We had a wonderful stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Delta! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive team members who made our stay truly special. The hotel is lovely much of the staff are well trained and friendly, but I checked in for the spa after a long travel day and when I made the appointment, I didn’t go back and check email for anything and when I arrived, I found out they sent paperwork to be completed. I was chastise by the Spa manager Chelsea for not doing it. Rather than doing it from my small phone screen I asked for paper and she said they didn’t have that so I started trying to fill it out, but I wasn’t getting very far and she continued to chastise me so I finally just gave her crap back because I filled out certain information for the third. I guess what, she finally gave me paper, and I filled in what I had not previously filled in and she stormed out and went and got the hotel general manager, Sam, who walked in and immediately was unprofessional if I didn’t need the massage after 16 1/2 hours of travel time, I would’ve canceled. I am glad I didn’t because Aysa was my therapist and she was wonderful. Also, the front desk staff was wonderful. My biggest negative was the hotel does not have any restaurants or bars, but it is attached to a casino that does the casino is owned by a different company so you can’t charge things to your room.

This last weekend we stayed at the Delta Hotel in the town of Delta outside of Vancouver. We had stayed at this hotel a number of times earlier this year, and found it to be very nice. That said, this last weekend it was one of the worst stays we have ever had in any hotel or motel. Not only was it some $200 more expensive than that of our previous stays, but many rooms on our floor had been rented out to a large group of teenagers. The teenagers yelled in the corridor and slammed doors continually well into the wee hours of the morning. As soon as we fell asleep, there they were, screaming and slamming doors again. Especially bothersome is that the response of the staff at the front desk was that they could not do anything about the problem. When a room is so expensive, one expects a certain amount of comfort, including a quiet, restful sleep, not continuous bedlam! This experience makes me wonder if it is worth spending the extra money for a stay at a Marriott/Delta hotel on our next trip.

Me and my family stayed there for one night and hotel rooms was clean and modern but rooms are not sound proof i guess, we couldn’t sleep properly because our neighbour was very noisy and loud plus their dog was barking at night. staff was very friendly and helpful.

New property, so room was pristine and comfortable. Very nice size room and bathroom. We did have a couple things we didn’t care for. Sound proofing at hallway door and exterior windows was severely lacking. HVAC was super loud when running. And the couch in the room was hard, making it not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Bed was very comfortable and the USB ports on both sides were very welcome. Overall it’s a nice place to stay. We just wish they had spent some more money on soundproofing.

The property is new and clean, but the beds are uncomfortable as they are too soft and I had to sleep on my side so that my back didn’t ache and I have a good back!. The AC blows at your face when you’re in bed so that’s not a great experience as you’re trying to sleep and stay cool during the night. I would probably not stay there again because of the beds and how the AC system is setup.

New hotel co-located with a casino. Rooms and bathrooms are up to lastest standards, and are very pleasant. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Hotel itself is located in a farming area, but easily accessible from highway 99. The business center of Richmond BC is a 15 minute drive from the hotel under normal traffic conditions.

Our stay was excellent and the hotel facilities were lovely. I would only strongly suggest that the hotel management would urge the department of transportation to add a sign on the highway over pass on Hwy 17A over Hwy 99 heading east, indicating that turning left toward the hotel is actually an onramp onto 99 going north, NOT an access to the hotel. The hotel should also find some way to indicate how to access the hotel by turning left further down the street.

Easy to get to tswassen mills mall and close to ferry . The hotel is really nice. Very beautiful flowers in lobby. Casino is right thete. Ate at the buffet was ok but I think food earlier in day is the best and fresh. Rice eas crunchy. We stayed here as it is a 20 min drive to childrens hospital. Once on Highway it is just a straight drive. No busy ciry streets to drive around. I definately will be back I lived the water flavour enhancers too. That was a nice touch.

We had a great time at this hotel! The room was very clean, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the ferry terminal. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, which were a nice bonus after a long day. The bedding smelled amazing, and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable—much better than most hotel mattresses, which usually hurt my lower back. The only downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We’d stay again!

Booked a last minute hotel for the Eras Tour. While not located directly near anything the hotel is a 15 minute drive/Uber from the Bridgeport SkyTrain station that takes you right into downtown Vancouver in 25 minutes. Our whole stay was a really great experience. Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms, lots of parking. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant Match after check-in and the food was good.

We did not have any problem with the hotel staff but the restaurant and buffet staff were brusque and a little short with us. We reached a little late and were trying to get food but due to staff shortages the restaurant was closed early and this could have been handled in a more friendly manner to leave us with a positive experience.

All of the staff were very nice, polite, happy and accommodating! They treated my dog really well! We didn’t like the buffet breakfast, (which I know is a contracted company, not part of the Hotel) It tasted really old, with instant eggs perhaps? They would receive a ONE star from me!

This was a first visit to this new hotel and casino. I was very pleased with the greeting of staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable beds where also comfortable.i did notice not a lot of food options a buffet which was very over priced for what was offered and other restaurants had longer wait times. My overall experience was a positive and would recommend this property to family and friends visiting.
