There was no hot water to the basin. Your plumbing needs assessment from the facilities manager as supply to the rooms seems inadequate- long active dead legs means it takes ages for hot water to appear at both shower and basin

Good for the price but as with some other places There was no where to put the suitcase and I thought that the extra charges for tv and holding on to your suitcase was seriously not justified. It reminded me of the airlines, charging for every little extra comfort.

Lovely stay. No tea or coffee maker in the room. £2 from reception.

Hotel and room very basic but was only for a night and suited my requirements, as just a resting place before bringing our son home from uni the following day. I did miss that there was hot drinks available in the reception, as there was no facilities in the room, but as said it was very reasonably priced and suited me. Would have liked at least a glass to have some water, but apart from that it was a nice clean room, as was the bathroom. The air con was also good but did turn itself off after a while, so I did wake up in the room in the night and need to reboot it as was a warm night.

Nothing more in the room than a bed. View straight to the office building across the narrow yard. The accessible equipment in the bathroom had probably never been thoroughly cleaned. The vinyl carpet was torn off from the wall in the shower and probably allows water to leak into the wall or floor structure. TV signal very weak. Good location near the centre though.

staff were lovely and very helpfull the toilet didn't flush so had to change rooms which was no issue as the staff where great, the room was a bit chilly no kettle but the bed was comfortable

Excellent position in the center of Liverpool rooms were clean , a great base for a visit and discounted parking in the local NCP carpark. Would return

The lift was broke which nobody told me about and my room was top floor. When I got in my room it absolutely stunk of smoke! Noisy all night. Won’t be staying again!

Nice quiet hotel on a busy street in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Access to all floors is via the room key making the hotel feel very safe, a bonus for solo travellers. Plenty of places in the immediate vicinity for breakfast, coffee and bistro or fine dining. The only downside is no facilities in the room to make a drink, not even a glass if you take bottled water in with you, although drinks can be purchased in reception. Check in and out is fast. Would recommend.

Stayed here before and had no problems and was okay and relatively clean . Second time back and wasn’t great ,cards didn’t work to get in the room so was up and down trying to sort that with reception . Other thing was that the rook was freezing and when you put the heating up to 27/28 it’ll drop instantly to 19 which was ridiculous. Not a great sleep due to being cold over night .

Hi guys , yes this was a positive experience and highly recommend for future stays. The room was imaculate ,king size bed with shower and tv and lovely fresh towels. couldnt ask for anything more regarding my stay, thumbs up

Really handy for the city centre, Albert Dock, Liverpool One and all travel hubs. Good value, very clean and the staff could not have been more friendly - nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely stay here again

Friendly staff and the location is good. Our room was pretty noisy. So we ended up waking up a couple times because of it. The car with all amenities (toilet paper and all for cleaning) was all days exactly in front of our door so kind hard to get out of the room with luggage and stuff.

If i could give zero stars, i would. We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to speak with reception as we discovered most of the issues late at night and weren’t there long enough to raise them. The room was filthy from the moment we stepped in. The bed sheets were dusty at the bottom near the mirror, the mirror was all scratched up, and everything just felt dirty. To make things worse, the sink in the bathroom leaked on to the floor every time we used it, so we had no choice but to use the shower just to wash our hands. Disgustingly, the sink plughole was clogged with someone else’s hair—absolutely revolting. The room itself was tiny, with no space to move around or put anything. It felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a horrendous stay, and we are actively seeking a refund as the conditions were unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Clean basic accommodation in the city centre. Good value.

It was so unclean we kept finding long back hair allover the room in the shower on the wall in and next to the bed hole in the bedding hand prints on the mirror floor was dirty so we had to keep out socks on. When booking we thought it was value for money but it was quite shameful

The check-in process was smooth, but the room itself had several issues. There was a very strong smell of sewage backup or stagnant water, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the noise from flushing toilets in adjacent rooms was very disruptive. The dirty mirror and overall lack of attention to detail were frustrating, especially given the high price (£160 for the night) and the expectations that came with it. I won’t be rebooking in the future, nor will I recommend this hotel.

I had already made payment prior to my Check in. Reaching the property, a young man at the front desk, ask for my ATM Card, I thought such practice have been abolished a long time ago, because of Fraud. Now he took my atm card and was taking down my card details. This is a very wrong and bad practice. What if my card details get compromised, it shouldn’t be. Needs to stop ASAP. The room as I opened the door was smelling and very very unpleasant ODOUR. The cleaners had to come use Bleech to kill the odour. The room was cold for even an animal to survive in it, not to talk of a Human being. I called and called the front desk, no one was around to pick the call. Had to check out at 8:45pm, I feel the few hours I spent in it was the most uncomfortable hours spent. Didn’t deserve the money gotten from me.

Great location and clean room with comfortable bed. Room is very small but we knew that going into it and it worked well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Very small room, impossible to walk around the bed, one side of bed up against a mirrored wall. No where to place a bag, except in the shower room

The air conditioning wasn't working very well. The TV worked the first night, but not after. Not a big deal, was only watching to fall asleep.

Rooms really small with no hooks/ hangers to put anything. Nowhere to put bags/ clothes? Only one towel and thin pillow provided, however extras available from reception. Having said all that, the location was excellent and it would not put us off using again- I would just look at booking bigger room.

Location is really good but the show is very tiny. Also, no chair in room,and no bedside table. This made the place uncomfortable.

Central location, top floor room had okay view, comfortable bed, A/C wasn't powerful, but a couple hours was fine. Really it was an experience of an EasyHotel that made me book, and if it's cheap sure, but if I had another competitor at the same price I would easy go to them. The bathroom door is one of those stupid glass ones with a hole to grab. If you're on your own, absolutely fine, but even with another person it's a bit awkward to say the least! What is the point I have no idea .

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. It served it purpose. The location is the best part. Literally, few minutes walk from Matthew Street. And about 5-10 minutes from Albert Dock. Hotel check in was quick and easy. The rooms are a little on the small side. But, I wasn't massively bothered by that. The only downside is the beds. A little on the hard side for my liking. And only one pillow, per person. Other than that, a very good stay at Easy Hotel.

The room was very cold including the thin duvet and pillows the heating unit in the room didnt work and the matress was to hard for my liking also no where to put clothes just to coat hangers fixed to the wall ..enjoyed the tv as couldnt really sleep with the room being so cold and the hard matress.

The only thing i wasnt really keen on is the size of the room. lt was on point of being very cramped, with not a lot of room to move about, especially if you're on the larger size of life...Otherwise it was clean, comfy, convenient and reasonably priced for the city. This is so my second time staying here so it must be good !

The location was near my office and near restaurants and shopping malls. Clean rooms and excellent customer service. Done 4days and would recommend anyone Woking in Liverpool Town centre.

The past 2 times I have stayed here the people who clean the rooms knock on the doors hours before checkout I complained last time and was offered a late checkout on my next stay but again they started knocking on the doors at 10am even though my checkout wasn’t until 1pm Then a woman knocked again at 12 and walked in the room when I was in the shower Also don’t get a room on the first floor they have a waste disposal which gets blocked and the noise from it will keep you up all night I’m still waiting for the manager to complete my complaint

Lovely stay for a night in Liverpool. Small room but everything you need and a reasonable price. Staff was always available and very helpful with storing bags, etc. stayed in a Sunday night and was quiet and no issues, could see it being louder on Friday/Saturday potentially. Would happily stay here again.

The staff on the reception was not really friendly

The structure of the building is amazing. My room was in the middle part of the building and I didn't hear the street below at all even though the hotel is right in between a street filled with restaurants and stores and I didn't hear. It was very silent and since there were no windows in the room, it was very easy to sleep in that room. The reception staff was very professional, kind and helpful. I'd personally give this place a 4.8 out of 5 because the hand soap dispenser barely had any soap in it when I checked in and I noticed that the corners of the room weren't properly sweeped because there was lint and dust and there was hair on the night stand so the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I was very impressed with the receptionist staff, as soon as I addressed the issue with the soap dispenser, they took care of it very quickly. Also, I recommend asking the hotel staff for a room that isn't right next to the staircase. I was in the room right in the middle so it was nice that my room only shared a wall with the person behind me but since one side of my room was literally right next to the staircase I could hear people coming and going through the stairs and the elevator. I was very exhausted and I had really good ear plugs so it didn't bother me that much but keep that mind. The bathroom and the room was very modern so they were very nice! Thank you guys for the very good stay!

Location was great apart from music in opposite pub going on until 2 am. Room was very small even without a table to put stuff on. Very central and handy for train station.

Despite reading several reviews about the poor quality of bed mattresses, I took a chance. Bad choice. Uneven springs. Smell from bathroom permiated the room. This is a budget hotel - remember that. However the cost was still over $100 per night. Great location - walking distance from most Beatles sites and great museums.
