Wow! We can’t say enough about this amazing property. Everything about this place is five stars, from the lobby, to the gorgeous rooms with amazing views, to the wonderful breakfast buffet, to the beautiful pool area! The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help guests with their every need. The concierge is particularly outstanding and helped us plan our meals and excursions. Estive em lua de mel com minha esposa entre os dias 27 e 30 de setembro. O hotel é muito bonito, bem cuidado. Localizado mais ao sul da ilha. Por um valor adicional (10 euros por pessoa) proporcionam transporte do porto até o hotel. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito confortável (reservamos suite com piscina privativa e jacuzzi). A praia do hotel não dá para entrar para tomar banho. Tem 3 piscinas nas áreas comuns (2 bem geladas) e 1 climatizada. A da suite também quase não utilizamos pois ventava muito e a água estava bem gelada (sugeriria climatizar nos meses mais frios). Embora o atendimento tenha sido bom, erraram apenas em um ponto. Informei na reserva e depois por mensagem que era nossa lua de mel e mesmo assim não nos deixaram nem um bilhete de feliz lua de mel. Very unique property. Meticulously maintained. If you are American, be prepared to experience a whole another level of service, care and pampering. The food is also excellent and the wait staff is super on point. Couple of things that some may dislike: it\'s not really located in a vibey part of town and you will need a car to get to the more "happening" places. It is EXTREMELY quiet at the resort, almost eerie. Definitely a "read your book by the pool" type of resort rather than "play pool volleyball and get drunk" one. If you just want to vege and be pampered this is the perfect spot. If you want to be active and near the lively area of town, I would research some more. The hotel was worthy of a 5 star rating. The staff was very helpful and even the owner went out of her way to greet us to ensure we are being helped. The breakfast is just incredible and above/beyond what we expected. The views both from our room and the restaurant/pool area was spectacular. We went here for our honeymoon and stayed for 6 nights. We were definitely spoiled and did not want it to end. The cleaning staff did such an amazing job keeping our rooms spotless everyday. Just can't say enough wonderful things about this place and hope to come back for our anniversaries in the future!

The concierge, Helena, was very informative, and probably the most knowledgeable concierge we have ever came in contact with. She knows exactly where to send her guess to have the best experience. A one week stay at Anax Resort and Spa. Quiet and relaxing however the hotel room is noisy, woken every morning at 7.30am. Mainly due to having a room directly under reception. This was the only real issue. The food is nice however a very restricted menu in the evening. This meant we visited Mykonos Town every evening which was not an issue. Regular bus schedule makes this simple.

We loved our stay at Anax. The view from our balcony was spectacular. It was the PERFECT spot to watch a sunset! The staff was friendly (a little rehearsed, but friendly). The spa was AMAZING - the best spa treatment we have had. The masseuse (Paris - sp?) was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. My husband said the same thing about his masseuse. I highly recommend the spa (we did the honeymoon package)!!! The breakfast buffet is insane with all of the options. My only complaint is that there are limited dining options in the area for lunch/dinner. If you plan to stay at Anax, I recommend renting a small compact car to explore the area/restaurants.

Es fällt nicht auf wenn Toilettenpapier fehlt, die Minibar leer wird, Besteck auf dem Tisch fehlt, Handtücher fehlen, das Pool Wasser gewechselt aber nicht mehr gefüllt wird, man sich am Hauptpool selbst nach Badetüchern umsehen umd sich organisieren muss, die Angaben zu check-out im Zimmer unterschiedlich sind usw usw. Es ist die Summe dieser an sich kleinen Details die den Eindruck trüben. Es werden alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt was sehr schön ist. Die Reaktion der Hotelleitung auf die Feedbacks war vorbildlich. Doch wenn im Management Team der Blick für die Details fehlt, es die Mitarbeitenden nicht anleiten kann, dann sind Anspruch und Realität nicht stimmig. Für ein Hotel das sich als Luxushotel bezeichnet ist die Service Qualität leider nicht ausreichend, was angesichts des Potentials ausgesprochen schade ist.

The Anax Resort is an amazing resort. The staff Stevros Mixologist is superb. All the Restaurant staff and I mean all. Timos my server going to Amsterdam in October went far and above. Accillies was informative and polite. The Reception staff and drivers so accommodating. Food was good and Tina the violinist rocked the house. Must see. It was our second time to Mykonos and can’t wait to go back to Anax. Want to bring my family next time. The guest were even kind polite and courteous. There are SO many exceptional aspects to this gorgeous property. From the extremely kind and welcoming team to beautifully appointed rooms and thoughtful details at every turn, this stunning spot deserves a place at the top of your list when considering hotels in Mykonos. The food was some of the best we ate in Greece, the pool at night will take your breath away, the walk down to the water, and world-class service.
