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at H2O and could not have been happier with the hotel. From the balloons and champagne the hotel provided for our anniversary, the beautiful grounds, clean and comfortable room, and quaint rooftop pool and bar. The hotel is just off the quieter side of Duval street. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough from the hustle and bustle for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Felt very tropical and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Even though it’s not all inclusive it had that vibe with certain free drinks during happy hour times. The turn down service was so nice with dove ice cream bars and muffins for the morning. It’s on the quieter end of Duval St but you can still access many great places easily with a Lyft, golf cart, bicycle, walk or whatever floats your boat. Highly recommend the premier suite with the plunge pool. Great place to stay!

We have stayed here 4 times now and have no complaints. Room is spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. Pool is quiet with a bonus bloody mary happy hour from 11-1. Duval st. is a short walk around the corner or easy access to the Duval Loop bus. We'll be back!

Gorgeous property and rooms. Rooftop pool with bar was super cool. One block over from Duval St. and walkable to the Ampitheater for my concert as well. Staff walked me to my room at check in and were super helpful with explaining everything. 5 Stars!

A 2 minute walk to the downtown strip. The ambiance has a modern feel to it. Loved the gym, roof pool, front desk was kind & attentive. Latest courtesy check out is noon. There’s a Cuban cafe 1 min a walk away. All kinds of amenities offered. 9 minutes away from the airport. It’s a cute little situation.

This was a great hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly too at check in and out. They serviced the room each day with lots of fresh towels and made the bed. They cleaned the private plunge pool daily. They turned down the sheets at night and brought muffins and waters and ice cream bars daily. They did all of these things without once interrupting our vacation. We never saw them! If you are wondering if you should opt for the private pool, yes absolutely! It was so nice to just walk into our own little courtyard and cool off. There is a rooftop pool and a full bar up there. They serve complimentary Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas until 1:00 and then they switch to red and white wine. It’s a great spot, one block off of the east end of Duval St. You can walk to the complete other end of Duval in less than 20 minutes. The hotel also has bike and scooter rentals available. Complimentary coffee was in the room, but the hotel is adjacent to Frenchie’s Cafe, with excellent coffee and French pastries from 7-2. We loved this particular hotel!

The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, & all 1st floor suites have their own plunge pool. Housekeeping did a great job, including turn down service with chocolates & fresh baked muffins every day. There are three separate happy hours at the pool each day. These include complimentary Mimosas & Bloody Mary's in the morning, complimentary wine in the afternoon, & complimentary snacks in the early evening. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a real gem for singles or couples seeking a quiet, relaxing stay in Key West. The property is contemporary, beautifully designed, immaculate and truly lovely. There is fantastic landscaping in the courtyard and common areas, such that even on the second floor you feel like you're in a tropical jungle.The staff is extremely polite, friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop pool is a great way to spend some kick-back time. There is no breakfast service, nor a microwave in the rooms, so guests need to plan for room food, although they deliver muffins each evening that make a light breakfast. The only thing we wished was different is that the bathroom and shower floors are quite slippery when wet, as is the pool area. You have to walk carefully when swimming or showering; some kind of floor coating that provides more traction would be better. Otherwise, H20 Suites is a great bet for a Key West getaway when you want a little pampering!

The room was very nice, immaculately clean, well appointed and very expensive. There is no typical hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, room service or other features one would expect at $1000 per night. I would have expected more of a 1st class hotel.

Great location, our plunge pool was great after a hot morning. The modern room was beautiful and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint would be not a single space to hang a wet towel. Between shower and pool there were so many wet towels on the floor making the space very messy

Absolutely fabulous little hotel with only 22 rooms. The attention to detail here was second to none! From welcome champagne, daily freshly baked muffins at turn down and afternoon sangrias in the pool to the lovely gift on check out… they have thought of everything! The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable and the gardens and pool immaculate: comfortable bed, huge bathroom and great location. Parking was expensive at $40 a day but we felt it was worth the cost for the convenience: would highly recommend if you are looking for a boutique hotel a short walk from duval street. Staff were so lovely too. Thanks for a great trip!

I’ll stay factual Small parking garage. We never took our car for fear we’d have to park on the street No bell cap or luggage assistance despite what the front door receptionist stated Shower needed to be repaired as no cold or cool water was possible. It was repaired. Didn’t anyone notice before us? WiFi was hit or miss. We paid for the dipping pool but never used it as the water was hot. Maintenance man was not sure or unable to fix it. You pay extra for the dipping pool Front desk and staff very focused on selling the liquor from the room Location was good and Frenchies next door was outstanding for breakfast We were booked for five nights but left after 3. Took the loss. Moved to the Four Seasons Ft Lauderdale instead
