Séjour exceptionnel au Taj-I Mah : cadre moderne et apaisant face aux pistes, ambiance zen et chaleureuse. L’équipe, accueillante et attentionnée, offre un service irréprochable. Tout était parfait, une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

The pool and Jacuzzi were only lukewarm which spoilt the experience. Breakfast only served until 10am but items were running out before then and not being replenished. No croissants, Crepes and bacon at 9.45 and the coffee machines not replenished. Some rooms on the resort side experience loud noise when the snow ploughs/conditioners pass during the night. overall an excellent 5* hotel though next to the free gondolas to 1950.

Our stay at Hôtel Taj-I Mah was absolute perfection. What truly set this property apart was the seamless balance between a high-end, luxury experience and a genuinely warm, approachable atmosphere. The staff's attention to detail was amazing, and we felt incredibly well-cared for from the moment we arrived. The little touches made all the difference, from the lovely nightly turndown service to the thoughtful chocolates left on the pillow. We were also impressed by how well they catered to gluten-free options, making dining both stress-free and delicious. A special shout-out must go to the ski room staff, who were fantastic and made the daily transition to the slopes effortless. If you are looking for a hotel that offers top-tier service while remaining comfortable and welcoming, this is the place to stay.
