I had a great stay at Marriott. Probably the best hotel I have stayed at in my life time. The staff is service minded and I felt relaxed and at ease at the hotel. The food was amazing and definitely a great place for hosting big events like a wedding. The spa was amazing. I had facial Saray signature and wished I had enough time for a massage.

The staff were excellent, helpful and personable. We only had the buffet breakfast during our stay, and there were many choices all well prepared. The room and bed were very comfortable. A few issues - the TV several times turned on by itself, including in the middle of the night, the shower door didn't close completely and leaked onto the mat, and while I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a takeout breakfast for our early departure to the airport, we did not have the tea I remember ordering. We were happy with our stay and will return for our next trip to Kigali

Let’s see. Checked in and 5 mins later, somebody walks into our room. No apologies from the hotel even though the bell boy witnessed it. Had to call twice to get wifi in the room. 20 mins later they sent somebody’s stuff to our room. Next day - they don’t clean our room since they STILL think we’re somebody else that has requested no cleaning service. come back in the evening- loud, we’re pushed aside for their vip guest. The people are nice and trying their best, but there is something wrong with their processes. Overpriced. Not smooth like typical Marriott.

I stayed at the Marriott Kigali, and I must say my experience was very disappointing. The service was far from what I expected from such a renowned establishment. Room service was extremely slow, and when my order finally arrived, it was not what I had requested. Additionally, I noticed a lack of attention towards the guests, which truly ruined my stay. I was hoping for better service and more care from the staff. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality service.

The staff at the Marriott are the best! Everyone at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful, the team who prepare the meals in the dining room and for room service are truly experts whipping up excelling meals, and of course there is no better housekeeping crew--the rooms were perfect! The team who works here truly made our vacation wonderful. We were so happy to stay here and can't wait to be in Rwanda again so we can return.
