Café da manhã gostoso, com bastante variedade e itens de qualidade. Máquina de café nespresso disponível no café da manhã, e a noite havia disponível chás e água quente no lobby do hotel. Dentro do quarto tb havia uma cafeteira nespresso disponível para os hóspedes, como já tinha lido comentários de que as cápsulas eram pagas, compramos nossas próprias cápsulas. Chuveiro bom, com bastante fluxo de água. Área sanitária separada do box de banho, com duchinha higiênica. A porta do box estava torta, não fechando direito, o que causou vazamento de água para área seca do banheiro (quarto 207). O quarto é amplo, armários espaçosos, colchão e travesseiros confortáveis. Horário de café da manhã bem amplo, das 6:30 às 11h, inclusive me atendeu bem em um dia que precisei sair bem cedo para realizar uma trilha. Algumas ressalvas: o hotel não possui estacionamento privativo, somente poucas vagas em frente ao prédio, obviamente não comportando a qtde de hóspedes. Existe um pátio grande em frente com bastante vagas e um flanelinha que fica vigiando, porém aos domingos ocorre uma feira, sendo necessária a retirada do carro. Um ponto crítico que a gerência precisa avaliar: havia muitas formigas no quarto, sobre a mesa, mesmo sem ter embalagens de alimentos abertas. Faz-se necessário uma dedetização do ambiente, e no primeiro dia encontrei uma lagartixa no banheiro, levei um baita susto. A academia é pequena, mas deu para treinar bem, mas falta um bebedouro ou garrafas de agua no local.

Estadía maravillosa!!! nos hicieron upgrade, nos dieron una habitación con vista al mar. La amabilidad del personal es impresionante,las vistas hermosas. Desayuno espectacular. Inclusive pudimos hacer late checkout. Cumplieron con todas nuestras peticiones. Hermosa habitación, moderna. La cama comodisima y las sabanas muy lujosas. Volvería siempre. Lo único negativo es que tenían muy pocas reposeras y sombrillas en la playa, pero no fue un problema porque pudimos alquilar 2 sillas y una sombrilla grande por 40 reales. Me encanto el hotel!!!!! No se van a arrepentir de quedarse alli.

A Piscina principal do hotel estava fechada e não fomos avisado. Havia uma outra piscina em outro pavimento, porém nao atendia o número total de hóspedes e as condições da piscina eram péssimas. Em geral a conservação das áreas do hotel estão ruim, principalmente a piscina que é o principal atrativo. Não havia toalhas de piscina para todos hóspedes, e os acessórios oferecidos na praia, como guarda sol, estavam em péssimos estado de conservação.

Funcionários muuto simpáticos (camareira Lilian, Sil do cafe da manhã, os garçons do bar...) atendimento nota mil. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso! Serviço de quarto muito bom. Melhorar a quantidade de cadeiras para emprestar na praia. Nao conseguimos usar num dia de inverno.

Já foi melhor. Frequentávamos quando da antiga administração e era excelente. Atualmente, falta manutenção de forma geral; limpeza também deixou a desejar (edredom, lençol e tapete com manchas); número limitado de vagas no estacionamento, número limitado de cadeiras/guarda-sóis na praia.

Localização excelente na Barra. O hotel vai trocar de dono e espero que aqueçam a piscina. A piscina é linda, extremamente fria. Não dá pra entrar. Café da manhã muito bom. Falta sala de jogos e academia, que informaram que o novo dono vai providenciar.

Reservei uma estadia no hotel com o intuito de ter as melhores condições, pelo valor da diária paga, porém meu quarto amanheceu todo cheio de água, que possivelmente tinha um vazamento do outro quarto e vinha por baixo do guarda roupas, o atendimento do café da manhã foi bem péssimo, não tinha gelo e muitas opções de variedade! A piscina está em péssima condições, vidros trincados e com muito vazamento de água no andar inferior, o hotel informa que disponibiliza tolhas, cadeiras e ombrelone, as toalhas vem todas úmidas e as cadeiras e ombrelone de fato não ocorre empréstimo pq não tem disponibilidade!

Estive no LSH há cerca de 7 anos, se tratava de um hotel moderno, com bom restaurante e serviço. Neste período ja mudou de administração, e o fato é que o hotel se mostrou uma desagradável surpresa. Como sempre ficamos nos hoteis da rede windsor na barra, nunca havia voltado ao LSH, agora retornamos com nossa filha de 7 anos. Impressão de descaso, funcionários no geral solicitos, mas sem menor sinal de adequado padrão de atendimento, a piscina com o fundo de vidro, estava com rachadura e sem alguns pedaços do reboco na parte inferior, o atendimento na piscina também demonstrando algum esforço, mas ao chegar la, não havia toalhas , ao questionar o funcionario disse que não sabia quando levariam, precisei ir ao térreo (onde uma funcionária muito bem orientada sobre as dificuldades e potencial do hotel , me atendeu dentro de um padrão esperado), o bom restaurante que funcionava no terreo encontra-se como um espaço abandonado. No lobby há um bar, de bom atendimento, onde são servidos drinks e petiscos e pratos(os mesmos do serviço de quarto, que foram muito bons e carta de vinhos honesta). Bom café da manhã, mas cha atenção os aparelhos portateis de ar. Ao chegar no quarto não tinha toalhas, em outro dia não deixaram tapete do banheiro, sempre resolveram rapidamente. O serviço de praia, tem toalhas, mas um total de 7 guarda-sóis e algo proximo a 15 cadeiras.... Relataram atual transição para rede laghetto, se realmente for o plano espero voltar para retomar a antiga boa impressão

It had lots of ants in our room, the phone wasn’t working properly but the fixed both problems immediately!! Overall the hotel was nice and walkable to the beach & dining there’s a tourist guy who sits outside the property all day which was comfy!! It definitely can use a few minor updates to the hotel & the breakfast wasn’t the best also the rooms are really small..

The staff are extremely friendly and speak English and Spanish. However, my room was not cleaned everyday and the last guest's food was left in the refrigerator. The ac never worked, pillows were terrible and outside noise kept me awake all night long. No soundproof windows. But a beautiful location with good restaurants below hotel.

Ë a terceira vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel, nunca e sempre foi ruim o serviço deles. Nunca passavam um panp, vassoura ou aspirador de pó, só arrumavam a cama. Toalhas toda vez tínahmos que pedir, ficamos 5 dias e nunca repunham algodões ou cotonetes, nem papel higiênico. Comida que pedi no quarto fria e ruim. A piscina que é o carro chefe deles, só da pra usar cedo pq depois do meio dia é sombra, venta mto e a agua é gelada. Lencóis pequenos e furados, voce se vira na cama e quando vai ver, esta deitada no colchão. Piorou demais tudo. Unica coisa boa e razoavel era o cafe da manhã. Arrumação do quarto super demorada. Mudaram administração, hotel foi fechado e reaberto e nada mudou. É uma pena, pq a localização é maravilhosa.

A piscina que é o carro chefe deles, só da pra usar cedo pq depois do meio dia é sombra, venta mto e a agua é gelada. Lencóis pequenos e furados, voce se vira na cama e quando vai ver, esta deitada no colchão. Piorou demais tudo. Unica coisa boa e razoavel era o cafe da manhã. Arrumação do quarto super demorada. Mudaram administração, hotel foi fechado e reaberto e nada mudou. É uma pena, pq a localização é maravilhosa.

Las habitaciones estaban llenas de cucarachas... nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación.. en todas había cucarachas. El desaseo es total, el hotel está abandonado... ascensores viejos... los lavamanos se llenaban de agua y no se desocupaban...Las sábanas estaban sucias, con arena y sangre... desastroso!!!

O hotel fica em uma região muito bonita da Barra da Tijuca. Logo na esquina tem vários restaurantes e barzinhos e a poucos metros tem um mercadinho, farmácia e barracas de praia atravessando a avenida. O café da manhã é espetacular. O que fica muito a desejar é o isolamento acústico dos quartos. Ouvíamos todo o trânsito da avenida Lúcio Costa que fica à frente do hotel, mesmo Durante a noite e no sábado e domingo o barulho da montagem da feirinha que acontece na pracinha ao lado do hotel incomoda bastante. Antes das 6h da manhã do domingo ouvimos muito barulho de bate estaca, que era para montagem das barracas da feirinha.

The staff are extremely friendly and speak English and Spanish. However, my room was not cleaned everyday and the last guest's food was left in the refrigerator. The ac never worked, pillows were terrible and outside noise kept me awake all night long. No soundproof windows. But a beautiful location with good restaurants below hotel.

Overall the hotel staff made all the difference. Hotel location is fantastic. Front Office agents Vinicius, Leonardo and Caio were excellent, professional and welcomed us every time we needed anything. Rogério our Bellman was also great and our housekeeping lady Lilian was the best, attentive and friendly from the first moment we met, making us feel at home. The property needs lots of TLC, our room’s balcony sliding door glass was cracked and the wall paper in the bathroom needs attention, it’s pealing from the wall. All metal parts of the room is rusty. The breakfast was great, standard food selection, the person at the omelette station was very pleasant, the waiters were rushed to remove plates from our table. One recommendation to the F&B team is to hire restaurant hosts to welcome guests arriving for breakfast so they could distribute the work load better. Nespresso coffee machines were faulty and required attention every morning. Most of the time, not working properly.

This is a great hotel it is modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing so much to choose from. The rooms are a good size. I had the partial sea view and it was a great view. The shower was hot and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is further out from the centre of Rio but if you want to be more chilled then this is good and you can easily get an Uber. The staff were very helpful. The location across from the beach is perfect and there are restaurants to walk to.

Nossa experiência já começou ruim no checkin. Um dos motivos de termos escolhido essa estadia foi pelo horário de checkin que deveria iniciar às 14h. Chegando na acomodação (às 14h), fomos informados que a liberação do quarto só seria feita às 15h. Entendemos que falhas operacionais podem ocorrer gerando pequenos atrasos, mas a forma que o hotel lidou com a situação foi PÉSSIMA. Primeiro, nos foi dito que nós estávamos equivocados e que a informação que estava no Hoteis.com de que o checkin iniciava às 14h estava errada. Para abreviar a história, depois de tentar uma solução sem sucesso na recepção entramos em contato com o SAC do hotel, que foi ainda mais rude, não assumindo o erro e ainda mandando um print do próprio site do hotel dizendo que o checkin se daria a partir das 14h, portamto o hotel poderia entregar o quarto qualquer horário após às14h (eu sempre soube que o horário de checkin era p/ hóspedese não para a propriedade). Enfim, no quarto vimos muitas coisas sem manutenção e com as aspecto velho, portas ruins para abrir/fechar. Detalhes metálicos com aparência enferrujada, espelho manchado, etc. Enfim, pelo preço da estadia estão muito abaixo do esperado. Somos clientes do Windsor e quisemos testar algum diferente, mas infelizmente está muito abaixo do padrão que se propõe entregar.

This hotel was amazing!! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Receptionist Vinicius was super nice! They helped to charge my portable charger at the front desk when my adapter no longer worked! All staff members helped to facilitate Uber pick up and drop off! Because I spoke Portuguese it was easier to build a good relationship with them! They were so respectful, informative and made sure I made it to my destination and back safely seeing I was a solo traveler! I will DEFINITELY book with them again when I go back! Thank you!!

Eu achei o hotel muito bom, o quarto é confortável, o chuveiro e o ar condicionado são ótimos, a equipe é atenciosa. Restaurantes legais por perto. Mas veja, eu não sou turista, não sei se é prático para um turista tradicional que quer visitar pontos conhecidos da cidade, pois a Barra é meio fora da cidade.

One recommendation to the F&B team is to hire restaurant hosts to welcome guests arriving for breakfast so they could distribute the work load better. Nespresso coffee machines were faulty and required attention every morning. Most of the time, not working properly.

Front Office agents Vinicius, Leonardo and Caio were excellent, professional and welcomed us every time we needed anything. Estadia excelente, quartos confortáveis , localização excelente. Ótimo atendimento. Área da piscina muito boa e confortável. Apenas o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, mesas sempre cheias ou então sujas , e demora bastante para pegar omelete, tapioca, pois só tem uma pessoa fazendo e a demanda é grande.

This is a great hotel it is modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing so much to choose from. The rooms are a good size. I had the partial sea view and it was a great view. The shower was hot and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is further out from the centre of Rio but if you want to be more chilled then this is good and you can easily get an Uber. The staff were very helpful. The location across from the beach is perfect and there are restaurants to walk to.

I found my room to be very modern and clean compared to my colleague's who were staying at the conference centre and their associated hotels nearby. They were jealous of the quality of my room as well as the lower cost. I will certainly recommend this to others in the future!

Wao! DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!! The most disappointing and overall bad and unhealthy experience we have ever had in a hotel. This one is advertised as a 4-5 star hotel, and frankly I would give it a 1, if any. The worst part is the maintenance of the property both outside and in the rooms. Mold in curtains and carpets, dirty towels. Fungi in sinks, showers, and the toilet room. Broken and rusty furniture, including the bed, chairs, and dressers. Smell of mold in he room. The private pool for our suites (both) was filthy both outside and in the water. In summary, totally disgusting and unhealthy to stay there. We went to the front desk to notify them and got a different suite. When we went to this newly assigned suite, the conditions were the same. We ended up leaving the property, and while we were leaving, we heard two other guests with similar issues. Because of this, we left a few days before our scheduled departure date, and the front staff, including the Front Desk Manager (Alan) were obviously aware of the conditions of the hotel and were fixed in that we could not depart. They would not give us a receipt or anything showing our actual departure date. After over two hours waiting and trying multiple approaches, we decided to leave and move to a different hotel for our own health. We did file a complaint with Hotels.com, and after a week we are hopeful and still waiting on a positive resolution.
